Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other stuff in fact of course. They are going after Mouse Man and his gang who escaped from the local Mental institution and started to steal stuff like cheese and peanut butter. They heard that one person will give out the best candy and best imported candy. But next door to her wants to start an exchange as in trade candy for other stuff. We see them talking about stuff like that Villain and other stuff like Halloween and other stuff in fact of course.
"We will beat them again for we have God and the law on our side unlike them crazy people in fact," said Arthur as Batman, "One person said she will give out the best candy and best imported candy so we will go there but the one next door to them wants to start an exchange as in candy for healthy snacks so we won't go there for we allow our children to have candy and it just happens to be that Helicopter mom who is running for Mayor which will cause her to decline in the polls in fact of course."
"Yes we will beat them again for we have God and the law on our side unlike them," said Francine as Batgirl, "We won't go to no except for like he said and other side of the good family is another good family who will give out the best candy."
"Yes we will beat them again for we have God and the law on our side," said Fern as Starfire, "One person said she will give out king sized candy bars and she is the owner of a local candy store the one next to a law firm in fact."

"Yes we will beat them again for we have God and the law on our side," said Buster as Robin, "One person said he will give out the best imported candy so we will go there but next door to them is part of the exchange who supports the Helicopter mom who is running for the city council."
They know that the exchange is going to be big enough to make a difference in fact it will be a big flop causing her to drop in the polls. They know seven running for Mayor is on the ballot and the other three is write in candidates. Them three will come in last place for they are the three most unpopular candidates in fact. They beat Mouse Man and his gang allowing the Police to arrest them and take them back to the Local Mental institution. We still see them talking about stuff this time at home in fact of course.
"That exchange won't go well here in Elwood City for what they will exchange candy for prunes," said Arthur, "We don't like that for it taste bad and the one who is leading it is a candidate for Mayor which will cause her to drop in the polls."
"Her exchange is unpopular and it is causing a protest against it in fact," said Francine, "We support that city council member running for Mayor for his ideas will work."
"That exchange won't go well in fact city council might block it from taking place," said Fern, "I hope they do block it from taking place for it is causing a huge protest against it."
"She is very unpopular person who we know will lose the Election for Mayor," said Bud, "We know that city council member will win the Election for Mayor of Elwood City for he is popular."
"I had a good time at school today and ready for tomorrow for it is Halloween," said Arthur Jr., "I hope the city council and the Mayor blocks that exchange from taking place."
