Arthur is Batman
Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast boy as well as others from the show as well. The children are at the Omar house for she is their babysitter after school with their parents is in a coming movie. They heard that a new hero is out there dressed as a hero from classic comic books so as an Astronaut. And about a Villain dressed as a Cactus who is the enemy of Astronaut man. We see them talking about stuff like that house and other stuff like them two that is in Elwood City and other stuff in fact of course.
"I do like this house here and the shows we watch here is the classics as in back in the old days," said Arthur Jr., "I heard there is a hero dressed as an Astronaut and a Villain dressed as a Cactus so we have a new Hero and Villain here in Elwood City and I heard that the Helicopter mom lost three more people who went to support the City Council Member running for Mayor of Elwood City for he will most likely win the Election and become our next Mayor."
"I do a good job at decorating places it is why it looks this good and glad you kids are here," said Mrs. Omar, "I heard about them two here in Elwood City and our Brother in law won't get Elected for he lost four more people which two of them went to the City Council member and one to the Lawyer running for Mayor of Elwood City."
"I love what she did here and one running for Mayor is a Sociopath who is that Prison Warden," said Buster Jr., "We don't need a Mayor who is a Sociopath for he like the rest of them he lacks empathy so my parents will vote for that City Council Member who is running for Mayor of Elwood City and I don't support that Helicopter mom."
"She is a good woman and mom and we helped her do this in fact of course," said Mohammed, "We don't support that Police officer running for Mayor of Elwood City same as the Helicopter mom for we met her once with our mom here she wanted me to not play sports and mom told her mind her own business."
"I love what you all did here for it looks great and it is nice and clean and dusted," said George Jr., "Some people running for Mayor of Elwood City is bad and two happens to be Sociopaths as in the Prison Warden and that Police officer."
They heard that the City Council member running for Mayor will speak to some people at the local University and the Lawyer at the community college. They know they don't need a Mayor who is a Sociopath for they lack empathy. They wonder if one of them is Cactus man for that would make one of them look worse. We still see them talking about stuff this time at home in fact of course.
"Yes them two are Sociopaths for they lack empathy which is what makes them dangerous in fact," said Arthur, "I don't trust them two for we don't want or need is a Mayor who is a Sociopath and so far that City Council member running for Mayor will win the Election and be a good one who will get us more grants for Elwood City to help the local economy so we can build good stuff."
"We aren't sure why them two is running for Mayor of Elwood City for they are not popular," said Francine, "He wants to build a kids club as well a new Public Preschool and batting cages."
"We support that idea of that City Council member for that would help more children," said Fern, "He also wants to encourage people to start a new business which will be child friendly."
"He also wants to build a new assisted living facility to help the Elderly," said Bud, "Last person we want as a Mayor is a Sociopath for they are unpredictable."
"He also wants to build a new Subdivision and Elementary school in fact," said Arthur Jr., "Having two Sociopaths running for Mayor is bad but lucky for us they won't get Elected."
