Arthur is Batman

Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other people in fact of course. They are going after Egg Head and his gang who is a smart but crazy cat man who fell into a chemistry set now has a head that looks like an egg. He escaped from the local Mental institution with four other people there. They know that Saturday is Halloween. We see them talking about stuff like that Villain and other stuff like Halloween and other stuff in fact.

"I heard about Egg Head he has a head that looks like an egg his name was John Potter a smart man," said Arthur as Batman, "One person said she will give out the best candy so we can go there for they just happens to be my parents you know your Grandparents house for they know that cheap candy is just sugar and another person said he will give out king sized candy bars who happens to be our Dentist for he is a good man and Dentist for they hope it will turn into cavities so more people for them."

"I also heard about him but we will stop them for we have God and the law on our side," said Francine as Batgirl, "One person said she will give out fruit instead of candy so we won't go there for they could put razor blades in them."

"Yes we will win against them for we have God and the law on our side," said Fern as Starfire, "One person said he will give out the best imported candy for they are my parents for my dad is the one who said that and next door to them will give out business cards instead of candy so we won't go there."

"I heard about Egg Head for he has a head that looks like an egg after a lab accident from his chemistry set," said Buster as Robin, "My mom said she will give out the best candy and next door to them will give out the best imported candy so we will go there."

"We all heard of him for he used to be our Science teacher in High school," said Prunella as Psychic Woman, "One person said he will give out movie theater candy for he is the owner of one of them so we can go there but next door to him said he will give out cigarettes so he will be arrested for that is illegal."

They are now watching the News and saw them seeing that man getting arrested for he wants to give out cigarettes instead of candy. That is a crime for cigarettes isn't for children and is bad for your health. They know that some people will break the law on Halloween. We still see them talking about stuff this time at home.

"Glad he was arrested so no cigarettes will be on Halloween for doing so is against the law in fact," said Arthur, "I also heard he owns a black market that sells stuff like tobacco products so he could also face charges of that so he is looking for ten to twenty years in prison as in a federal prison for it is a federal offence for I looked it up online for this is the age of the internet."

"I am glad he was arrested and charged with crimes such as that and the other one that makes it a federal case," said Francine, "We don't smoke for it can cause health problems such as cancer and other stuff like Emphysema and COPD and Heart disease."

"My former next door neighbor died from Lung cancer for he was a smoker," said Fern, "If they would have caught it earlier they could have saved him by Chemo and radiation."

"We will never smoked tobacco products for my Grandpa has a stint from his heart attack from smoking," said Buster, "I heard that cancer patients can smoke Marijuana but it is becoming more legal as in anyone who pays the money could buy some."

"I am glad he was arrested for I don't want cigarettes in my bag of candy," said Arthur Jr., "I have nothing against Marijuana for it is slightly better than alcohol."
