Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other people in fact of course. They are going after Dinosaur and his gang who wants to bring back the Dinosaurs which would be dangerous for people. They know he and his gang is dangerous but the hero's will win once again. They heard that the next Debate for Mayor will take place in the biggest park tomorrow afternoon well it's first debate. We see them talking about stuff like that Villain and other stuff like who is now running for Mayor and other stuff in fact of course.
"We will beat them again for we have God and the law on our side unlike them crazy people," said Arthur as Batman, "I heard that that owner of the local smoke shop is running for Mayor who we know will lose the Election and still that City Council member is in the lead in the polls and the first Debate takes place tomorrow afternoon in the biggest park in Elwood City we should go there for we will support that man running for Mayor for his ideas are going to work for he is a good man who will help Elwood City for the better."
"We will beat them again for we have God and the law on our side unlike them," said Francine as Batgirl, "It will be a ten way Election for Mayor for the last one who is running for Mayor is the Owner of the local Gay Bathhouse who we don't like and he will lose the Election in fact of course."
