Chapter 15th
Robert Douglas wasn't able to go back to his Manhattan complex knowing that the police might be looking for him. There was only one place he was able to go and that was his yacht in the mariner.
He was going to be taking the chance of going there. While two undercover officers working the mariner with their stateside boat from Douglas having a small dinner party on board as part of the act.
Officer Joel Bennett wearing his bathing multi colored suit hanging onto his hips was talking to his girlfriend Loriele relaxing on the deck drinking a Budweiser. She noticed that lawyer Robert Douglas had arrived with a small overnight bag. He was alone for now.
Meanwhile Officer Joel Bennett working the overnight shift with Captain Jose Anderson was talking to him over the earphone in his ear. Two of the detectives in the bullpen were listening in with their chairs pulled up. Sergeant Anderson husband of Alexis was anxious as with his partner Lt. Jose Alverez.
"Okay I understand. Continue to keep an eye out on the lawyer. Please advise me on whether he decides to take off in his yacht?"
"Will do Captain." Officer Joel Bennett came over to his girlfriend to give her the news when she noticed that two others were arriving.
Searching through the inferred glasses she says the following..."Is that the two brothers Jake and Joey involved those shootings of the females and Rebecca Chase?" She stated with a kiss to his cheek to surprise him since there working partnership has been mostly plantronic.
"It is Loreile. I need to advise the captain of this situation right now before they leave for good." He went back down into the stateroom of the boat they rented. "Captain Anderson listen up the two brothers has shown up as well. What do you want us to do?"
"I will put a team together along with the F.B.I. Seth Hutchinson to arrest the three of them. Please keep sending reports while I contact them as with Captain Beckett. Understand?"
"Yes...over and out."

Captain Kate Beckett was walking into the Loft when her husband stopped her with a kiss to her mouth while the three munchkins were upstairs now. "You look like the cat's dragged you in this evening?" Castle had to say to his wife...
She was able to remove her jacket before hearing her cell-phone going off. "Shit!" She said to Castle and with looking at the name on the screen. " Jose what's going on to be calling me I just walked into the house."
"Robert Douglas and the two brothers are now finally together on his yacht. What is your plan Captain Beckett? I just called the F.B.I. and Seth Hutchinson to be coming to the marina."
"Arrest them Jose before it's too late and please be careful. I will be at the precinct to interrogate the three of them." She hangs up the phone...
"I will drive you. Go upstairs and tell the nanny and housekeeper that we are leaving. While I will get the Mercedes ready downstairs." Castle checked his keys in his office finding them on his desk. He grabs them as with his revolver on the bottom draw making sure their were bullets.
He wanted to get into the thick of things again...Walking out with heading downstairs wearing his coat. Went to in search of his Mercedes on the third level of the underground parking lot.
Meanwhile F.B.I. agent leaving his warm bed and wife Suzanne at home while their daughter Elizabeth was visiting her grandmother. Seth met up with the two from the marina without having Douglas and the two brothers to catch them in the act. "Where are they now Officer Bennett?"
"Down below. Captain Beckett is sending Sergeant Esposito and Ryan to meet up with us with the fire power. They are here now Agent Hutchinson." Making sure that everyone was wearing their vest, weapon and cap covering their head from the chill.
Officer Bennett and his partner running point follow the letter to the order with moving closer to the yacht and with hearing music and arguing down below. Whatever was going on it was a real brute. Seth and the others moved in quickly with finding the three having quite a party smoking pot and with the tv on.
Robert Douglas was behind the bar as everyone ran in with their weapons. "All three of you are under arrest with the number of murder charges and as well with fraud, kidnapping, extortion and illegal sex with hookers. The judge is going to through the book at the three of three." Special Agent Seth Hutchinson said for the F.B.I. As himself, Esposito and Ryan placed the cuffs behind their backs. While Bennett and his partner needed to search the yacht for any further evidence.
Beckett and Castle had arrived just in time with the arrests smiling as with Castle. This was going to make a wonderful book depending on whether Gina will accept the idea.
"Mr. Douglas, you made the wrong mistake with coming here to the yacht. We had an idea that you would eventually and including the two brothers. They have killed enough and will be in jail a long time." Beckett needed to say with Esposito, Ryan and Hutchinson shaking their heads.
"Good going Kate." Castle said with watching the three being placed into the van and to be taken to the precinct to be processed. Beckett was going to speak with them but decided to wait for the morning to let them stew.
She had to thank everyone for their involvement on the case. "Seth would you like to come to the loft for a drink before going home to Suzanne?"
"Sure Kate. It's been awhile since I have been at the loft. I can bet the three monsters have gotten bigger?"
