Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other people in fact of course. They are going to go after The Joker and his gang when the children is at school. They know that he escaped from the local Mental institution along with his girlfriend and his gang. A rumor has it another Hero is out there and wants him or her could join them. We see them talking about stuff like that Villain and other stuff like a piece of land up auction and other stuff in fact of course.
"We must and will stop them for they want to take over Elwood City so we will stop them in fact," said Arthur as Batman, "We could go to that auction and bid on it so we can build either a Preschool or a Daycare center there to help prevent an adult theater from going there for we don't need that here for it would attract some bad people here which we don't need here for it would be bad for Elwood City in fact of course."
"I agree with you and it should be a Daycare center for we already own a Preschool," said Francine as Batgirl, "Yes we will stop them from doing their plan to take over Elwood City by force and we also want to stop Islamist from winning it as well."
"We will stop them from that plan and send them back to the Local Mental institution," said Fern as Starfire, "We don't want an Adult theater and Islamist stuff here in Elwood City for it would be bad in fact of course."
"I predict we will win against them for we have God and the law on our side," said Prunella as Psychic Woman, "And I hope you two win the auction so a good daycare center can be built there so we can hire good people to work there in fact of course."
"We always win for we have God on our side unlike them crazy people," said Buster as Robin, "I hope you two win the auction so an adult theater and Islamist community center won't go there."
They went to that hideout and a fight started and the good side won against them allowing the Police to arrest them in fact of course. They went to the auction and won it so a Daycare center will be built there. They are glad it won't be an Adult theater won't be built there. We still see them talking about stuff this time at home.

"We always beat the bad guys and gals for we have God and the law on our side unlike them," said Francine, "Glad we won it to prevent an adult theater from going there same as an Islamic community center in fact of course."
"Glad we always win against the Villains for we have God and the law on our side," said Fern, "Glad it will be a Daycare center will go there instead of an adult theater and Islamist community center."
"Just like I predicted would happen for we have God and the law on our side," said Prunella, "Glad an Adult theater won't go there same as an Islamic community center in fact of course."
"I think you should hire some of your friends or family members in fact of course," said Arthur Jr., "Such as D.W. and Bud for they are good with babies in fact of course."
