I do not own Dragon Ball or DC, this story is simply fiction I own nothing.
AN- Before I start this chapter I would like to thank everyone who has favorited and followed this story. I'm not sure how or where exactly I want The Blooming Villain of Hive Academy to go so I will be writing Saiyan Justice mainly to practice my writing skills since I know where the story will go but if I get the inspiration for it I will update and write more for The Blooming Villain of Hive Academy.
Next, I want to share what I think of how Saiyans evolved the way they did one aspect per chapter, if I didn't it would probably be longer than the whole chapter.
To start Energy manipulation: It is likely that planet Sadala has a high amount of ambient energies charged throughout the planet. Any organism would have a natural advantage if they developed a way to harness any form of energy to attack or move on Sadala, even more so if they could generate power on their own. As such the more intelligent the organism the better their control and the more energy they can use, this is why Saiyans can figure out skills and techniques related to ki so quickly, they already know how instinctually so seeing a different application helps things click in their minds as their bodies and minds automatically try to mimic the process subconsciously and as they live on a planet with all of this ambient energy they can feel it to a degree lending to the process. Ex Goku saw the Kamehameha once and got it on his first try without any explanation and Vegeta realized that the earthlings and Goku could somehow sense energy and thus developed the ability though without knowledge of how it worked he couldn't measure exact power levels. I believe that all animals on Sadala developed this ability.

At the Jericho City Police Department Police Chief Michal Rou was rubbing his forehead, wanting more coffee before he had to deal with reports of more sightings of the so-called monkey boy "Wukong", as his mother in-law called him. It started four days ago when he got a call that there was a mugging in an alley on Jacobs Street, he cursed when he learned it was his mother in-law that was getting mugged. He needed his daughter to translate what she was telling him. She claimed that one moment this mans was demanding something holding a gun aimed at her, her grasp on English was spotty as was his Chinese, and the next a blue blur launched the man into a wall who collapsed in a heap and in the place of the man was a floating boy in blue armor of all things with a tail. He thought maybe her new medication was making her see things but kept his mouth shut, her shin kicks were killer. She was adamant that the boy must be a descendant of some monkey king. He was willing to pass the whole thing off only for reports to come in the next day claiming that some blue armored monkey boy helped them when they were attacked or almost hit by passing cars, some even claimed that they saw two of them in a tree with a cat.
Chief Rou sighed as he looked over some missing children reports, it was early and he had to assign detectives to try to find any clues while he juggled what few officers he had. The reports had increased over the month, the parents seemed apprehensive to talk, he was sure it had to do with a crime ring that set up shop weeks ago that had their hands in drugs, smuggling, and assault cases on shop keepers. They left no trail and what victims they talked to gave little to work with, they were being threatened with something and Rou was sure for some it had to do with the missing children, only a few had kids but neighbor children and the friends of those with kids were gone. He saw the patterns but had no proof or even a name for this organization, they were good, and he hated not being able to find those kids. It seemed Jericho City kept drawing criminals to set up shop no matter how many arrests and gangs he put away, it was no Gotham but it was still bad. When he was made Police chief crime went down for a while but they got smarter and he lost good cops, now they were hearing about some monkey boy and he hoped it wasn't going to turn out like those rumors he heard from some friends in Gotham, one masked psycho in a costume nearly killing people was bad enough to hear about he didn't want to deal with his own.
"Stevens grew up on the streets he might have better luck" Rou said hoping for anything to make a break in this case not knowing that within the week he'll be meeting this "Wukong" himself when the break comes.

