Arthur is Batman

Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other people in fact of course. The children and adults is at the park today to have some fun with the kids playing and adults talking. They wonder why a woman is holding some kind of scanner and the parents will talk to her why she is. They heard that some parents are Helicopter stents in fact of course. We see them talking about stuff like that park and other stuff like why that woman is holding some kind of scanner and other stuff in fact of course.

"I love this park and I heard that a Helicopter mom is running for Mayor of Elwood City in fact of course," said Arthur, "I wonder why that woman is holding some kind of scanner for it looks out of place here and I will vote for the City Council member running for Mayor for one running for Mayor of Elwood City is a child hating Plummer who yells at children on site he would be an awful Mayor for he wants to make them second class citizens which isn't right."

"It is the best park in Elwood City for it has more stuff for children to play on," said Francine, "I will talk to her why she is holding some kind of scanner when looking at the playground for yes it looks out of place here and one running for Mayor wants to build stuff from the past which won't work in the modern world."

"I am keeping an eye in my children for I heard some people would harm them," said that woman, "This is my scanner for I had him microchipped but I don't understand why I don't pick up signals from your children for it is a mad world out there. "

"We didn't have them microchipped for that is the mark of the beast in fact," said Fern, "We have people to protect us from harm for using what you your using is wrong."

"You Ma'am you should mind your own business for we won't put Microchips in our children," said Buster, "I know your that Helicopter mom running for Mayor but you will lose the Election for what you want to do is wrong on so many levels."

She said it is to protect children for she is a Helicopter mom but that what she is doing is wrong for it would be no fun at all for the children. They heard that some parents lets their children do anything they want which will create a generation of Brats. For they give them anything they want. But Helicopter parents doesn't let them to have lots of fun. We still see them talking about stuff in fact.

"Ma'am what you want to do is wrong on so many levels for it is okay for them to have lots of fun is the idea," said Arthur, "I will see you not only lose the Election but make sure you don't run for Mayor again for you want us to be like you which we won't do for being Helicopter parents isn't the answer for we don't hover over head for we know better than that."

"Ma'am we won't become Helicopter parents for it is harmful in fact of course," said Francine, "We won't put microchips in our children for yes it is the Mark of the beast."

"It is the best thing you can do for them for it is a mad world out there," said that woman, "We are Atheist which is growing fast here and Europe in fact of course."

"Ma'am we know you will lose the Election for you want to force all parents to be like you," said Buster, "I am not a Helicopter dad for that causes more harm than good."

"Ma'am what you stand on won't work for it would cause more harm than good," said Bud, "You will lose the Election for your a Helicopter mom who wants us all to be like you."
