The next major mission for Robotnik as he continued his conquest of the continent of Empire City was to take over Westopolis. Located 500 meters west of Station Square, Westopolis was a city known for it's giant skyscrapers… and being the home of the GUN Headquarters. And this time, GUN would be 0 match for the mighty Robotnik army. Within a half an hour, Robotnik had arrived to his target location and demanded that Westopolis surrender or run the risk of being blasted away like dust bunnies. All human GUN personal responded to the threat by firing at Robotnik and his army. "Oh, big mistake you made…" Robotnik sneered as he ordered his robots to fire. All GUN agents, were either subdued and taken prisoner or they were rendered unconscious until they could be put in prison. Anyone who who was not unconscious or subdued for capture were taken out via an E-130 Series firing squad. The Alpha Force, were among those in the fight. Once they saw Robotnik and his army not only take prisoners, BUT also raid the GUN HQ, they were not happy about the situation at all. "WHAT IS THIS, SOME KIND OF JOKE?!" Alex, the leader of the team, hollered over the gun fire and returned fire in kind. "I thought it was too until the alarm went off," Fletch responded, "but right now, he's got the GUN commander captive, we're getting nowhere fast, and he's got MORE coming!" Claw looked over at both Fletch and Alex. "We're sitting cats right now," he hollered to his teammates, "Robotnik's taking down GUN HQ, and knowing him, all three of us are going to be high on his wanted list, have high bounties on our heads, dead or alive!" Alex knew that Claw was right and they had no choice but to make a run for it. "Alright," Alex said as he grabbed a crate of smoke grenades and flash bangs, "take GUN HQ to Def-con 1 and smoke 'em on my mark." Didn't need to say that twice as they threw the entire crates worth of smoke grenades and flash bangs, which gave them enough time to set the Def-con level of the building to 1 and get out of HQ. All they could do now was regroup in the next continent over and come up with a plan of attack.

Hiding off in a room in one of underground levels of the GUN building during the battle on the surface, the new Delta Crew, GUN's top rookies from the speed, technical, and power type training courses, were just sitting around and doing nothing. Usually, the first day was uneventful and gave the rookies a chance to get to know each other. This was a first for GUN as the Delta Crew was an all female team. In the past, there had been teams with females on them as the speed, technical, or both speed and technical members, but never had any female made it past the power class training. The GUN commander anointed the speed type member, a jackal named Zoey Brooks, as the leader of the team. Zoey is the fastest female to reach the speed class simulator tests with a record of 3.5 weeks. The fastest time before Zoey eclipsed it? 8 weeks. Not only was Zoey the fastest female to make it to the simulator tests, she blazed through the simulation tests in a record setting 27 minutes. She may be fast, but she's not speed of sound fast. But, what she lacks in top speed, she more than makes up for with her agility and reflexes.

Joining the team as the technical/flying team member was Quinn Heart, a coyote. She was not only a wizard with tech, but she was also good with gadgets, mechs, robots, weapons, and machines. She was the (self proclaimed) best pilot in the world and she even had her own jet-pack which she built herself while she was in tech class. On top of all that, Quinn was also a master of stealth and disguises, which means if the team needed information, they could send Quinn into abstract info by means of sneaking around or by means of going undercover. She was also really good with words and being nice, which meant if there was questioning, you could count on Quinn to get the information by charming or befriending whoever the subject was. Quinn is also a self proclaimed strategy genius, which she claims to have learned to form strategies from her many hours spent playing video games. If she wasn't playing video games, chances are you could find her trying to improve her speed and reflexes by means of partaking in sporting events, mainly soccer, paintball/air soft, and dodgeball being her main go to events.

Bringing up the power member of the team was Kelsey Manic. Kelsey, who is a wolf, is not only powerful, but she also has the speed to go head to head with Zoey in a race. So far, Kelsey was the only female to not only make it to the simulator training for the power types, but also PASS them with flying colors. How did she do it? Well, she started by putting herself through obstacle courses and sprints so she could get through the speed class. Her friends tried to talk her out of being a GUN agent, but Kelsey was having none of it. One day, she decided she was going to give the power class training a try. Just like before, her friends tried to talk her out of it, telling Kelsey that no females had ever made it out of GUN's brutal power training classes. Oh, is that so? Well, then, Kelsey shrugged off the warnings and just said that was a challenge accepted. She mixed boxing and 3 forms of martial arts (ninjistsu, karate, and taekwondo) into her training. After doing both speed and power training individually, Kelsey merged speed and power training together. While she may not look like a power type team member, Kelsey can take the hits… and dish 'em out in many different ways, 4 of them being combinations of the martial arts forms she excels in. Of those 4 combinations, only one of them combines all 3 into one massive martial arts style that she called mixjistsu. And oh, by the way, she was also trained to extract information by beating the ever living daylights out of you. So if you had intel the team needed and Quinn wasn't able to get it, Kelsey could and would get the information they wanted.

