This is the story of Storybook Academy. Starring the main characters Sandal Starlight and Owen Swan.
(Chapter 1) Sandal Starlight The Story of a Unknown Royal
It was the first day of Storybook Academy, Sandal Starlight son of The Sandman is with his best friend Owen Swan son of Odette. They are just walking towards to the school. "Oh Owen, are you hexited for our first day of school at Storybook Academy?" Sandal smiled. Owen got nervous and answered. "Um ya, I think so?" Sandal replied "Owen, you will have to most marvelous time at Storybook Academy. It were you can follow your destiny or create your own destiny." Owen answered. "I really do want to change my destiny, so I don't end up becoming a black swan forever after. Ever seen Rothbart cursed me when I was already born. Also I really miss my dad." Sandal answered kindly "I'm sure you will be okay with your destiny. And besides, nothing can possibly go wrong." Suddenly once they almost go into school, Devin Dark son of The Dark Fairy, flew in front. "Hey morons! Going to school, eh? Wouldn't be much to play hooky then stupid learning?" As Devin flutter his wings. Sandal got frustrated "Ugh! Not you again Devin! You are such a troublemaker!" That's my middle name!" Devin smirked. "Hi Devin." said Owen. Sandal said "Owen just leave him alone! He's forcing you to become a black swan for good. And you don't that, right?" Owen answered "Right." They started to leave "Whatever after!" Devin shouted "You will be sorry that Owen will become the next black swan! He will become the next Odile!" Sandal Starlight just ignore his, but Owen heard. "Don't worried about Owen." said Sandal Starlight "Devin is not true, you will never ever become the next black swan, as long you behave yourself." Owen answered "You are right, I should behave myself so I don't become mean or rude. Right?" Sandal smiled "Exactly." They walk into the school. Barney the Dinosaur is now the principle of Storybook Academy. "Hello everyone! Welcome to Storybook Academy! Where fairytales can change their own story and living a happily ever after. We have brand new students here today, so get your roommate, your classes and get prepare for Legacy Night to sign The Book of Destinies." Sandal looks exited "Oooo! I can't wait!" Sandal smiled. Owen is not so sure. "Um, I'm not sure about Legacy Night." Sandal question "What's wrong Owen? Are you exited to sigh the book of destinies?" Owen shooked his head "I'm not sure if I am going to sign, because I was going to have a happily ever after, but not after Rothbart cast an awful curse on me." Sandal got worried "Oh Owen, you will be fine when you sign, because your destiny will come true. And maybe it will break Rothbart's curse if you do." Owen started think about and said "Maybe you're right, but I will think about." Super!" Sandal smiled. "Come let get our door rooms." They rushed into their new rooms. "Yippe!" Sandal smiled "We are roommates! The door room looks spelltastic!" Owen started like the door rooms too. "It like a little apartment, Are we staying here everyday?" questioned Owen "No silly! Of course not! We only stay in school about 5 days a week and coming back home on the weekends." Owen said "Thank goodness." The clock struck at 9:00pm "Its time for our first class so be ready." Sandal smiled. Owen frowned "Oh, how many classes do we have?" Sandal smiled "We only have Math, Reading, Science, and Art. That's it! But they do have extra classes that you can take as well." Owen started to smile a little bit. "Maybe this school year is not going to be so bad after all." Sandal smiled. "Spellbinding!" Owen thought "But wait! What about our pets?" Owen worried "I really miss my goose Swanhilda, she is always there for me." Sandal answered "Don't worried Sandal. We will bring our pets after Legacy Day. Besides, Twinken is still at my mom's house." Owen said "The Good Fairy" Sandal smiled "Yup." Oh okay then, good." Owen said. "Come on, let go to our first class." Owen and Sandal went into their classes. After school they decided to get some drinks at a drink stand close nearby the school. "Isn't this spelltastic Owen? Our first door rooms and our first classes." Sandal smiled happily. Owen replied "Ya, it was okay I guess. But Math Class was so different. Mr. Tenagain kept talking about 10s which is quite annoying." Sandal replied back "Well yes it can be sort of annoying, but numbers are quite fun though." As Sandal and Owen went back into their door rooms.
