Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other people in fact of course. They are going after Baby Doll and her gang who escaped from the local Mental institution and started to steal some stuff. Her real name is Cora Read the cousin of Arthur and D.W. who has a form of Dwarfism. They heard a rumor that the Prison Warden could try to cheat to win the Election for Mayor of Elwood City. We see them talking about stuff like that Villain and other stuff like Halloween and other stuff in fact of course.
"Yes she is our Cousin Cora who has a form of Dwarfism and was in a TV show Meet Baby Doll which is a bad show," said Arthur as Batman, "One person said she will give out the best candy on Saturday which is Halloween but another person said she will give out healthy snacks as treats so we won't go there but we will the first one I said and Halloween is about candy and not stuff like that as in healthy snacks for Halloween so we don't support that for Halloween for I heard she is a local Health nut who wants to start a nutrition center."
"The TV show is a bad one it was low ratings that it was cancelled after two seasons," said Francine as Batgirl, "One person said she will give out candy for regular kids and fat letters to fat kids so we won't go there for fat letters as negative effect on kids who gets them."
"I watched only one Episode of that show it was bad that I won't watch it again," said Fern as Starfire, "One person said he will give out the best candy and best imported candy and that place is over there as in the Harrison family but one bad Dentist said he will give out dental floss instead of candy so we won't go to him."
"We will beat them again for we have God and the law on our side unlike them," said Buster as Robin, "One person said she will give out the best candy but next door to her said she will give out sugar free candy so we won't go to her house for that isn't good for Halloween."
"Yes I saw an episode of that show and it was so bad that I won't see it again," said Bud as Beast Boy, "One person said she will give out the best candy but another person at another house said she will give out the worst tasting candy."
They went to her hideout and beat them again allowing the Police to arrest them and take them back to the Mental institution in fact. They won't go to houses with people who gives out bad stuff for they will be on the Halloween black list next year. They know that the best Dentist gives out the best candy in hopes it will turn into cavities so more patients for them but bad Dentist gives out stuff like that one said he would. We still see them talking about stuff this time at home.
"We will give out the best candy here so at least one person will be here so I pick Bud and D.W. in fact," said Arthur, "We won't go to the houses with people who gives out bad stuff instead of good stuff like the best candy for the ones who gives out bad stuff instead of good stuff will go on the Halloween black list next year."
"I heard that one person said he will give out king sized candy bars as in our Dentist," said Francine, "And Prunella you can stay here with them two to help pass out candy."
"I also think our servants will stay here except for our Butler can come with us," said Fern, "We trust him for he is a good man who helps our children do good stuff."
"One person said he will give out the best imported candy as in candy from France," said Prunella, "We will go there for that candy is known for its good flavor."
"One CEO said he will give out business cards instead of candy so we won't go there," said Arthur Jr., "Our Butler we trust for he is a good man who is good to us."