Quinn was munching on a doughnut and playing an action RPG game on her handheld gaming device when without warning, the siren went off. The trio was quick to their feet and they were getting weapons and gear on when all the sudden, the entire HQ collapsed on the top surface, becoming nothing but ruble and debris, blocking the door to the bunker in the process. The collapse was followed by a groan and creaking sounds before the ruble on top broke through the ceiling of the room and burying Zoey, Quinn, and Kesley underneath. For a moment, the top surface was riddled with the sounds of Robotnik's army marching and firing at the beckon command of their master, as the GUN HQ was leveled and without GUN or it's building standing in the way, Westopolis fell to Robotnik's empire. It was to become just another place of metal and full of people who would follow Robotnik's rule.

Moments after the conquest had ended, a fist emerged from the ruble that was once the GUN building, and emerging from the ruble were the Delta Crew. Zoey brushed off the dust from her clothes. "Oh, man… what a first day. Kelsey? Quinn? You two okay?" Quinn was the next to get up and she replied to Zeoy's question with "Well, Zoey… aside from being covered in dust from head to toe and being surrounded by the ruble of the GUN headquarters, I'd say I'm fine. how about you, Kelsey?" Kelsey was the last to get up, and with a sheepish grin, she replied with "Well… it could've been much worse than what actually ha- get down!" everyone hit the ground once more as Robotnik's flying bots came through to try and find any survivors of the carnage and take them prisoner, specifically the remaining citizens of Westopolis that didn't evacuate. Well, them and any surviving GUN members. After the bots did a once over, seeing that there were no survivors to be found, they were gone. All three rookies got up and trudged through the ruble that was once Westopolis, thoroughly looking for any citizens that remained in the city and getting them to the extraction point for evacuation. After the last citizen was rescued and taken to the extraction point, they went back to the GUN headquarters and searched for any surviving GUN teammates. To their sadness and horrified dismay, they discovered none of the fellow agents from GUN that they had found survived, and they were even more horrified when they discovered the commander was taken prisoner. And because the team didn't know the Alpha Force, they were under the assumption that they were the last line of defense for the world.

"Well…" Zoey said looking at her teammates with hint of anger at whatever or whoever attacked Empire City and fire in her eyes, "we're on the defensive for the time being." Quinn and Kelsey got up and dusted themselves off and Quinn said "Well, if we're on defense, I say we gather information on who and what we're up against. Luckily for you all, I can sneak around and obtain info." Kelsey smiled and looked over at Quinn and Zoey. "Hey, that's not a bad idea, Zoey," Kelsey said as she finished dusting herself off, "you're the leader of the team, after all. We go when you say." Zoey nodded as she kneeled on the ground to adjust her socks. "Alright, Kelsey, you're with me, we're going . Quinn, you're on your own. Meet us in the continent of Spagonia as soon as possible. our rally point will be the local cafe. You won't be able to miss us." Quinn nodded as she grabbed her jet pack and took to the skies. While Quinn took to the skies on her jetpack, Kelsey and Zoey traversed the ground for anything that they could go on.

Back in Remnant, team RWBY regrouped with Qrow, who had finally gotten his sword dislodged from the tree. "I need a drink," Qrow said as he grabbed his flask of whiskey from his pocket and took a drink. "Whatever it is we are up against, it is not a grimm, Uncle Qrow." Ruby said as she kept eyes on the trees, just in case the odd blue thing showed up again. Wiess thought her family was behind this blue creature as a means to stop her from becoming a huntress and bringing her back home to Atlas, so she would give them a call first. Blake thought it was some sort of top secret weapon that the army of remnant was working on, while Yang was convinced that Ozpin might know something about this, and Ruby wasn't sure what to think. "Alright," Ruby said after everyone (except Qrow) pitched ideas on what they should do first, "I say after Weiss talks to her family, we visit Ozpin and see what he knows. He's probably back at Beacon preparing for the next semester to begin." Qrow let Ruby finish speaking and then he said "if the army of Remnant made a top secret weapon as Blake said and it's on the loose, Ironwood would be the person to inform about this. I'll have a chat with him and see what he knows… not that he's going to tell me anything." After everyone left and went off their own ways, Sonic jumped down from the tree that Ruby was standing under. "I think the best option is to actually figure out where I am… I just gotta keep a low profile while doing it is all." Of course, this also meant doing something he's never done before : trying not to be recognized. After taking a few steps, he found a blue cloak and a walking stick. Perfect, a disguise. Sonic put the cloak on, covered his face with the hood, held the walking stick in his left hand, and made his way towards civilization.
