Perennial

Chapter 13th

Dominick called the Bait Tackle store with the manager telling him the party boat Lorenzo will be leaving around 6.30 a.m in the morning with the charge being $25.00 a piece. And the payment needs to be done right away with a max of fishermen to be ten total and so far there were five at the moment.

So he pulled out his credit card to pay for the trip. He knew that his wife Amanda was going to love the idea of going fishing and hopefully with catching something for their diner.

Mentioning this to his wife back at the suite. She was happy in a big way with needing to get ready for the early morning. Thank god that Dominick had already purchased the fishing poles, reels and most of all the bait to be used.

She was brushing her hair coming out of the bathroom with her husband getting off the phone after finishing up with the payment. He was able to see the hint of exhaustion on her face needing to head to bed early.

But he wasn't tired. So he told his wife to go to bed while he stayed up to watch the local news of the area. He moved into the living area. Though she was annoyed that she had to be the one to be sleepy.

Laying down onto the gray couch of their sauve. He had fallen asleep sometime later with the tv still on. However after a few hours of sleep. Amanda was feeling better and in the mood to fool around no matter how late it might be.

Taking off her nightgown feeling the chill slightly. She differenty was going to warm up once she heads into the living room. She watched him snore slightly not loud enough to wake anyone unless you're listening...This would drive her crazy at times as he was on his back and his chest showing with his hairs that she wanted to play with.

It was a moment later when he woke with seeing her staring at him. "Why are you staring at me Amanda?" He was slightly annoyed...

"Because I want to. That's why my dear husband and besides I am no longer tired Dominick. May I join you in the couch with making room for me?" She stated with a crooked smirk on her face.

"Of course you can Amanda. And besides this is our honeymoon and I hope to god it will continue when we get back home?" He cried out with his wife climbing abroad his his body with Amanda beginning to play with the hairs on his chest.

Sergeant Jeremy Kindred was drunk having a number of drinks at the club. Even the bartender and other club members told Jermey to go on home and sleep it off.

But he wouldn't want none of it with asking for another drink with placing the funds onto the counter. Meanwhile the two undercover officers offered to take him home to his apartment complex. Even though he had no idea who they were in the first place.

"Okay I get it Jerome. You don't want me here any further. I will go after I am done with this drink and these two gentlemen to drive me home. Is this fine with the both of you?"

"Yes, it is Sergeant Kindred." Lt. Jonna Little replied with turning to face his partner agreeing to the idea.

After a few moments with Jeremy finishing his drink. The bartender and everyone else was glad that he was leaving. Meanwhile Jeremy handed the apartment keys in order to get inside on the fourth floor.

The two agents helped Sergeant Kindred to move outside into the crisp air of the evening. