They arrived as with Doctor Sidney Perlmutter having been called after Doctor Lisa Anderson had gone off duty. He was supposed to have a few days off due to a scheduling issue.

Doctor Perlmutter and his assistant Gerald were placing the body into the coroners van when they had arrived. Sergeant Esposito wasn't liking it one bit with Perlmutter not bothering to consult with them. "What's going on Perlmutter?" He had asked with annoyance with his tone of voice.

"There is nothing to it Detective. This woman was founded choked to death. I am going to be doing the autopsy to find out on whether there was any alcohol in her bloodstream or any other foul play with the woman being found this way." He stated with his usual nasty self.

"Captain Beckett wants a full report on the autopsy you're going to be doing. Since it might be connected to all of the other women killed of late." Javier will have said with watching his partner Kevin Ryan to search the area.

Sergeant Javier Esposito was angry with Perlmutter. As he watched the coroner's van move away to head up to the main drive. Meanwhile Ryan found a business card near or close to the body. "Look what I found Javi?" He shows him the business card with the lawyers name Robert Douglas of Wall Street firm.

"Captain Beckett is not going to like this at all with the only evidence found and this is not the only time this lawyer is involved in some ways." Javi had to say with handing it back to Ryan and placing it back into the evidence clear bag.

Meanwhile Hayley and Alexis working into the early morning. They were able to bring up further Intel on Robert Douglas for when he was in the service as a long range sniper. There was a incident for when one of the marines was involved in an accident even though the charges were dropped against Gunnery sergeant Robert Douglas. "Sergeant Esposito what are you doing here?" He had to asked slightly off with seeing him.

"I would like to asked on whether you have been anywhere near the harbor over near the coast guard headquarters?" He asked with the question while watching his reaction.

"No. Why do you asked? I was in my office really early with getting ready to start up my case with the judge in chambers. My partner James Alotta will be able to verified my whereabouts detective."

"The reason I am asking is the fact there was another female body down by the harbor with your business card close by."

"My business cards are always handed out. I don't keep track on where those cards go to Detective Esposito. Now if you will excuse me I have a meeting downtown with the mayor to discuss further business on certain real estate buildings."

Javier moved out of his way with going back to his firm to talk with his partner James Alotta and his alibi.

Sometime later after talking with Captain Beckett at the precinct. She told Sergeant Esposito to wait for his partner to meet with him at the firm. "I understand Captain, I will wait for him outside. I don't intend to wait all that long when I need to get answers about Robert Douglas alibi."

"Fine. Just be sure it's a solid abili with asking further questions." Beckett had to say from her office.

It was an hour later when Javier saw Ryan walking up to him having found a parking space. "Buddy I am sorry that I am late. The traffic has been just horrible for the most part. Shall we get started with this?" As they walked up the steps of the Wall Street firm.