Sandal started to faint, he felt down unconscious. "Sandal?" Owen shouted. "Help! My Best Friend fainted. "Someone get help!" Sandal was rushed to the Once Upon a Hospital. The Doctor said serious "He just had high anxiety, he's going to be fine." Owen pleased, "Thanks Doc." "My pleasure." said The Doctor. Sandal woke up slowly, "Oooh, what happen?" Owen answered "You just have high anxiety, that's all." Sandal got shocked. "OMG! This can't be happening!" "What can't be happening?" said Owen. Sandal answered frighten, "About Life to Death! I don't want life to end!" Sandal's heart began to beat fast like he is getting an ulcer. Owen was surprised and answered "Come down please Sandal, our lives are NEVER EVER going to end. Professor Tinkerputt is still working on the most biggest project in the world of stopping the aging and being immortal." Owen also said "And besides why are you thinking about life and death?" Sandal took very deep breathes and said slowly, "I was thinking about my grandfather, Ole Lukøje. He lived over lots of years. He used to help all children to go to sleep and have good happy dreams." Owen now thought about his father Prince Stefan was killed from Von Rothbart. Owen got nervous now and said "Oh I understand now. I really miss my father, ever seen I just a tiny little baby. It was just me and my mother living now at Swan Lake." Sandal smile a little bit, "You will always remember of your dad, and you will never ever forget him. He will always be with you...forever...after." Owen smiled a little too. "Barney did said to always think about what you love to do the most. Like for me, I love dancing ballet and hanging out with you. Because you are my Best Friend Forever After." Sandal started to feel much better and said "You're absolutely right Owen, I should think about what I love to do the most, instead of life to death. I did remember that I told you I would love to take care of babies and young children and being friendly and kind to others." Sandal got up and hug Owen and said "Thank you so very much Owen! I love you!" Owen hugged Sandal too and said "You're most very welcome Sandal, I love you too."
(Chapter 2) Owen Swan The Story of a Unknown Rebel
After Sandal and Owen went outta the hospital, they decide to go to the Storybook Village. They are going to Owen's Grandfather's Bakery and got some eclairs. Devin Dark came by, he laughed "Got Eclairs? More like you got eggheads!" Sandal got frustrated again "Not you again Devin, Leave us alone!" Devin smirked again "You got no chance between me and Owen's destiny when he become a black swan!" Sandal shouted "Well that's not true, Owen is going to be a white swan as long he behaves himself, or else he is going to be bad! Which I do not want to happed to my best friend!" Devin said with another smirked "Pfft! Whatever after! At least Owen knows what I am talking about. Right Owen?" Owen answered "I do understand Devin, but I still dislike your ideas." Devin said "Well I must get going now, I going to fling some nerds. See ya suckers!" As Devin Dark flew away fast. "Oh I just realize, I am going to Mr. Peekaboo's daycare as an volunteer." said Sandal. "Oh ya, and I totally forgot my ballet class I need to go too." said Owen. Sandal started to wave, "I will see you later Owen." Owen started to wave too, "See you later too Sandal." So Sandal went to Mr. Peekaboo's Daycare and Owen went to his ballet class at Storybook's Ballet School. Later that afternoon, Owen was at his ballet class. Owen loves to dance ballet to make him happy. Owen dislikes his step sister Odessa Black-Swan daughter of Odile. Odessa got closer to him and whisper "Owen, you are going to have the most tragic ending ever after! You will stuck as a swan when I get your true love." Owen started to get nervous but also angry to her. "ODESSA! I swear to god that will never ever happen! I'm going to have my own destiny so I don't end up as a permanently swan!" Odessa smirked "Oh ya! Ever seen your father died, my granddad Rothbart is going to end up killed your mother Odette as well." Now Owen started to cry and shouted "NOW YOU MADE ME SO UPSET! MY FATHER DIED AND IT IS ALL YOUR FAULT!" Owen went out of the ballet, running away from Odessa.
