Chapter 11th

They had reached the nude beach. There was a full moon once again with very little cloud cover. Running onto the beach with the blankets and dropping the items onto the sand and essentials. Olivia didn't care at the moment who might be around. As she ran to jump into the waves covering herself with the warm waters.

While Elliot joined her trying to catch up with his wife. She was heading into deeper waters taking the chance with the laps she wanted to take.

One thing she was worried was the fact that she might see any thing of fish or jellyfish to sting her and with getting into trouble. She was rather enjoying herself with the swimming and turning to see where her husband was located. She wasn't able to see him. As she began to get worried when all of a sudden she felt her legs being pulled to scared the hell of of herself and her heart rate.

It had turned out to be her husband catching up to her and wanting to play around. "Jesus Elliot what are you trying to do with doing something stupid like this?" She was mad for the moment with breaking away from him and think of a way in order to get back at him.

"Oh, come on Olivia try and take it easy. We're on our honeymoon for pete sake!" Now he was angry as well with her altitude.

"Yeah I know big boy." She stated with grabbing a piece of his body to have him crying out loud from the squeeze.

"You're really too much at times Olivia. Shall we head back to shore? I don't like being out this far." He needed to say with his phobia with out this far and unable to touch the bottom.

"Chicken." She said before heading back to safer waters and her energy levels really high right now and currently thinking about what Captain Williams had to say about McGregor not shooting the two private detectives. She was thinking on whether if Sergeant Jeremy Kindred might be coming after them as well. But she slowly had to mention another of her thoughts about the case.

Moving out of the waters and with heading for the towels to cover herself. Though Elliot had other ideas with his mind. He sat down next to her with drying his head and other parts of his body.

Olivia stare before she went into her idea before they started into the sex with each other. "Listen I have been thinking with McGregor cleared with his abili. What is Sergeant Jeremy Kindred just might come after us?" She said to have Elliot thinking that it might be possible.

"If this is the case Olivia. We will need to be careful with advising Captain Williams of this fact tomorrow morning. No doubt he has his hands full with getting the Witness Protection agents to the headquarters and with getting McGregor into a safe house in the states."

Two Witness Protection agents in their forties with one of the agents a female. They had finally arrived to speak with Captain Williams in his office while McGregor was being brought up from processing. Captain Williams signed the papers in order to transfer their client to the airport and then on to the states taking over 14 hours total to reach the Tombstone safe house.

Captain Danny Williams signed the papers with the female agent to placed them into her pocket with the order to take Joel McGregor with them. McGregor came into his office with the patrol officer from processing. He was glad they had arrived to take him to the safe house and not knowing how long he was going to be staying there.

"Are you ready Mr. McGregor?" The female agent had to say with the paperwork placed into her pocket and ready to go.

"I am. Captain Williams I am hoping that you're able to get Sergeant Kindred arrested before he kills again?"

"Don't you worry we will Mr. McGregor." The captain had to say and finally able to go on home to his wife.

The agents moved out to head out the back entrance of Five o with a truck waiting to drive McGregor to the airport. It wasn't going to take long with the traffic light for this late hour. Placing McGregor into the back and down in case they are going to be tailed.

The male agent will be driving as quickly as possible taking 35 minutes to reach the entrance of the terminal dropping off the truck with paying a fee for now. With the tickets in her hands she gives the stewardess at the entrance in order to get onto the American Airlines flight back to the states.

They moved into the first class section with very few customers. This will make it easier to protect their client McGregor. After the final passengers had boarded into the second class area. The pilot had announced that they will be taking off in a few moments making everyone to relax finally and a long flight giving all three of them a chance to sleep.

Meanwhile Sergeant Jeremy Kindred feeling mellow from his drinking in his apartment complex alone. However he will received a phone call from someone that will rile him up in order to push him into making a mistake.

It was one of the Five o officers working the overnight as per orders to not use a phone to announce to Kindred that it's the police.

He picked up the phone with taking the last sip of his whiskey switching all night. "Who the hell is this?" He said to the voice...

"We know it was you that shot the two private detectives. Certain members of your Tiger Claw club will not take too kindly that it was you."

"Your lying. It was Joel McGregor that bastard switching my Colt 45 with his." He stated that was a lie all around.

"Sorry! You will need to overlook your shoulder for now on." As the voice on the phone ended the call and Lt. Hong turning to face the others with a smile.
