Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other people in fact of course. They are going after The Mad Hatter and his gang today who is like from Alice in Wonderland. He escaped from the local Mental institution in fact of course. They heard about some land up for Auction in fact. They want to get it to build a Group Home there. We see them talking about stuff like that Villain and other stuff like that vacant lot up for Auction and other stuff in fact of course.
"The Villain we are going after today is a man dressed as the Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland," said Arthur as Batman, "If we win that Auction we will build a Group Home for the people who needs it and hire good people to work there which includes a QIDP and a Nurse and one who is running for Mayor wants to build future like stuff from a new Political party called The Future is Now Party but it might not work at this time in fact of course."
"We will stop him and his gang for we have God and the law on our side," said Francine as Bat Girl, "Yes if we do win the Auction we will build a Group Home there and one running for Mayor wants to bring back stuff from the past such as burger stands and even a poor farm which isn't good."
"We will stop them for we have God and the law on our side unlike them crazy people," said Fern as Starfire, "A group home is a good idea for it would help people for a place to live and one running for Mayor wants to make children second class citizens which happens to be that child hating Plummer we know he will lose."
"A Villain dressed as the Mad Hatter sounds like he is another crazy person," said Buster as Robin, "Yes a group home is a good idea I hope you win and I support that City Council member running for Mayor for he has good ideas we know will work."
"He is another crazy person he escaped from the local Mental institution," said Bud as Beast Boy, "If Lydia and Marina wasn't married with children they could go to that group home."
They went there and beat them allowing the Police to arrest them in the gang and sent the Mad Hatter back to the Local Mental institution. They won that Auction and they will now build a Group Home under the name The Read Group Home. They know that them two with disabilities are married and has children so they won't live there but some others will get to live there. We still see them talking this time at home in fact of course.
"I knew we would win against them for we have God on our side unlike them crazy people," said Arthur, "We won the Auction so we will build a Group home there so people with disabilities can live there and send them to the local workshop so they can work and we all support that City Council member for he has the best ideas."

"We won against them again for we have God and the law on our side unlike them," said Fern, "Building a group home is a good idea for they have came a long way from the poor farms for now they have the same rights as us."
"We learned about poor farms at school that most was bad but some was good," said Arthur Jr., "I know a person who could live there at the new group home once it is built and opened for he is paralyzed from the waist down and lives with his parents for now."
