Chapter four
The lab was finally able to come up with a name with the blood found on the door of the store that the pair had killed the owner. Lt. Gordy age 45 came in with the final results of the AB Positive blood to be named Jake Alotta age 32 ex marine out of Pendleton in California. The profile came up on the screen reading that this Jake and as with his brother Joey have the potential to kill in any situation.
Lt. Gordy asked a courier to bring the report up to Captain Kate Beckett having just arrived before heading on over to Louise Fletcher condo making sure the money is going to be tracked.
When the report arrived. Right away Beckett read the report to slam her fist onto the table to cry out slightly in her office. Richard Castle was leaving to head for Black Pawn Publishing asking to be updated when ever she had the chance.
"I just can't believe this Rick. It seems to be the same duo working in this area robbery different stores and shooting those that gets in their way." She stated with her right hand still hurting slightly.
Her husband gave her a quick kiss to her lips before moving out and saying. "Good luck."
"Thanks, we will need it Rick." The both of them will leave her office to go into separate directions.
Meanwhile at the condo Louise Fletcher had the money in a briefcase with the F.B.I. had placed a trace into the bills with Seth Hutchinson going over the details with his agents with the drop across the street in Central Park near the lake.
"Does everyone understand the orders and what they are to do with watching and waiting for the duo to pick up the briefcase and wait for instructions for the word on Melissa." Seth will say when Captain Kate Beckett walked in with needing an additional update.
He pulled her to the side to say that he doesn't think the girl isn't going to be returned alive. "I agree Seth." Talking softly away from the mother sitting on the couch waiting.
When all of a sudden the phone rang with Seth indicating to once again to trace the call...As she goes to pick up the phone to talk to the kidnapper of Melissa.
"Do you have the 20 million dollars in the briefcase as per requested?" Joey had to say from his prepaid phone and placing a signal to disburse the trace by the police.
"Yes I have the money. When do you want me to drop off the briefcase inside Central park?" She needed to asked with her voice cracking.
"Be there in one hour at the black bench near the pretzel vendor." Joey ended the call with calling his brother with his instructions to shoot the woman with his weapon.
"Are you sure about one hour?" She asked to try to keep him on further with the phone.
"Yes." He called his brother Jake at their location to go on with the plan.
Jake had opened the door to the storage room watching Rebecca trying to squirm before firing with no remorse into her head and needing a few moments to gather his thoughts and with bringing her body to the location to the local dump a few miles from the park to find the body.
Meanwhile Jake started to cry feeling really bad that he was forced into this once again with the killing. Even since he has been listening to his brother Joey. His life has been an endless worth of misery during the past six months since getting out of the marines and their crime spree.

The F.B.I. and agent Seth Hutchinson along with Captain Kate Beckett were sitting in the surveillance truck watching the scene with their agents jogging in the area watching Louise Fletcher carrying the briefcase with the fake money with the switch made. She still was trying to understand as to why the switch was made unless they were expecting to have bad news with the next call from the kidnappers.
"All teams it's getting close for the kidnapper to show." Hutchinson said over the communications device. Javier Esposito called Beckett over her phone with the bad news.
"Yes, Javier what is it?" She asked in a low tone in order not to interrupt Hutchinson talking to his agents.
"We just received a call from the parks recreational dump. A female body has been found with two gunshots to her head. It's Rebecca with her purse on the body. I am so sorry Beckett about all this." He stated.
"I will let Seth know the news about the body found. Please have Perlmutter to come and bring the body back to the morgue. We need to find out on whether she was raped or not while being held. This was nothing but a rouse to get the money and never intended to release the girl."
"I will call the morgue since I am heading there now to the dump with my partner Ryan. No doubt the reporters will find out quickly over the police scanners." He hung up the phone with Beckett facing Hutchinson.
"What's wrong Kate?" He asked with a serious tone in his demeanor taking off the earphones from his head.
"Rebecca has been found dead with two gunshots in the head Seth. Her body was found only a few blocks away at the Parks dump. Sergeant Esposito and his partner are on the way over with the coroner to bring her body over to have an autopsy done to find some of the answers."
Seth slammed the earphones onto the floor angry and with hitting his fist against the wall. "God damn it now what?" He asked with needing to get Louise out of the line of fire as soon as possible picking up the earphones to have his agents to move in and bring her back to the house to be given the bad news.
