Chapter Ten

Lt. Joel McGregor moving out of the underground parking lot of his apartment Complex needing to watch on whether he was being tailed or not. He had been carrying his overnight bag as with his Colt 45th. Driving into his vehicle out into the streets and heading for FIVE O headquarters.

Captain Danny Williams had arrived as with the rest of his team going inside the building while he waited for McGregor with his weapon in his hand. He was slightly nervous worried that one of the club members will be taking him out with finding out.

The police commissioner had sent a message letting the captain know that a plan to protect the Lt. from the club members. Once he has talked with Captain Williams and with getting ballistics on the Colt 45 on whether it was his gun that killed the private detectives and the others.

Taking a deep breath with his lungs. He saw someone walking up to him..."Lt. McGregor I am Captain Danny Williams of FIVE O. Please come inside so that we can talk and have the lab check on the ballistics of your weapon."

Sitting in Interrogation room number one with a cup of water sitting in front of him. Lab technician Woo Lee Chiang had begun his work on the Colt 45 taking the tests several times to be sure...

Captain Danny Williams had asked McGregor of that afternoon where he was at the time of the shooting. "That's easy I was at my daughter Elisa's graduation from the military academy of the naval school. There were over hundreds of eye witnesses Captain and here are the video I took of my daughter with her speech." He replied with Danny Williams shaking his head...

"Why would this Sergeant Kindred try to frame you?" The captain had to asked.

"I have no idea Captain. But to kill those two private detectives might be the fact that Sergeant Kindred is in high debt and these two private detectives were looking into it along with the fact he had been talking with military snipers. Otherwise I don't know any further.
He needed to take in a deep breath with Lab technician Woo Lee Chiang came in with the results.

"Captain I have the results to the Colt 45." He stated with the results in his hands and the Captain reading the report.

Taking a moment to read them. "Well Mr. McGregor your weapon wasn't involved in the double shooting of the private detectives. If this is the case I will call the Witness protection Program to get you out of here to a safe house and that will need to be in Arizona Tombstone the safest around the globe."

"Thank god Captain Williams. However what about Sergeant Kindred gambling debt?" He had to asked with the question.

"I will have my team to check into it before making any arrests at this time. I have to make a few calls. Lt. Markinson please take Mr. McGregor to processing and place two guards in order to protect him until the Witness Protection program agents arrived."

"Yes captain. Come on Lt. McGregor please let's get you out of here so that the Captain can make his calls?" Lt. Markinson on the force ten years working for Five o headquarters.

Captain Danny Williams moved into his office to call his wife first to let her know that he's sorry about being really late tonight. He hoped! Bringing up the local Witness Protection Program Colonel Hon Wo Chow only 15 minutes away from Five O headquarters.

Taking almost an hour with the different calls. He needed to let Detectives Olivia and Elliot Stabler with the latest news.

At their hotel suite both Olivia and Elliot were sound asleep in bed after the sexual sessions they had. Both phones had been placed on vibrate in order to wake quickly in case Captain Danny Williams will call them.

Olivia was laying on her stomach snoring away even though not loud at all as her husband had gotten up to head for the bathroom before coming back before hearing the his phone to vibrate. He had grabbed it quickly before it woke Olivia and walking out of the bedroom to speak with Captain Williams.

"Go ahead Captain what do you have on the case of Joel McGregor?" He had kept his voice low as much as possible.

"McGregor wasn't involved in the shooting of the two private detectives. He was at his daughter's graduation ceremony for the Naval academy with hundreds of eyewitnesses and plus the fact his weapon was used in the shooting. It's not been fired in a few years to make matters worse."

"So he's not guilty at all and now the club members will be going after the wrong man?" He had asked with the question.

"Correct. I have the Witness Protection Program agents on the way to bring Joel McGregor to the safe house in Tombstone, Arizona. I will let you know tomorrow with what happens with arresting Sergeant Jeremy Kindred. Good night Detective." He ends the call with turning to face his wife looking like the cat had dragged her in with needing to know about the call...

"So McGregor wasn't guilty with the shooting? At least I know that the evidence came in to get him off the hook. What about the Witness protection Program? Are they sending agents to take him into a safe house?"

"From what I understand Olivia. I just hope to god that Captain Williams and his people will arrest the right man in the shooting? I am sorry to have woken you from a sound sleep?" He stated with a kiss to her moist lips.

"You're forgiven. Do you know what I like to do right now?" She smirked with the question.

"I feel like going to the nude beach to swim at this late hour?"

"Sounds like a wonderful idea with the nude swimming Olivia. Come on let's get ourselves together with going to the beach with the proper supplies?" He watched her head back into the bedroom to dressed lightly with the drive to the nude beach.
