Arthur is Batman

Arthur becomes Batman in this story here and he is an Adult in it for he will be Batman not Bat boy with Buster as Robin with Francine as Batgirl. But they are in Elwood City not Gotham city and one becomes The Joker who just happens to be Rattles and other villains in fact of course. With other hero's like D.W. as Raven and Bud as Beast boy as well as others from the show as well. The children is at the Omar house today for she is their babysitter in fact of course. They heard that one Planet was found entering the Solar System and settle in an orbit between Earth and Mars that could support life. They just wonder if it is true or just a rumor. We see them talking about stuff like that house and other stuff like what they heard and other stuff in fact of course.

"Yes it is a nice house and glad you are our babysitter instead of that Hindu woman over there in fact of course," said Arthur Jr., "I heard something about a rouge Planet will soon enter the Solar System and settle in orbit between Earth and Mars but I will only believe it if we see it on the news but if not then it is just a rumor that someone started but if true we will have another Planet to explore and maybe send people there to live so until then I will take it with a grain of salt."

"Glad we have you kids to watch and that Hindu woman is known to be strict, " said Mrs. Omar, "I heard two same thing you heard from some people but I don't think it is real unless we see it on the news which we haven't seen on it so I think they got it from that new movie that your parents is in."

"Glad your our babysitter instead of one of the strange babysitters from that Website," said Buster Jr., "I heard the same thing as you two from a grocery store for it is a rumor."

"If it was real it would start pulling on other Planets and moons and we don't see it," said Mohammed, "So I think it is just a rumor started by someone who wants to create a panic for it was started by a possible bully who is also a prankster."

"Back years ago as in eight years ago in 2012 they said a Planet called Nibiru would cause a pole shift on Earth," said George Jr., "It was proved false same as this rumor for we would see the effects on Planets and moons."

They found the prankster who caused that Rumor as in arrested and faces charges that could put her in Juvenile Hall so yes it was a girl who started it. The other Villains can't no longer escape from The local Mental institution. They upgraded security there so that makes escape nearly impossible. Arthur and Francine put some money into that place which is nearing fruit as in working very well. We still see them talking this time at home.

"They arrested the Prankster it is a girl named Rebecca Miller who is also a Billy at mighty mountain Elementary school," said Arthur, "If she pleads insanity then it will be an insanity defense and if proven insane she will go to the local Mental institution with the Villains and they upgraded security there making Escape nearly impossible for it is a burglar alarm which we helped install."

"That girl is a Sociopath for she has no empathy which is what makes them dangerous," said Francine, "We know that Sociopaths can hide in plain sight which makes them more dangerous than Psychopaths and they do so with a passion of it."

"You kids won't have to worry about it she is going to plead not guilty in reasons of insanity," said Fern, "That could put her in the local Mental institution for a long time."

"We know that she could be a Villain in the making for that is what is going to happen," said Buster, "It is possible she is a Sociopath for she seems to show no Empathy."

"If it is a Mental illness then that would make her a person who acts like a Sociopath," said Arthur Jr., "I think she is a Sociopath for I met her once she shows no Empathy which makes her dangerous for on one TV show showed an evil Sociopath pony and that show is My Little Pony Friendship is Magic and her name is Cozy Glow."
