Chapter 1:
As a young wizard, Lockhart was born in a pure blood family, famous for their Ravenclaw bloodline. For most of his life his whole family kept him in hiding as they thought he was a squib. His mother was forced to stay at home and take care of her so called squib son who she was so embarrassed about.
Being an only child of a famous family meant that he was already famous for a real reason, his bloodline. He was so deeply embarrassed and hid from the world. Making him depressed.
One day a marvellous thing happened. When he was asleep a bright light lifted him and fed the bed and on the ground. A blessing. Voices were heard everywhere. It (the voice) said," I awake you from this curse a spell for a life, more precious than death, and the deed will be done. Now repeat after me the incantation of your fortune." And it was gone then a Gilderoy ran to his mothers room, picked up her wand,
"Obliviate!"
His mothers every memory of him vanished!
He ran out casting the spell on every household.
The light came back! This time it told Gilderoy to cast the spell as loud as possible and run for his life.
He lifted his mother's wand and felt a rush of power run through his veins.
"OBLIVIATE!!!!!" He yelled, running out of the little town he grew up in.
