Arthur is Batman

Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other people in fact of course. They are going after Poison Ivy and her gang today for they came from the local Mental institution. They know that Saturday is Halloween and they are ready for it. They will have a Halloween party at home and some people thinks a Witch will fly across the moon for it will be a full moon. We see them talking about stuff like that Villain and other stuff like Halloween and other stuff in fact of course.

"Poison Ivy is a dangerous Villain who we will beat them for we have God and the law on our side," said Arthur as Batman, "One person at a house said she give out the best candy so we can go there but one house will be giving out business cards instead of candy so we won't go to that place and he is said to be the CEO of a local Accounting firm as in the one in Wilson and sons Accounting firm but giving out business cards isn't good for Halloween and in it isn't for children but for us Adults so he will be on the Halloween black list."

"Yes we will win against them for we have God and the law on our side unlike them," said Francine as Batgirl, "One person said they will give out good candy and it is just the people next door as in The Potter family but the one across the street will give out the best candy and the best imported candy so we will go to both of them."

"We must be careful around her but we will win against them for we are good," said Fern as Starfire, "One person at a house said they will give out the best candy but another house we should avoid for she will give out stuff from their house for that isn't good."

"We will beat them again for we have God and the law on our side unlike them," said Buster as Robin, "One person said he will give out the best candy but another we should avoid is going to give out the worst candy like garlic mints and other stuff like that."

"Yes we will win against them for we have God and the law on our side unlike them crazy people," said D.W. as Raven, "One person said she will give out huge lolly pops so we can go there but one we should avoid said he will give out sugar free candy."

They went to her hideout and a fight took place and the good side won against them allowing the Police to arrest them crazy people. They heard that the places on the Halloween black list must be avoided at all cost. They heard that last year a couple was arrested for putting medicine as candy but they are for pain relief. They know that giving out medicine as candy is against the law. We still see them talking about stuff this time at home in fact of course.

"Yes that couple was arrested last year for giving out medicine as treats and was charged and convicted," said Arthur, "Giving out medicine as treats is a crime for they are powerful pain killers for that medicine is known for harmful side effects such as death and they got ten years in prison for giving put prescription drugs as treats is against the law for they aren't for children."

"We saw them being arrested on the News for giving out prescription drugs as treats is against the law," said Francine, "That medicine they was given out is by prescription only but not sure why they was giving them out as treats unless they wanted to poison people."

"That is a crime to give out prescription drugs as treats for it isn't for children," said Fern, "They was lucky no child took them but was used as evidence to convict that couple."

"That is a crime to give out prescription drugs as treats for Halloween," said Buster, "They got convicted after the trial was held by the jury I was on the jury."

"Glad they was arrested for giving put prescription drugs is against the law to give to children," said Arthur Jr., "One person last year had two bowls of candy one regular and one glued together which I think it is used as a prank."