Owen ran into the Storybook Cemetery. Owen founded his father's tombstone, went down onto his knees and started to cry very hard. He slowly went close to the tombstone and started to praise. "Hi Dad." Owen cried. "It me, your son Owen Swan. "He wiped his eyes and cried again. "I really really REALLY hated when Rothbart killed you! I really want you to be still alive and see me now! I can not become the next Black Swan forever after when Rothbart cursed me!" Sandal went into the cemetery, and walk slowly and saw Owen. "I cannot live without you. If you were still alive, you will still protect my mother and our home. But I will love you forever and for always, I love you Daddy." Sandal sat down with him, hugged and cuddle with Owen. "It's okay Sandal, I know how you miss him." Sandal started to get sad. "I miss my father too. He is still in reality." Suddenly, Barney appear. "There are you boys, I was searching for you everywhere." Both shouted and hugged. "Barney!" As when Barney turned into his dinosaur form for a second and poof back into normal. "You two are still thinking about your fathers, I understand." Barney cheered Owen and Sandal up. "I know you both miss your dads so much, but there is no reason to think about them all the time. Because they will always be with you, in your hearts." Sandal and Owen felt really much better and Owen stop crying. "You are right Barney!" Sandal said. "Our dads are always going to be with us." Barney smiled and sparkle his left eye. "You boys need to do things what you love to do the most. Besides, Legacy Night starts tonight. And you boys will sign The Book of Destinies." Sandal and Owen both answered, "We will sign the Book of Destinies, so we can have our own destinies." Barney smiled "Stuuupendous! I'm so proud of you two." "Bye Barney!" Sandal and Owen waved. "We will see you tonight at Legacy Night." Owen and Sandal went back into their door rooms and getting ready for Legacy Night.
(Chapter 3) Legacy Night
It was the night of Legacy, and everyone at Storybook Academy are all getting ready to sign The Book of Destinies. Owen and Sandal are the last two to sign the book. "Okay everyone, It time to sign the Book of Destinies. Please come to the book stand and tell your name, your parent of, and tell about your destiny. then sign the book." said Barney. "Remember, not everyone is going to sign only tonight. Because there is another time that you can sign the book. Good luck kids." Barney smiled. First up Sandal goes to the Stand. "Hello everyone, My name is Sandal Starlight, son of the Sandman. And my destiny is follow my father's footsteps and help and be friendly to others. And living forever after." Sandal signed the book. Next up is Sophia 'Sophie' White daughter of Snow White. Sophie said in a very shy and quite voice. "Oh hello, my name is Sophie White daughter of Snow White. And my destiny is to stay away from apples so I do not get poisoned. To be very honest, I'm afraid of apples." Sophie signed the book. Then after Sara Storyteller, Miles Cole, and Perry Tinkerputt said about their destines and signed the book. Libby Hearts daughter of the Queen of Hearts came to the stand. "My name is Libby Lillian Hearts, daughter of the Queen of Hearts of Wonderland. My destiny is being the next queen of hearts just my mother and my older sister Lizzie Hearts. And I wanted to be a very kind instead of being a villain like my grandmother The Queen of Cards." Libby signed the book as well. And last but not least is Owen Swan. "Owen, you're next." said Barney. Owen gulped "Oooh, okay Barney." Good luck Owen." said Sandal. Owen started to get nervous as he walked to the book stand. He said "Um, hello. I'm Owen Swan, son of Odette from Swan Lake and my destiny is..." Suddenly he stopped and everyone stared at him. Then Devin Dark flew right beside Owen. Owen jumped as he turned towards Devin. "Devin Dark, you should not scared people like that young man!" Barney said. You should wait after Owen signed the book. Devin Dark smirked "Pfft! Whatever after Barney! I should sign the Book of Destinies before him!" "How dare you!" Owen