Ramp was currently looking through crates in the ship's storage room after the long few days of tracking his sister, who seems to have taken a liking exploring that settlement when he rests for any amount of time. He couldn't blame her, it was nice to see other people whether they were Saiyans or not, though Sorrel is more interested in those furry mewing creatures. She would go to the settlement just to follow them, she even climbed a brown and green plant to get to one. That was partly why he was looking through crates on the ship he didn't know anything about this planet or its people, let alone what anything was called. Part of the pods design was to have a data port for more lessons and data to go to the occupant, this is helped by a device his father made. It was to be something to wear that records sounds and words then break down what they mean over a period of time, he believed that any sapient could have a vastly different language and that we would need a way to learn to communicate.
Eventually Ramp found a metal band an inch thick with red gems and an open port on the inside for a data chit. It looked right and he figured he could work it, he helped his father build a lot of things but making them work was something he was always good at. He looked around for the chits and locked his gazed on a small box filled with multi-colored data chits, he grabbed a red one figuring it was to match the band and placed it in before sliding it onto his left arm. To turn it on he closed his eyes and placed his hand over the band focusing like he did for flight, in moments he heard a beep signifying that it was powered.
"Good now I might now what those people keep saying to me" not sure if he was getting words of thanks or terror as it was clear to him the people have never seen someone fly before what with the looks he got or was it the tail they seemed to lack. Regardless the scents were too varied to tell.
"Now I should get food before Sorrel wakes up, then I'll take us to the settlement, goodness knows it'll be better to have her in sight than having to look for her."
After an hour of hunting he was preparing the meat and plants, feeling good that he found some of those large hairy things with claws. They smelled much stronger than most of the things they ate and seemed to give him more energy so he would be less tired today, the lack of a proper meal was getting to him since Sorrel was younger and needed it more. When the food was done, he walked into the ship to wake Sorrel, pressing the release button to drain it he thought about how he would go about the settlement. He figured they would stay out of sight for now going to those mewing things for Sorrel while trying to be close enough to the locals to let the devise begin to decode the language so they could both talk to the people at some point. The band was never used so he had no clue how long it would take to learn the whole language, but even small bits could be learned if he used the data chit every time he used the pod.
Ramp and Sorrel ate their meal quite fast, ramp eating more than usual but still less than he needed. He looked to Sorrel and told her, "We're heading to the settlement today so you can play with the "mewlers". She smiled at the mention of the name she gave the furry things she liked. She lunged at Ramp and latched onto him, "Yay! Will we eat there too?"
"If we find something there maybe." He said ruffling her hair.
She was excited as Ramp lifted them off the ground, flight still very novel to Sorrel, and headed in the direction of Jericho City.

In the Jericho City Bank patrons were going about their day making withdrawals, deposits, and applying for loans. Today was like any other, until ten armed men in masks appeared taking the patrons hostage. The leader had all of the clerks in a circle surrounded by the patrons pistol in hand.
"Now stay here and don't move and we'll be out of your way and no has to die." He looks to two men with bags attached to their backs. "Get the vault ready to blow, we'll make sure no one tries to be a hero."
The two men went about placing charges on the vault, they had thermal charges made to melt threw the lock. One would think these men were after money, but instead they wanted into a single lockbox. The leader wasn't sure what was in the thing but figured it was either worth a lot of money or would give the boss more pull in the city. He didn't know or really care, they just had to blow the safe quietly take the box and bail before anyone could call for help. That was why they got the clerks away from their desks, no chance to press the emergency call. It was going smoothly as the charges blew, frightening the hostages, but that was the problem they didn't know that someone could smell the building fear.

