Chapter 2, Runaway.
It was currently break time at school but while the other children was outside playing Frisk was inside trying to make up for some of the homework she had lost yesterday.
Frisk was trying not to move too much her body still hurt from her father's beating yesterday.
Just as Frisk was finishing her English paper Ruby and her two friends walked in, "Her shorty that homework of yours was terrible, it only got me a 82%" said Ruby angrily.
Frisk remained silent, she didn't want to make Ruby any angrier than she already was, "Are you listening to me" said Ruby as she slammed her hand on Frisk's desk, Frisk nodded but this didn't seem to satisfy Ruby.
Ruby snapped her fingers and her two friends pulled Frisk from her desk, Frisk whimpered in pain as their touch caused her injuries to flare up, while her friends held Frisk Ruby looked through her school bag.
"Don't you ever bring anything good" said Ruby after finding nothing that interested her in Frisk's bag, Frisk didn't say anything she knew it was pointless.
"What should we do with her today, another swirlie" asked one of the two holding Frisk, "No, that gets boring after a while" said Ruby, "What about a wedgie" suggested the other friend, "We can do better than that" said Ruby.
"Purple nurple" said the first friend, "Good one" said Ruby.
Before Frisk could do anything the two friends pulled her to the floor and held her down, then Ruby lifted her jumper up, the three didn't even take any notice of all of her injuries.
Frisk screamed as her nipples was twisted, Ruby not wanting anyone to hear them quickly grabbed Frisk's English paper screwed it up into a ball and then shoved in into Frisk's mouth, then she went right back to giving Frisk a purple nurple.
After a few minutes the three ceased their assault on Frisk, "Come on, let's get out of here before someone sees us" ordered Ruby, as the three left the classroom one of the friends grabbed Frisk's school bag and took it with them.
Frisk spat out her ruined English paper, then she dragged herself back to her desk and started to cry, she didn't even want to know what her parents reaction would be when they found out that she had lost her bag along with everything in it.
By the time that school ended Frisk was wrecked with worry over what her parents was going to do to her, Frisk entered her house and saw her mother sitting on the sofa, luckily for Frisk her mother didn't know about her bag yet.
Frisk quickly climbed the stairs and ran into her room, then she started to cry about the beating that she knew she would receive later today.
Frisk walked up to her window and looked out at the town wondering if other children had to fear coming home at the end of the day, from her window Frisk could also see Mt Ebott, a large mountain that overlooked the whole town.
As Frisk looked at the mountain a thought appeared in her head, she thought of just leaving now and never looking back.
Without thinking Frisk changed out of her school uniform and into a blue jumper with two pink stripes on the chest, and blue shorts, Frisk then climbed out of her window and ran away from her house as quickly as she could.
Frisk wasn't sure where she was running too, the only thought in her mind right now was away, by the time Frisk stopped running she was at the base of Mt Ebott.
By now Frisk was starting to realise what she had just done, she had just run away from home with nothing, she had no food, no water, not even a change of clothes, she quickly realised that she hadn't thought this through at all.
It was then that fear began to run through Frisk's body, she wondered what her parents would do once they noticed that she was gone, would they look for her, and what would happen if they found her, Frisk was sure that they would punish her severely for this.
Wanting to get even further away from home Frisk began to climb the mountain, she didn't know if anything was up there and she didn't really care, all she wanted was to not be found.
After almost an hour Frisk was nearing the top of Mt Ebott, however the weather was becoming much colder and Frisk shivered at the cold, luckily for Frisk she saw a cave nearby and quickly ran into it to try and get out of the cold.
Unfortunately the inside of the cave was just as cold as the outside, Frisk huddled into a ball in order to try and stay warm, while huddling in a ball Frisk noticed that there was something else in the cave, it was a large hole.
Frisk moved closer to the hole and looked down, the hole was deep, so deep in fact that Frisk couldn't see the bottom, all she could see was darkness, Frisk knew she should move away from the hole for her own safety but there was a part of her that told her to stay near it.
Hundreds of thoughts rushed through Frisk's mind, she didn't want to go back home the only thing that waited there for her was pain, but what else could she do, she was only ten years old there was no way she could survive on her own, she'd been gone for only an hour and she was already freezing to death.
Frisk looked back at the hole and instead of seeing it as a danger she saw it as a salvation.
Frisk couldn't go home, she wouldn't go home, but if she stayed by herself then she was bound to die, if she didn't die here by freezing then she would just die later by some other means, be it starving, dehydration, or something even worst.
No matter which way she died Frisk knew it would be slow and painful, she didn't want to suffer like that, but the hole, it could end everything right now, it was so deep that Frisk knew it would be quick, she wouldn't feel a thing.
Frisk moved closer to the hole, her legs was now dangling over the edge, Frisk wondered if she should do this, would her parents miss her, that thought quickly left her mind, no her parents wouldn't miss her at all.
Frisk looked down into the hole, she thought about everyone she knew and sadly every memory was painful, no one care about her, she'd likely be doing everyone a favour.
Frisk without any hesitation at all pushed herself forward and began to fall into the hole, as she fell deeper and deeper Frisk closed her eyes and a small smile appeared on her face.
She knew it was over and she could finally rest.
