Arthur is Batman

Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other people in fact of course. They are going to go after Mr. Freeze and his gang who wants to turn Elwood City into a permanent winter wonderland which isn't a good thing. For Summer time people like to go swimming and other stuff that makes Summer time great. Their children is at school today ready for the lessons. We see them talking about stuff like that Villain and other stuff like who might run for Mayor of Elwood City and other stuff in fact of course.

"We must stop them from making Elwood City into permanent winter for stuff won't work right if they do it, " said Arthur as Batman, "One person who might run for Mayor is that Adult movie theater owner who we don't want for he wants to bring in stores for adults only and won't allow children inside of them and one who also might run for Mayor of Elwood City is the owner of a local smoke shop and I don't like him for he sells stuff that causes health problems. "

"We will stop them again for we have God on our side unlike them crazy people," said Francine as Batgirl, "One person who might run for Mayor is the owner of a local Hardware store who is a family man and another who might run for Mayor is a school teacher."

"We always win against them for we have God on our side unlike them," said Fern as Starfire, "One person who might run for Mayor is the owner of the local health food store so yes she is a heath nut and another is Mrs. Omar the Babysitter herself."

"I predict we will win against them again for we have God and the law on our side," said Prunella as Psychic Woman, "One person who might run for Mayor is the owner of the local mom and pop grocery store and I heard that Mrs. Omar won't run for Mayor."

They heard that Chip might run for Mayor of Elwood City as a member of the Rich people party in fact he is its founder and chairman. He is the brother of Cat Woman who is Muffy so they can use that against him. That is if he runs for Mayor of Elwood City which he might be do. They stopped Mr. Freeze and his gang allowing the Police to arrest them bad guys. We still see them talking about stuff this time at home in fact of course.

"I support the City Council member running for Mayor for he will get good stuff done," said Arthur, "That Imam said he will run for Mayor of Elwood City so I don't support him for it seems to be about that religion so not for everyone and he isn't going to win because most people here aren't Muslims and he should know that."

"The current Mayor said he supports the City Council member so do we," said Francine, "I don't want the Imam to become Mayor of Elwood City which might want to bring Sharia law to Elwood City."

"One person who might run for Mayor is a concerned citizen in fact of course," said Fern, "I don't want that Imam to become Mayor of Elwood City which I don't support."

"That city council member will most likely win the election for Mayor for he is popular," said Buster, "The first debate for Mayor will take place in February of next year at city hall."

"I don't want that Imam to become Mayor of Elwood City for he won't be a good one," said Arthur Jr., "I want that city council member to become Mayor of Elwood City."