In a park near the Business District of the city were Ramp and Sorrel, Ramp laying in a tree watching Sorrel play with and rub the fur of the "mewlers" on the ground. It was a good vantage point for sight and smell making it easier to tell when locals were nearby. So far Ramp was able to hear many locals talking with each other, it seemed that they enjoyed being around the plants along with their children and the other furry things they have tied to their wrists. Ramp wasn't sure why they tied the creatures to themselves but it seemed common and showed that there were some that used them as guides when they didn't have sight, another thing that surprised him. These beings didn't seem to have senses as strong as his or Sorrels', relying on the creatures to aid them. Such a thing wasn't done on Sadala everything tried to eat them, even the few animals smaller than them.
As Ramp mused about the strangeness of this planet he caught a now familiar scent, rising fear. It wasn't far off but he couldn't leave Sorrel alone in this place. He jumped down and grabbed Sorrel who was holding a "mewler" and lifted into the air while saying, "Some ones in trouble", as he stepped on to a roof with no entrance he continued, "stay here and keep playing I'll be back soon."
"Kay bye RaRa", said a smiling and waving Sorrel.
Ramp took flight again and focused on the trail of the fear. Looking to the west at a large and wide building he took off to see what could be happening to produce so much fear.
At a window far above the entrance to the bank Ramp could see eight masked locals with more of those metal things that others seemed to be afraid of, he noticed they were larger than the others he saw. Ramp pulled back from the window and prepared to fight these masked men.
So far things were going well for the masked criminals, its been only a couple minutes and the vault team should be done soon. The leader heard a whistle, "That was the signal, they got the box kill the witnesses." The hostages were about to panic as the masked men aimed their weapons, only to pause when they heard a crashing sound.
"The hell!", one masked man said as a blue blur slammed into him, the others looked to their now stunned teammate. They saw a blue armored boy with his fist embedded in the man's gut, who was now doubling over mouth open trying to scream in pain but with no breath to do so.
"Don't just stand there blast the brat", the leader yelled.
Ramp grabbed the one he punched and threw him into another to his left, he shifted his feet ready to dash to the closest masked local only for his head to jerk forward, a sharp pain thrumming in the back of his head. "Huh." He placed his hand where he felt pain and jerked his hand back when he made contact, moving his hand forward he paused staring at his hand. He was looking at his bloodied hand, it was his blood, what ever those metal things were they hurt. He wasn't sure if he should be excited or concerned.
"Ho-How is he alive?", yelled one masked man.
"Forget that just keep shooting", shouted the leader.
Ramp turned around and quickly raised his right leg and crossed his arms in front of his face to try and block some of the bullets when he heard the bang of the guns being fired. Pained grunts were drowned out by the gun fire, the men kept firing until several clicks sounded, they needed to reload. They looked at the armored boy expecting a dead body instead Ramp was still standing as he was when the bullets hit, he was covered in small bruises. His arms and leg dropped, a glare on his face as he launched faster than the men could react punching the leader into a desk. He spun in the air and kicked the one beside him across the face knocking both out. The others started to reload, one was hit with a chair as another had a fist buried in his chest. He picked up the now downed mans rifle and threw it at the head of another that pulled a knife as he reached for a hostage. The last tried to run only to get kicked in the back and launched out the front door.
The two masked men from the vault team ran toward the front when they heard frantic gunfire, only to stop shocked to see everyone else out cold and a blue armored child with a tail his back turned to them. They flinched as the boy turned his head to them, before they could process anything they were out in an instant as their heads smashed into each other. The patrons looked on in awe as a young boy with a tail was shot multiple times and knocked out ten armed men with only minor bruises to show. The boy shocked them more when he took off and flew through the broken window above. One man either brave or foolish had recorded it all from the moment the boy appeared to the moment he flew away, the people now had evidence of the monkey boy.

Ramp flew back to the roof he left Sorrel mulling over what he learned. The metal things used small explosions to launch metal at things fast, it hurt but it didn't seem to do much to him, but for the locals it was possibly fatal if it could cause so much fear. He'll have to keep his eye out, they can break skin for now if he lets his guard down. His biggest problem however was how weak he felt, the lack of food was making him weaker, "If I can't eat enough I'll have to practice more and find something to fight, maybe I can find more of the big roaring furry things."
All thoughts about his fight left him as he reached the roof and saw Sorrel asleep hold a sleeping "mewler". Ramp decides to let her sleep for now while he sits down, thinking how to get stronger and how to help the locals with their problems, all the while noting the voices from below. Seemed this was a good place for the band to record more of the locals language.
AN: The chapters will be a little longer after this and will involve more characters. Don't expect weekly updates I don't have a schedule for when I'll add more but I will keep up this story. I know what I want to happen I just need to write how we get there and I'll have to work on dialog and setting the scene.