shouted! Devin smirked "Relaxed Swan Boy! I know what I'm doing! Atta my way!" The crowd gasped as Devin pushed Owen. Sandal and Barney were shocked but Barney said "Hmm, I'm sure Devin Dark can signed before Owen's signed. Go away then." Devin thanked him "No problem!" Devin stared to pledge his destiny. "Hey everyone! I am Devin Dark, son of The Dark Fairy that's my mom! And my destiny is I can become a great troublemaker aka villain and my friend Owen Swan should become the next Odile aka the Black Swan." As Devin signed the book. Then all of the crowd scream and gasped. Owen was now frustrated and so was Sandal. Including Barney himself. "Devin Dark! How could you! You made my ending much worse then before!" Owen screamed! The crowd still scream and gasped. But Barney tried to calm everyone down. "Now everyone come down children!" Barney said to everyone. "I am sure Owen is going to be destined as the next black swan. He is the son of Odette not Odile." Owen said to Barney. "Barney, I don't know if I want to sign the book right now. Not after what Devin Dark just did." Barney thoughted "Hmm, you are absolutely right. It may be too late for you to sign the book. And besides not everyone sign yet, so you still have plenty of time if you wanted to sign the Book of Destines." Owen thanked Barney "Oh thank you Barney." Sandal shouted "But Barney! If Owen cannot sign the book right now, then he is going to be a black swan! I do not wanted that to happen to my very best friend." "Calm down Sandal. Just because Devin Dark said about Owen Swan, doesn't mean he is going to be the next black swan. Although he did said about his destiny before he signed the book." Devin smirked "Don't worry about Sand Boy! As soon Owen becomes mean and evil, then he will totally be the next Odile." "Don't listen what Devin Dark said, Just make sure Owen does not do awful stuff. And besides Owen is a very nice and humble boy." said Barney to Sandal. "Okay Barney, I promise. I will make sure Owen will not listen to Devin Dark's destiny." Devin got angry. "Rats! I will get Owen to be a Black Swan someday...someday very soon! See ya suckers!" As Devin Dark disappeared and flew. "Alright everyone Legacy Night is over for now. But don't worry, there is going to be he next Legacy Night very soon. Good night Everyone and remember, I love you all and your stories." Everyone went back into their dorm rooms except for Sandal and Owen. Barney said both to them very serious "Now boys, I understand Devin Dark signed his destiny about Owen as a black swan, that will never ever happen. But, there is a way to prevent from that to happen. Owen must be good at all times or else if he becomes a bad person then he will become a black swan for good. Do you boys understand?" Sandal and Owen both nodded "Yes Barney, We promise!" Sandal said. "I hope so." said Owen. "Good. I'm glad you promise. I will be counting on you Sandal. After all, Owen is you very best friend forever after, right?" said Barney "Yes Barney, You can count on me!" Sandal smiled. "Okay, I'm proud of you Sandal. You two need to get back into your dorm rooms, it's almost bedtime. And I know that your father is still in the reality." "I know Barney." Sandal sobbed "But he will always bee with me." Sandal smiled. "And my father too." said Owen. Barney smiled "Super Dee Duper! Well Goodnight boys." Sandal and Owen both waved "Goodnight Barney!"
Sandal and Owen went back into their dorm rooms. Owen said "Sandal?" Sandal replied "Yes, Owen?" "Are you sure I will not become the next black swan after Devin Dark said about my destiny?" Sandal smiled a little "Oh course not Owen, Barney said you are going to be fine. As long you become good. Just don't worried about it. Just promise me, okay?" Owen answered calmly "Okay Sandal, you are right. I should be a good person and don't get worried about my destiny. I'm sure I will sign the book someday." That's my pal." Sandal smiled. They put on their pajamas, as Sandal use his magic to turn off all the lights as they got into their beds. Sandal smiled "Good Night Owen." Owen smiled "Good Night Sandal."
