Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast Boy. And Some other stuff in fact of course. Their going after The Riddler and his gang for they escaped from the local Mental institution in fact of course. They know that they will defeat them once again for they have God and the law on their side. They heard that the Coming out party will be held at the Grand Ball building and that most rich people in Elwood City will be there. We see them talking about stuff like that Villain and other stuff like the two parties on the same day and other stuff in fact of course.
"Yes we will defeat them once again for we have God and the law on our side unlike them crazy people," said Arthur as Batman, "My Uncle Fred said he will be here tomorrow for his birthday party here so we won't go to the Coming out party in fact we wouldn't go anyway for it will be full of snobs talking about stuff that they talk about and there is some land up for auction we can go there on Monday so we can build another Group Home to go with the one we have."
"Yes we will defeat them again for we have God on our side unlike them," said Francine as Batgirl, "I won't be caught dead at a coming out party for I heard that they are so boring and we will have a party for Uncle Fred for he is a good man and yes we will go to that auction to prevent an adult movie theater for that would attract certain people to move here."
"We will beat them again for we have God and the law on our side unlike them," said Fern as Starfire, "One person said he wants to build a literacy school there which is better than an adult movie theater that's for sure."

They went to his hideout and a fight started and the good side won against them allowing the Police to arrest them taking them back to the Local Mental institution. They went grocery shopping and saw a Butler there who will talk to them about something. He said that he wants to be hired by them. They hired him right away which made him happy. We still see them talking this time at home.
"Kids this man is Mark Harrison our new Butler who we just hired at the grocery store," said Arthur, "He isn't like most butlers he is a regular person born in New York City instead of London England so he has no accent in fact of course."
"I just became a Butler and unlike most I am not a snob just a regular person," said Mark, "I can do anything you want for I can cook and clean."
"As we said he isn't like most Butlers he just moved here from New York city now will live here," said Francine, "He isn't the main Butler for he is a young man so it is still Timothy Malcolm is still here and will train him."
"Mark your training will start right away so someday you can takeover once I retire," said head Butler, "And I heard you can cook good food."
"That man is nice and glad you hired him for he is a good man in fact," said Arthur Jr., "I had a good time at school today it is just a public school not one for the rich it is Lakewood Elementary school."
