Once Dorian was gone, Maxwell led and walked with Harry.
While they walked to where ever the Inquisitor was taking Harry the wizard couldn't help but feel nervous. Despite Maxwell having already given both he and Dorian reassurance he still felt worried about what was going to happen to him and how his explanation would be received.
Maxwell led Harry to a room where four people had been waiting for them.
A woman with long dark hair was sitting down at a desk, a blond-haired man with a scar on his lip was standing nearby and two other women were also close by chatting to each other, one was a red-haired woman and the other a short dark-haired woman.
When the other members of the Inquisition noticed Maxwell and Harry in the room, they ceased their talking and looked at them.
Maxwell smiled reassuringly to Harry before introducing him to the others, "Harry this is Cullen Rutherford" said Maxwell gesturing to the blond man. "Josephine Montilyet" he said, gesturing towards the woman who sat behind the desk, "Cassandra Pentaghast" he said, gesturing towards the woman with the dark short hair. "And Leliana" he said, finally gesturing to the woman with the red hair.
Maxwell then addressed the other members of the Inquisition, "Cullen, Josephine, Cassandra, Leliana…This is the man who we found in the Fade, his name is Harry Potter…"
All sets of eyes were suddenly staring at Harry and Harry suddenly felt like he was being judged. He didn't like it.
Harry was offered to sit down and he did so, he then soon was being questioned. "So, tell me Harry, how did you meet Dorian?" asked the Inquisitor.
Harry felt surprised at this question but also relieved, he much preferred to talk about Dorian than about what he had experienced in the Fade but of course he knew that the Fade would come shortly afterwards.
"Through shared dreams..." Harry said. "He's my soul mate and we just started to meet each other in our dreams one night" Harry gave a small smile at the memory of his first meeting with Dorian. "We got to know each other and developed genuine romantic feelings. It was a shock to find out that we were both from different realms but we decided to find a way to be together anyway, for us to properly have a relationship."
"So, what happened then? Why were you found in the Fade, if Dorian really cares about you, I don't think he would have chosen for you to come through to Thedas through the Fade. You could have died"
"No. You're correct Inquisitor, he wouldn't have" agreed Harry.
"So why were you found in there?" asked Cullen. "Someone said you mentioned something about being betrayed"
Harry's smile disappeared completely, "Yes, well…in my world as a teenager I was forced to take part in a war…"
Harry explained to them about the wizarding war that he had to fight against Voldemort and how he had defeated the dark wizard.
Harry was just about to start to tell the Inquisition members about his betrayal when Cassandra interrupted. "So, you fought in a war and defeated a dark magic user, you're a hero. Why would your kind betray you and send you through into the Fade?"
Harry gave a sigh, "Yes, I was just getting to that."
Everyone was then silent, even Harry for a moment before he spoke again.
"After the war the magical world thought I was too dangerous, they said that if someone could defeat someone like Voldemort, they must be pretty powerful themselves." Harry gave a sigh, "After I defeated Voldemort, even years after, there was lots of news articles written about me, people wrote books about me as well. By the time the rest of Voldemort's followers were imprisoned the majority of the wizarding world was convinced that I couldn't be trusted so I was sent through a magical artifact that's called the Veil of Death"
"So they expected you to die" said Leliana, the words she spoke not voiced as a question but more of a statement.
Harry stared at the woman and gave a nod, "Yes" he muttered.
"But what exactly is this magical artifact?" asked Josephine curiously.
"It's a sort of ancient stone archway that has attached to it a black curtain, it is still being researched by a secret branch of the magical government of my world. When I first came across it when I was only fifteen years old. It had a strange effect on me then, I felt drawn towards it and I could hear voices coming from it. That same night when I first discovered it, I lost my Godfather to it, he fell through and no one ever found his body. If the Inquisitor and his companions had never found me, I probably would be dead right now."
The inquisition members were quiet and no one spoke for a few moments until finally Maxwell Trevelyan spoke.
"Well, um…Harry, thank you for telling us all of this. You can return to Dorian now and I will talk with the others. If it is decided that you can stay with the inquisition, I will speak with you again to discuss how you can help us, it would be very beneficial for our cause to have another mage who can handle himself in a fight"
Harry gave a nod, feeling grateful that it was now over and he didn't have to discuss it anymore to a group of strangers he thanked the man.
The wizard soon left the others and went to return back to his soulmate.

Dorian was sitting nervously on his bed, as promised he had returned to their room to wait for Harry to be finished with talking with the Inquisitor and the other members of the inquisition who were in charge of things.
He was worried about Harry, he knew Maxwell Trevelyan was a good man but he still couldn't help but feel concerned anyway.
The mage gave a sigh of frustration, "It's been hours! They should be done by now" he muttered.
"Has it really?" came a voice that he recognized and Dorian suddenly looked to the doorway and smiled with relief at seeing Harry.
Dorian stood up and walked towards Harry.
"So how did it go?" Dorian asked when he got close to Harry.
"It went alright" Harry said. "I told them what happened to me, no decision was really made though. I think if Inquisitor Trevelyan is going to let me stay here, he's going to discuss my options later after he talks about me to the others. Do you want me to tell you what I told them?" Harry said in a quiet tone.
Dorian wanted to know, he really did but right now it could wait.
"It's fine. You can tell me later Harry" said Dorian.
Harry looked relieved at this, "Thanks" he said.
Dorian smiled back at Harry "Now, correct me if I'm wrong but I distinctly remember you making me some sort of promise"
There was a sort of flirtatious way in which the mage said this, there was another intent behind this little reminder however and that was to distract Harry...it was to cheer him up.
Harry looked surprised and after a moment he smiled. "Will a kiss do?" he asked.
Dorian smiled and he gave a nod.
Harry looked quite satisfied at this answer and then stepped at bit closer to Dorian before the wizard then brought his hands to grasp gently onto the other man's shoulders before he captured the mage's lips in a kiss that Dorian almost immediately returned very eagerly.
The kiss was soft and innocent at first but after a few moments deepened into a passionate kiss that had tongue. The kiss lasted several minutes before they separated.
Soon afterwards Dorian and Harry then went to the bed and laid down together on it , cuddling together for a while in silence until Harry told Dorian what he had told the other members of the Inquisition.
