In the Overworld, a girl is sitting on the side of a river fishing. On the other side of the river there were sheep eating grass, pigs wandering around, cows mooing. The bees were hard at work pollinating the flowers. The grass and trees were swaying in the wind.
The girl managed to catch a few fish, packed up her things, and walked over to her house settled on the side of a hill.
The girl walked inside the hut putting her extra things in a chest. The girl put the fish into a smoker and went to go lay down in her bed. She looked up at the stone and cobblestone wall and ceiling.
"Luna, what is your purpose here? How come I haven't found anyone else like me? How did I end up here?.."
Many questions flew around Luna's head until she heard the smoker go off. Luna got up and retrieved the fish from the smoker. Once she got the fish she went back outside and sat outside her door.
While she was eating her fish she watched the sun go down, disappearing behind a mountain.
Luna got back up and went back into her house and went to sleep.
Morning struck. Luna got up and went to her chest to gather more materials for the day until she noticed. She was running out of coal.
"Guess I will have to gather more today." she said disappointingly.
Luna gathered some mining supplies and some leftover fish she had from the other night and went out to search for a cave.
Luna was walking through a forest till she came by a cave covered by overgrowth. Luna was confused since she came by this area before and she's never noticed this cave before. She kept staring at this cave until it seemed to be calling to her.
Whispers filled her head only getting louder the more she walked towards it. It kept getting louder and louder to the point where she was covering her ears. Luna wanted to back away from it but something kept forcing her to get in it.
Once Luna got in the cave the whispers came to an almost complete silence. Luna kept walking around the cave.
"What is this cave?" she wondered as she got farther in the cave.
There were purple crystals illuminating the cave, unlit torches, stone bricks marking the path. There was some distorted noise coming from the cave. The whispering still kept going on.
Luna wanted to leave the cave but for some reason she couldn't. She kept following down the stone brick path until she came past a dead end. She stopped and stared at the wall, touching all around the wall, like she was looking for something.
She held her ear to the wall, she then heard some unusual cracking sound. She got out her pickaxe and then broke away at the wall. When she made a hole big enough for her to enter, she walked through it and encountered a strange room.
Lava lined the floor next to a wall. There was an obsidian path leading up to some stairs that were leading up to something.
"What is this place?" Luna wondered
The whispers came back but stronger this time. Luna was covering, shaking her head to make it stop but it wasn't working. The whispers were leading her up the stairs. She ended up following the whispers up the stairs.
Once she got to the top of the stairs she encountered something strange.
"What is this thing? What led me to this?" she asked.
The object looked like a huge black and purple stone. While Luna was staring at it, the whispers came back but more clearly this time.
Take it. Take the egg. Take it. Take the egg.
The whispers said that over and over again until Luna gave in. Luna was frightened by the whispers, she soon reluctantly gave in and picked up the egg. She picked it up staring at, the egg then started admitting purple particles.
Luna jumped a little. Luna then walked out of that room carrying the egg, out of the cave and walked back to her house.
