I do not own Dragon Ball or DC, this story is simply fiction I own nothing.

First I would like to apologize for how long this took to write as I intended to have this finished weeks ago. The first two weeks after the last chapter I didn't realize midterms were around the corner and after that I haven't been in a good mood to write as much as I wanted but I did write bits and pieces and this chapter turned out as my longest yet. The last problem was that I had trouble writing the fight scene for this, I wasn't sure how to write it as so far most fights I've written have been one-sided and I wanted Ramp to get a real fight so I bit the bullet and you'll see what I've come up with. Tell me how this chapter went and no flames please I am fine with constructive criticism as it helps me get better.

AN: For this I would like to go over what I think of Saiyan senses particularly smell. In Dragon Ball Goku's sense of smell lets him identify people and things they've touched such as when under Roshi's training he could find the rock Roshi wrote on because it "smelled like Master Roshi". Then in Dragon Ball Legends Shallot can not only follow and recognize people by scent but even register their strength. Before I said that this is them subconsciously mixing their energy senses with their sense of smell, so it stands to reason that if they can use energy sense to smell then their may even be a technique to "see" the trail or path of a scent and if done right then maybe you could use that to "see" what may have happened in an area depending on if the scent or energy trails presence or strength. This is more akin to head cannon but in the world of Dragon Ball there is a technique for anything even what is borderline magic.

CH 4 Saiyan Fury

Daniel Jacobs walked down the halls of "The Family's" main base, a nervous expression plastered across his bandaged face. He was here to make his report after recovering from the failed bank heist a few days ago. The reason why he was nervous was simple, it was his first job as a true member of "The Family" and not only did he fail to bring back the lock box, but he got beat by a child and his men arrested. He was able to escape before the police could round everyone up thanks to the driver distracting the police by shooting himself and pointing away from his location. As he moved down a second hallway passing holdings for the recent "arrivals", he took note of the blinking C4 set in sequence, a "backup plan" he recalled the boss dubbing it, the charges were set to blow bit by bit to allow escape and dissuade pursuit.

"I hope this goes well", he sighed his own foot steps echoing in his ears.

As Daniel reached the bosses office he took a breath before knocking the correct rhythm to verify his identity. "Come in", was called from the other side. The man opened the door and stepped inside closing the barrier behind him looking to his "brother". In the room was a man with slicked back blonde hair wearing a business suit holding a knife slicing an apple behind his overly large desk. This man was Richard Cross budding crime lord and the head of the "Family".

"Ah good Danny sit down, have a slice", Cross said gesturing to a pair of apple slices with his blade as he then began to cut the rest of the apple.

"I'm good … thanks though boss", his nerves knotting his stomach as he looked to his hands.

"Right guess your wondering how this will go", Cross sets down the last bits of his apple and begins to clean his knife. "First you failed to get the box then you and your men are beaten by a child", Cross stabs the knife into the desk near Daniels hands causing him to flinch, "and finally all your men get arrested while you get away and your driver shots himself". Daniel swallows hard as sweat forms on his brow concerned where this usually goes in crime families.

Cross then grabs an apple slice, "But its not your fault", at this Daniel looks up surprised. "You were caught off guard by some little freak and you made it out without getting caught", he says before tossing the slice into his mouth. "It's an annoying setback and I won't blame you for the world throwing a curveball." He looks to Daniels confused face and smirks, "What did you think I was going to cut off a finger or drag you to the back as an 'Example' for failure." Cross reaches for his knife pulling it from the desk before reaching for another slice.

"Well-", Daniel was cut off.

"You watch to many mafia flicks or have you been listening to rumors from Gotham", Cross chuckles as his face shifts to anger, "I'm angry at that brat messing things up not you getting blindsided while doing your job", he regains a calm visage as he continues, "you were close and I've got the location where its being moved to you'll have another chance."

Daniel dons a small smile and looks to Cross, "Thank you boss I won't fail again just tell me what to do."

Cross smiles at the change in Daniel, "That's what I like to hear." He slides a slip of paper to Daniel then reaches for the last slices, "You're the first member added to this Family and I know you'll get it done." He then starts spinning his knife, "It will be simple just get to the location, grab the box, and clear out before anyone knows its gone."

"Right", Daniel then looks Cross in the eyes feeling motivated by the feel of the room and works up the courage to ask a question, "But if I could, what's in this box that you want it so badly."

Cross stops spinning his blade and pauses for a moment then sets the blade onto the table. "Might as well tell you in case you need it", Cross then sits down in his chair to be at eye level with Daniel. "The box has a map to hidden entrances and passage ways to old tunnels all across the city made by some magic wackjobs around the time the city was founded, its attached to some story about Jericho Cities first crime boss." He links his hands together as he leans back, "It sounds nuts but the passages are real and could be a way to secure untraceable smuggling routes and help to evade the cops when we start going bigger."

Daniel now understood why this was important, the boss never went for anything that wasn't a sure thing and if these tunnels were real then they would have easy getaways as well as hidden trade routes, they were getting ready to go big. "I'll get it down boss."

Cross smiled, "I know you will", his smile faded for a moment, "but if you run with the map I'll have you hunted down for turning your back on us", his smile returned as he reached for another apple to slice up, "I take family seriously and I don't just call anyone that, I've had so-called family screw me and my old man, we're brothers and we look out for each other that's how this goes no back stabbing and no selling each other out."

Daniel knew Cross was honest about how he felt for family, it was why he joined up even with his reservations about crime lords and so far the boss never turned his back on his sworn brother, his right hand since they were kids. Daniel never got the large man's name, but he watched all of the men and recommended him based on his work, the boss took anything the man said into consideration before any operation. He reached for the slip of paper and made his way to the door pausing when he hears, "Good luck Danny", and leaves the room.

Line Break

It has been nearly an hour since Daniels departure and Richard Cross had just received a message from his right-hand Gerard that there were good and bad complications, the message left vague in case of monitoring. The crime lord was moving to an oversized garage to meet with his first "brother" for a situation report, for him to send anything meant that it was either big or important.

He opened the door to a large empty space held up by several metal supports with three large garage doors leading outside. As Cross looked around the bare garage a beep broke him from his observations and looked towards the doors as they began to open revealing two vehicles, one a van the other a rather large moving truck. He watched as both vehicles came to a stop the rear van door opening for Gerard to step out who then walked to Cross hands behind his back. Before Cross could open his mouth a grunt was heard from the back of the van Gerard left and a man with a broken nose was knocked out of the vehicle holding his nose as blood began to leak from the bandages.

The shouts of a young girl were ignored as Cross rose an eyebrow and locked eyes with his "brother", "I'm assuming that would be our complication at work."

Gerard looked back to the van as two men held a frustrated red haired girl, both sporting rather large bruises, "One of them", then another came out hold a much smaller girl by the black material of some blue armor said girl limply trying to punch the man as he held her as far away from himself as possible.

Cross placed his hands into his pockets his interest peaked, "So what happened and why did you bring….", he paused as the larger vehicle opened and several sweatshop children were filed out by other bruised men, "several kids here".

Gerard pointed to both girls, "The older one seems to be the police chief's daughter and the little one is most likely related to the monkey boy."

Cross smirked and slapped Gerard's back, "Not bad the red head can help us get the chief under my thumb", his eyes moving to the other girl slightly surprised to see a vice on her apparent tail, "and the tailed brat could be worth something, though what's with the vice?"

Gerard looks to Cross whose face morphed to surprise as he noticed a black eye, "She seems to be strong enough to break bones and the tail sems to drains her strength when enough pressure is applied."

Cross lets out a whistle, "Good to know." He turns around gesturing for Gerard to follow as he approached the door back inside and raised his voice as he looked back to his men, "Take to merchandise to the storeroom and move all the brats to the holding room", he looks to the red haired girl still putting up a fight," and keep someone watching the door, I don't want the chiefs kid causing any trouble", he turned back and opened the door Gerard following, smirking as he caught the glare from the red head while the tailed kid kept trying to throw punches.

Several minutes later Gerard had finished reporting everything he learned and heard from their men about both encounters, Gerard also stating his thoughts on what both could be worth.

"Your right about the set backs and the brats, if leveraged right, could be worth the issues", he began to grab a tubed device, "though it's best to have this on hand in case more problems show up" he pockets the device and reaches for an apple, "we'll get the kids some food then relocate them tomorrow, the other two we'll keep nearby in case we lose another sweatshop, don't want to lose assets right after the fact."

"Now go get something for your eye and get some re-", he stops as muffled gunfire is heard echoing down the halls. Cross' eyes widen as Gerard barrels out of the room to investigate, Cross not far behind grabs a gun and pulls the tubbed device out and presses a button causing it and several blinking lights across the headquarters to light up.

Ramp awoke with a small start his vision blurry as he found himself upside down, the top of his head on grass. It would seem he fell out of a tree is his sleep. He snapped fully awake as his mind processed that thought. 'Why was I asleep', he looked around for Sorrel but found no sign of her. He began to feel a pit in his gut different from the hunger induced ones he usually got. He focused as he sniffed the air looking for her scent only to find a faint trace, meaning she left while he was out. Ramp bolted to his feet and followed the trail he could find, the strength of her scent easier to pinpoint in this city.

He moved across the park and vaulted over trash cans where her scent stopped for a short time. In the area there were other scents mixing in and so he closed his eyes and focused. With one large sniff of the air the events here played out based on the scents and their movement. He could see the outline of Sorrel following the cats she played with before they ran off as three more scents came form a building nearby. He followed along as more played out, he could smell Sorrel getting angry at the other people and promptly beat them, he was nonplused by this as he could smell their ill intent , but then he froze as a very strong scent appeared. The scent was large and the strength of it eclipsed Sorrels, worry filled him as within moments Sorrels scent got weaker and the stronger scent left with her and the weaker ones.

Ramp opened his eyes and followed where it went, having to focus on the strength as the vehicle they entered seemed to close off other traces. He took to the air and flew slowly to make sure he kept track of were the scents went and within moments he found himself outside a wide somewhat large building.

He focused again to play out the events here. The large scent carrying Sorrel went into the building and-, "What?" Ramp picked up several other weak scents, one stronger one, and chemicals that burned his nose forcing him to clamp his hands onto his face. He took a moment to recollect himself, kept his hands over his face and tried again.

The scene that played out had him momentarily surprised. The stronger scent seemed to be fighting the weaker ones quite well, more so than he had seen anyone else on this planet so far. The way they moved was odd to him, they fought with a lot of skill, but he could tell there was little experience, he wasn't sure how that worked but found it interesting. He shook his head and focused again, they took down everyone before that very strong scent appeared and seemed to grab the fighter before walking away, the weaker scents went and grabbed the terrible smelling chemicals and several even weaker scents that seemed to be…, 'Children?' Ramp was confused then worry twisted its way into his gut again, whoever these people were they were taking people and now his worry was laced with anger. He focused and found where the trail went and flew away from the building.

It took some time, however, Ramp found himself flying over a large complex. He recognized a few scents from attacks he stopped and moved closer to the doors leading inside taking a larger sniff to play things out. He saw the strong scent and Sorrel being moved with both trying to fight, something he smiled at, while the large scent moved with a slightly strong scent away. The strong scent and Sorrel were taken into the building with several weaker ones a distance inside, but he caught the direction and could follow from this point easier due to the enclosed space. He moved up and flew around the building finding Sorrels scent behind barred and boarded windows. As he was about to smash his way inside he could pick up fear coming from the weaker scents, with a glare Ramp smashed his way inside and aimed for the armed man threatening the stronger scent blocking his sister from him.

Line Break

Sylvia was blocking the path of an armed man with a broken nose that wanted payback against a little girl. She may have her hands bound but she wasn't letting some lowlife hurt a toddler just because she broke his nose. Before Sylvia could knock the gun from the man's hand a crash came from one of the bared windows. The sound of breaking glass, splintering wood, and rending metal caused the room to pause when a load crack is heard and suddenly the armed mans gun hand lurches upward firing a bullet into the ceiling whilst a small fist collides with his ribs. The man is launched and slams into the wall next to the door slumping to the floor as his vision fades to black.

The children are frozen in stunned awe seeing a man they feared taken out, Sylvia however is a mixture of elated and concerned, gunfire will draw more thugs. She sees the armored boy as he turns to look at what she assumes to be his sister, his eyes widen in shock at the vice on her tail and is replaced with anger. He is about to make a move but is interrupted by the door slamming open an more armed men enter the room weapons raised. In an instant the boy turns and begins to assault the armed thugs while Sylvia looks on irritated that she is stuck on the sidelines.

Looking around Sylvia notices a decent sized metal bar broken from the window and quickly looks toward the broken window noticing a piece of sharp metal left. It clicks in her head as she rushes to the window whilst everyone is distracted and begins to use the sharp metal of the window to severe the rope tying her wrists. Within seconds the rope is frayed enough the free her hands, she moves quickly to the bar on the ground as more men enter the room seeming to stream in to deal with the monkey boy.

Sylvia grabs a chunk of wood and hurls it at a gunman about to fire into the armored boys back knocking the weapon from his hands. With a flourish of her new weapon she strikes the now weaponless thug across the face drawing blood and taking the man from the now ensuing battle. The boy seemed to notice her as he moved to strike another gunman in his chest clearing the room of armed men leaving only two weaponless thugs. With a look Sylvia and the boy moved, the boy seemed to blur as a foot collided with one thugs head whilst Sylvia lunged jabbing the other in his chest forcing the air from his lungs.

Line Break

Ramp relaxed his stance somewhat with the last of the men down. He was impressed with the female locals combat style, weapons were uncommon on Sadala, and her strikes were precise. She was stronger than the men they fought but weaker than he and Sorrel, her combat skill however more than made up for it. If anything if it were not for the situation Ramp would enjoy trying to fight her. He turned to the female warrior, yes she was definitely a warrior as far as he was concerned, and tried to show a nonverbal sign of respect both for her skills and for guarding his weakened sister, not sure how well it was received but noticing a slight smirk in response. Before more could be done Ramp turned back toward the door and took up a combat stance as he caught the large scent from before, the female warrior seemed to pickup on this and readied her own stance.

In but moments the door was launched off its hinges, Ramp hopping to the side in order to avoid a collision, and as he turned his head back to the now empty frame he had but a moment to dodge a heavy fist aimed at his head. The small warrior raised an arm to block only to be pushed back by the force, a fleeting twinge of pain flaring before skidding to a stop. The female warrior was upon the large fighter already in the air, metal makeshift staff at her side as she spun aiming for the mans skull allowing Ramp a moment of shock and excitement, of which was pushed from his mind as he saw Sorrel and remembered why he was here. Ramp moved forward toward his large foe seeing that he caught the staff, the female warrior already spinning a kick with her momentum striking his face creating an opening for Ramp to deliver a full powered punch the man's gut earning a grunt of pain from the man.

It seemed that both young warriors had made progress early in this bout, however with both focusing on the large threat they failed to notice that the man was not alone. Gerard recovered from his moment of shock from actual pain and slammed his free hand down onto the Saiyans head causing his head to spin and turned his own head to the girl, dropping the staff and grabbing her throat before she could touch the ground holding her in the air.

Ramp took more time than he liked trying to get his bearings back, angry at himself for his lack of strength his hunger more of a burden than he realized. He caught from his senses that his ally was caught but if he got up and struck fast enough, she could get free then they could beat this enemy together. Ramp knew at his current strength he was no match, even at full he wasn't sure of his odds, this being before him was stronger than most and his scent had two tones to it both adding together for his might. When to world stopped spinning he made his move only to freeze as pain flared through out his body and what power he had left his body stemming from his tail. He collapsed to the ground struggling to move, to fight, to do anything.

Line Break

Richard Cross Had followed his right hand into the room where they moved their workers and the prisoners for ransom. He made no comment when Gerard smashed through the door knowing it was bad if the gunfire stopped but fighting could still be heard. Gerard was already being attacked by the Police chiefs daughter when the crime lord made it into the room taking in the unconscious forms of his men. His attention snapped to the blur that landed a punch into Gerard's gut, the shock he felt at seeing a man he was beginning to believe to be indestructible flinch from pain was palpable. He saw his brother collect himself and knock the armored boy into the ground and grab the girl, he felt relief until he saw the boy starting to get up. Richard moved as fast as he could and grabbed the boys tail remembering what Gerard said about the monkey girl and her tail.

"Freaking hell is with these kids!" Richard looked to his brother frustration and concern warring in his eyes as he held the kids tail squeezing with all his strength. "You all right?"

"For the most part", he placed his free hand to his gut a thoughtful expression on his face as he continued, "the girl distracted me so the boy land a hit, tougher than I expected but I noticed he was having trouble and from the look of it he's practically starved."

His comment made Sylvia's eyes widen as she looked down to the monkey boy and paled slightly as she realized how thin he really looked now that she wasn't fighting, though she didn't stop her struggling.

"So put something on his tail and keep him poorly fed then maybe we can find a use for that freakish strength, if not we co-ack!"

Line Break

Ramp was frustrated feeling so powerless his energy practically gone as he and his ally were now held captive. He couldn't let this be the end, he needed to protect Sorrel, he needed to keep fighting. Out of the corner of his eye he saw Sorrel struggling to move still fighting even with that thing gripping her tail she still kept trying to move toward him and just barely he could see above him the female warrior was still trying to get out of the large mans grasp. He couldn't stop he had to fight he needed to keep trying to push. In his mind he saw flashes of something behind glass and muffled words from his father something about his promise and this familiar feeling of powerlessness.

The flashes stirred something inside him a memory, a vague recollection from when he was younger about how to draw power from inside and channel it, his father was weak by all accounts compared to his mother but he remembered that for short moments when his parents sparred that light in thin streaks would sometimes move across him and he would match her. He was to young to remember much about it at the time but he did ask how his father was so strong and how other called him weak, his father said something about power inside and moving it to parts of himself and holding it there. His words didn't mean much at the time but he recalled enough to get an idea.

Ramp closed his eyes and clenched his fists trying to draw on the same power he used to fly, it was hard to focus and even harder to pull on that power but he kept trying, kept pulling. Ramp recalled how it looked and what he felt from his father at the time and started to gather all the power he could ignoring the pain as best he could. The sights of his sister and ally still fighting egged him on and so he took that power and spread it across his body, let it pool at the smallest points of his body. In that moment small sparks spread from his hands and to his feet in waves, one spark then moved across his tail and struck the hands holding his tail. The sound of surprise heralded the return of his power as electricity surged around him in quick streaks as he moved pushing himself up and landing an enhanced punch into the chest of the large man causing him to drop his ally and fly out the empty door frame.

Ramp stood ignoring the man behind him and looked to the female warrior using what little he knew of the language told her "Protect them" before launching off the fight the man.

Sylvia moved to grab her makeshift staff and turned only to see the man in charge running out the door after the armored boy. She would have given chase if not for four more men running past their boss to the room, an order she barely heard as she prepared to deal with these men and protect these kids.

Line Break

Ramp found the large man he hit getting himself up after denting the wall behind him, but before the man could finish Ramp pushed himself faster and slammed both feet into the mans chest forcing them both through the wall into a bigger room with scattered metal beams holding up the ceiling. The large man recovered with little effort a small stream of blood falling from his head as Ramp panted. The effort of using this skill of his fathers was taxing and he wasn't sure if he was using it right but it didn't matter it might be making him tired but it allowed him to damage his incredibly durable foe. He got into his combat stance and prepared his power again as the man readied himself.

Ramp moved in a blur of blue and sparks rushing forward and breaking to his right to turn how the female warrior did and spun as he jumped in the air sending a kick to the side of Gerard's head. The man barely moved to try to block taking the kick to his shoulder and with a grunt of pain moved his right hand and grasped Ramps foot ignoring a dislocated shoulder. Ramps eyes widened slightly as he was pulled down onto a rising knee, his mouth opening as spit flew out as he was then thrown into a beam. Pain flared across his spine as his vision blurred when he blinked he saw the man rushing for him right arm pushing his left back in place whilst lifting a foot to stomp Ramp, as fast as he could Ramp rolled to the side. Sparks raced across Ramp as he sprung up and punched into his foes ribs stumbling the man as he landed and hopped back taking several breaths his body feeling weaker whilst his enemy was only mildly phased by his strikes.

Gerard was beyond surprised to be in this fight, not only was he feeling pain after so long in his life but he was certain the kid cracked a rib. This child moments ago was only able to stagger him then suddenly he was covered in electricity and able to launch him through walls. Now he was taking this seriously he'll put his all into this fight even if its against a kid.

The fight ensued as Gerard rushed Ramp sending both arms down as Ramp moved barely to the side and with sparks coating his fist Gerard took a slug to the face only to move just fast enough to send a forearm to the boys chest sending him into a van. Without pausing he ran as fast as he could throwing a fist to the boys gut. Ramp barely set up a cross arm block only to be embedded into the vehicle and a second punch finding its way into his gut. This time blood accompanied the spittle as Ramp lost focus for a moment as Gerard grabbed the young warrior and turned throwing him into a nearby wall embedding him again. While Ramp was reeling from the blow and the pain in his back from colliding with the wall he failed to collect himself as Gerard made a running tackle at him now pushing them both through a wall into a large hallway leading to the foyer of the building.

Gerard was starting to breath heavier, he never had to put this much effort into a fight before it usually ends with him unharmed and his target beaten or broken. His ribs and jaw hurt, the pain in his shoulder was dull now, he kept himself ready as he saw the boy getting himself up onto shaky legs.

Ramp struggled to his feet his breathing haggard from the mix of exhaustion and his wounds, blood leaked from his mouth and from cuts in his back from the vehicle and wall. He was reaching his limit, he knew if this fight didn't end soon then this was it. Ramp recalled that he was faster than his opponent but the man kept taking his attacks and using those moments to hit or grab him. This man was stronger than he was right know but if he can get in a solid blow and stagger him it will made an opening to finish this.

Ramp focused all of his power in an instant and jumped into the air adding flight to boost his momentum to spin a kick at the mans head. When Gerard made to block Ramp's foot collided with Gerard's arms but it was lighter than he expected. Ramp used the mans arms to spring himself over him and flipped behind, using flight to turn arm outstretched crackling with energy Ramp slammed his fist into the back of Gerard's head forcing him to stumble forward as his vision swam. Ramp however didn't stop the electricity still coating his body he landed onto the ground and pushed his sparking legs with all his might and flew head first into Gerard's spine slamming them both into and through more walls stopping as Gerard crumbled into Richard Cross's desk.

Gerard's vision turned black as he fought to remain conscious flashes of a rainy night and a younger Richard standing protectively in front of him holding a smoking gun whilst a useless broken right arm hung to the side leaking blood. He lamented failing the man who saved him many years ago before his mind went black and slumping to the ground.

Ramp was trying to hold himself on his feet and jumped through an open door when he caught the sound of a gun going off, a bullet grazing his arm. He saw the other man rush to the larger man who then looked at him. He then pulled out a device and pressed down on a button, Ramp then heard several beeps throughout the building. Unsure of what it was he was about to move to attack when a explosion went off shaking the building. Ramps eyes widen recognizing that the man used a detonator but if only one went off them they must be timed. Without thinking he bolted back through the holes in the walls back to his sister and the female warrior his fatigue forgotten. Whilst he ran back Richard Cross grabbed his brother and pulled him back to the foyer to escape before the C4 in the storeroom went in the next 53 seconds, so long as they made it out the front door they were fine. His other brother was away on a job and he could always get more hired guns.

Line Break

Ramp rushed back to the room he left his ally to protect his sister and the children sparks coating his body leaving him a blur as another explosion rocked the base. He stopped only so he didn't miss the turn into the large room with the vehicles and dashed back through the first hole in the wall seeing the room with the female warrior holding Sorrel as if to protect her from the explosions. He moved in front of them and took stock of the room, with the series of beeps he realized they were a count down and the nearest one was getting to fast, he caught the smell of something flammable similar to what the people of this planet put into their vehicles. He didn't have time to get everyone out but he could save the warrior and Sorrel, but he froze, could he really leave these children to die, didn't he swear to protect these people. Ramp didn't know what to do then he saw the look in the warriors eyes, that look of powerlessness that resonated with his thoughts earlier. He looked around at the children seeing and smelling the fear, then he looked at Sorrel she was afraid but she was still trying to move to do something and that settled his decision.

Ramp turned around and took a stance bending his knees and clenching his fists as he called on what power he had left his fatigue still there but pushed away as he pulled on everything he had. 28 seconds from what he could guess. Sparks started to flow over him as his breathing evened out memories flashed in his mind as he turned his frustration to power. As he pushed himself further a glow started to surround him as he focused on a memory of his mother glowing with power as she threw light at a massive beast. His aura grew into what seemed to be an inferno with what he assumed as 15 secounds were left till the blast then he'll unleash everything he has.

Line Break

In a far off realm beyond the known universe a being moved past several crystalline structures showing various different scenes from various universes and different times. This being stopped at one to see a young Saiyan warrior trying to build power in a room filled with children.

"Unfortunate it seems that this timeline is set to a very bad future."

The being lamented such a waste of potential, the boy ended up on the route that while most heroic would only end in tragedy. He blocked off any timeline that would end well for him, in this one he would fail to gather enough power and lose against the blast leading him to be hospitalized for the next few weeks and lose his sister and a possible friend leading to a future of pain that ends with the boy broken further into a violent force of death and "justice" eventually winding up in the hands of the darkest being in all of reality.

The being turned away to look at other realities and their timelines. A cracking sound echoed throughout the realm causing the entity to stop and turn toward the source. He saw the crystal of the boy building power as the branching crystals of the future cracked and began to crumble. They were surprised this had never happened as far as they could tell, they looked intensely at the crystal watching the boy. He noticed Ramps eyes opened as red flecks formed and soon turned his irises a glowing red. The being was enraptured at this, the boy was somehow changing the timeline, rewriting fate and they couldn't see any of the signs of a paradox forming as was usual for tampering with time. And so, the being watched and planned.

Line Break

Sylvia was confused when the armored boy returned and just turned around away from her, even more so when he took a stance. Confusion turned to surprise when sparks coated him, she thought she was seeing things before when he rushed after the large man, though she didn't think much when more of those thugs showed up. However her surprise increased when he started to glow a brilliant white that somon turned to white flames. She wasn't sure what was happening but it was a sight to see, if she had any doubts about him being some kind of descendent of Son Wukong they were gone. But why was he glowing like that their were explosions going off shouldn't he be trying to get everyone out. Her thoughts were stopped by another explosion shaking the building. She looked at him after making sure no one was hurt and her eyes widened with a wild thought, 'Is he going to try to fight an explosion?'.

All confusion and surprise stopped when unbeknownst to Sylvia Ramps eyes flashed to red as she saw his aura grow several times his height as he roared, "Arghhhhhhhhhh", and the flames changed to a fierce red the same as his unseen eyes. Ramps thought were filled with a flashing of memories and several emotions, he refused to let anyone here die even the men that attacked them and especially not his sister or his ally that even now held Sorrel protectively. Inside his mind from these thought was a roaring inferno of power that burned his body a power that responded to his will to protect, his will to fight till the end.

As his power roared in his mind something in his aura took shape and Sylvia was amazed as the form of a large monkey creature seemed to loom over Ramp mimicking his stance and his roar. But Sylvia wasn't the only one amazed the children saw this boy with a monster seeming to come out of him and as they heard the final explosion they saw what could only be called a miracle. The moment Ramp heard the explosion he thrust his hands forward and willed his power to move through his hands. A ball of flame came forth only to stop as though hitting a wall and Ramp roared louder as the monkey shape did the same. All watched in awe none more so than Sorrel who was amazed again and again by her big brother who not only got out of having his tail grabbed but beat the big man and now he was glowing and fighting the massive flame. As Ramp pushed the flame seemed to fold into itself and moved back further and further as his power surged until finally the flames were blasted back through the hallways and extinguished leaving a long lightly flame filled path to the foyer.

Ramp dropped to his hands and knees as his aura faded and his eyes returned to coal black, he panted as he took in large breaths of fresh if somewhat ashen air. Sylvia was moving to stand when Ramps head snapped up and he dashed out the empty door frame and blasted through the building.

Line Break

Richard Cross had made it out of the building and at the now opened gates of what is to be his former hideout. They took a rather hefty loss but he was glad to be rid of a problem like a super powered monkey brat. As the building was engulfed in fire he laughed, not in humor nor in joy but at the insanity of the situation, his whole operation hit so badly by a child. He could hear sirens coming closer but he wasn't worried, there was no evidence of what happened and he left not trail of his work he could pass it off any thing he needed. He had resources in other locations and when Daniel got back with that map they can still build back up better than before, just him and his brothers.

When the police arrived he turned with a story at the ready as an officer stepped out, however he wouldn't get that chance. The crime lord stopped when the sound of a door being slammed open echoed through the air. He turned and his face morphed into a look of horror and a scorched but alive Ramp stood at the entry almost literally fuming. Cross made to cry for help from the police only for the boy to dash right at him faster than he could react seeing for a brief moment a flash of red as Ramp slammed his fist into the crime lords jaw with an uppercut. A load crack was heard by all present as the man was lifted off his feet back into the closest vehicle only 5 feet away. Chief Rou rushed out of his car gun drawn as Ramp stood for only seconds before collapsing unconscious. Rou wasn't sure what to think until he saw his daughter holding a small monkey tailed girl and being followed by the missing children. His mind whirled to a stop as realization dawned on him.

"Get those two in cuffs and call a ambulance?" He then moved to his daughter who stopped at the boy and put the girl down next to him and began to check for a pulse.

Rou then noticed the bruises and blood covering the boy, his mind wondering what he must have gone through. His mind reeled at the thoughts of what happened and why his daughter was her, but one thing was clear whatever happened this boy saved his daughter and several children. He knew there was a lot to do now.

As Sylvia sighed with relief that the boy was alive she looked at Rou and small traces of fear crossed her face at the fact she was probably in a lot of trouble. She went to speak only to be cut off as Rou hugged her tight. "We're going to have a lot to talk about later but for now", he let her go and looked her over and when he was satisfied to see no injuries aside from the marks on her neck that made him narrow his eyes, "I just glad your safe." Sylvia let out a sigh, "And your grounded for the next week", only to groan hoping he was relieved enough not to think of that.
