Hello, this will be a multi chapter fanfiction about Ash Ketchum's childhood and the events that led to him getting Pikachu.
One year later:
Professor Oak was walking through his long lab. He was preparing for this year's summer camp. Professor Oak had heard from Ash Ketchum that he's definitely attend. Another young boy, Goh, had also expressed lots of interest about the summer camp.
As he walked through the tall doors that led to his lab, he checked through all the application forms he had received back from parents who were happy for their kids to attend the upcoming summer camp. Not surprisinly, Ash and Goh's were in the pile.
Professor Oak wondered if the two would become friends, since they both had such a huge interest in Pokemon.

Ash Ketchum woke up in a flash. "What time is it?"
Ash Ketchum soon run down to Professor Oak's lab, only to find...
"No!" Ash shouted.
