Chapter Eight
Doctor Sidney Perlmutter finally had the chance to finish up his work on the body of Rebecca Chase with some alarming findings. He and his assistant were pissed off with a woman that was taken and murder by those two abductors only to rape her in spite the fact she was already pregnant. And no doubt her mother didn't know it. Since her daughter Rebecca was engaged to her boyfriend and lawyer Robert Douglas of Wall Street.
He was currently away on a cruise with his co-workers and will be back in a few days. However Louise Fletcher will be calling the cruise line to advise him of the bad news about Rebecca's murder
When he had received the phone call. He was able to acquire a helicopter to land on the top deck to bring him back to the states side and set up transportation to bring him back to New York city and Manhattan to discuss what happened with Rebecca. Even though his relationship with Lousie was somewhat strained.
Doctor Perlmutter had called Captain Kate Beckett to the autopsy bay with the results as she walked in with Castle finishing up his early meeting with Black Pawn Publishing. "What do you have Perlmutter on the murder of Rebecca Chase?" She asked with the body in the cooler.
"Just to let you know she was raped by those two bastards in spite the fact she was three months pregnant to make matters worse." He stated with both Beckett and Castle shaking their heads.
"I am wondering on whether her mother and finance had known that she was pregnant at all?" Beckett had asked the deadly question.
"The only way Beckett is to asked them both the question. Do you happened to know who is is engaged to at all?" Castle asked with his curiosity kicking in as a mystery writer.
"Robert Douglas a lawyer of a Wall Street firm of Douglas, Stevens and Goldman. He's been notified by Louise Fletcher. From what I understand he was on a cruise with his firm and will be flying back by helicopter." Beckett said with her detectives working the case with two more bodies having been found.
"Captain Beckett I will need to be leaving now with my assistant to pick up two more bodies of woman having been found at the same dump." He will informed the captain with handing him the report with Gerald his assistant with getting the coroner's van ready for the ride over.
"Yeah I know. We believe it was the same murderers that had killed Rebecca Chase last night." She replied with anger in her tone and demeanor.
She watched Doctor Perlmutter not bothering with a remark to leave the coroner's bay with his assistant to pick up the two bodies. When they get back. Doctor Lisa Anderson will be taking over for Perlmutter with three days off to spend with his wife and three grown up children.
When they arrived at the seen. Detectives Esposito and Ryan had arrived as with the local police investigating as well. Both the bodies were found to be hookers on the streets for which Sergeant Hon Lee Fong with his partner had been watching those two for months and wanting to know their client lists with many of them being city officials. However this time they were dealing with the wrong men to wind up dead in the process.
When Doctor Perlmutter arrived at the seen. He was tired and wasn't in any mood to argue with Esposito or Ryan. Both bodies had burn marks, needle and cocaine in their system no doubt. Perlmutter was asked to check for all this along on whether they were raped including which of the bullets killed them in the process.
"I will see what I can do with another body in the morgue having been killed by the same men. I will have Doctor Anderson to have the answers since my very long shift is over. Detectives I do hope that you will be able to find them before more bodies are found." He said with anger with Gerald placing the two body bags into the coroner's van and closing the door.
Getting into the front seat to drive. Perlmutter was able to tell that Gerald was pissed off with the entire situation and whomever is killing these girls.

Sometime later with the tension of the autopsy bay. Doctor Lisa Anderson and her assistant Melanie. She had come back with the results of the tox screen and rape information. "Doc I have the information you required." melanie said with changing into her environmental suit, cap and gloves moving over to the tables with both of the bodies.
"Well tell me Melanie what's the word?" Lisa said with lifting her head with checking the liver and other organs.
"There was a high level of cocaine in their system along with the fact the ladies were raped. However no one was pregnant for which I thought was a good thing with them being low class hookers." Melanie said harshly with her tone of voice.
"It's too bad anyway Melanie. I will have to call Captain Beckett at the precinct and let her know the results. As for the bullet fragments it was the first one of both to kill them into their heads that did the deed with murdering."
"I will finish up for you while the call is made to Captain Beckett."
"Thanks." She removed her mask to head into the office to call her.
Captain Kate Beckett was coming back from a meeting with the mayor wanting and needing answers yesterday. She was tired and needing a coffee and food. She called the deli down the block to send the delivery boy with her Turkey Club sandwich, coffee and a piece of apple pie if possible.
Afterwards her phone rang to be the coroner Doctor Lisa Anderson with she hoped had some answers. "Yes, doctor how can I help you this afternoon?" She had to asked with her stomach rumbling.
"Bad news both women were high on cocaine while being raped at the sametime Captain. The first shots to their heads was what killed them in the first place. As to who killed them I have no answers for you at this time. My cooler is currently filled with four bodies with the first female last month not having been claimed by the family."
"That's too bad Doctor Anderson. Is there anything else I should know about?" Kate had to asked with her nature as a police officer.
"Nothing at the moment Captain Beckett. That's it for now and I will be sure to stay in touch." She hangs up the phone to head back into the autopsy bay to finish up her work.
