Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other stuff in fact of course. They are going Trick or treating tonight and avoiding places that gives out bad candy and other things like toys and pennies. They are glad that the city council and Mayor blocked that exchange ran by that Helicopter mom. If she does it anyway she would be arrested and charged and serve ten days in the county jail. We see them talking about stuff like that day and night and other stuff like what houses to avoid and other stuff in fact of course.
"We will take you kids trick or treating tonight and I met a boy who won't for he and his parents is a Jehovah's witnesses," said Arthur, "One house on the other street we must avoid for that woman will give out pennies instead of candy which is wrong of her for Halloween is about candy and we will have a Halloween party after that and we won't go to the snob party for we have our own Halloween party with good people who isn't snobs."
"Yes we will take you kids trick or treating tonight then have our Halloween party," said Francine, "We must avoid the house two blocks away for she gives out the worst candy such as garlic mints and black licorice."
"Trick or treating is lots of fun so we will be glad to take you kids to go trick or treating," said Fern, "Another house to avoid is the bad Dentist who will give out dental stuff who isn't the one we go to the one we go to will give out the best candy."
"Halloween is a good thing and this time it is on Saturday this time we have a full moon," said Buster, "Another house to avoid is the one in the street behind us for she will give out sugar free candy so we won't go there."
"I love Halloween for we get to go trick or treating tonight and have a Halloween party," said Arthur Jr., "One house we will go to will give out king sized candy bars as in our Dentist for good ones gives out the best candy but bad dentist gives out stuff like tooth brush and tooth paste as well as dental floss."
They heard that the people in one house wants to invite all inside for their Halloween party so they will avoid that house for they are scary looking. They are said to they just happens to be ugly for they have deformities. They went trick or treating without any of the Villains to ruin the day. We still see them talking this time at home at the Halloween party and having a good time.
"We avoided all the bad places that gives out bad candy and other bad stuff in fact of course," said Arthur, "We are having a good Halloween party here and we have games as well as activities plenty of snack foods and beverages without alcohol for kids don't drink that for it is also against the law."
"Glad we didn't go to that one house over there for it is said to be home of a bad person," said Francine, "He is said to be just a mean and crabby person who is said to chase people who walks by."
"I heard about him for he once cased me and I slapped him with my purse," said Fern, "He haven't bugged me sense then for I think he is afraid of me."
"I hope he ends up in a Nursing home for he is old enough to go to one to live at one," said Buster, "I don't like him for he is just a mean and crabby man who thinks he should chase people who he doesn't like in fact of course."
"Maybe he was once a Prisoner who has a Criminal records that follows him his entire life," said Arthur Jr., "I love Halloween for we got good candy having a Halloween party here."
