"What's going on?" I demanded. They seemed distracted. That's when I realized only Aphrodite was paying any attention to use but even she wasn't really paying attention. Annabeth grabbed my hand and squeezed it. Hard. I looked at her and she pointed her head towards the gods. I looked over there,and for some reason, I hadn't noticed the gods all huddled around Apollo. Apollo was glowing and Demeter moved to the side then back but I caught a glimpse of what they were doing. It was the girl from earlier and they were healing her. I knew the gods rarely healed mortals unless they were very important to them. Such as Poseidon to my mom.

I looked at Annabeth asking her a silent question. By the looks of it she saw her too.

"Hey, one of you guys flashed us here and i would like to know who! I was in the middle of a very important conversation!" Annabeth shouted. That did the trick. The gods looked at us and Zeus sighed.

"Who flashed them? I thought we would wait until...she...was healed?" He questioned. This was very odd because Zeus was always so loud and now he was being-quiet?

"I did brother, it's good they know the truth now that she's back." My dad said.

"Ok,what's going on?!" I shouted at them. They sighed at the same time which was kinda weird.

"Let me tell you a story." Said Poseidion. Wherever this was going didn't sound good.

"It started back in the first Gaea war-" Started Poseidon. Right away I knew this was going to be a long story.

"Can we get chairs please?" I interrupted. Zeus looked super annoyed but flashed us some chairs.

"Are we good now? Ok. So anyway it started back in the beginning of the Gaea war. It was near the middle of it and Gaea unexpectedly had a child with Tartarus and some mortal. This child's name was Shadow. She was a demigod. However,she was very powerful. Gaea wanted her on her side and automatically assumed her daughter would fight for her. But Shadow didn't like her mother one bit and hated what she wanted to do. So she sided with the gods and fought against her mother. Some of the gods blessed her such as Dionysus and Hesita. She became even more powerful but her mother,Gaea,was furious,so once she lost the gods were delighted of course but that quickly changed once Gaea made her immortal and cast her down to Tartarus. We figured she had been abused and we got that confirmed when Tartarus sent us a dream vision of her on the brink of life. But of course she did not die because she was immortal. We couldn't save her so for centuries she was stuck down there. So after the 2nd Gaea war Gaea told us that she would be mortal once she came back to the surface. SO that she would certainly die because of her injuries. So of course we were-" Explained Poesidon but was interrupted by someone coughing and everyone's head shot to Apollo who was healing the girl. She had woken up
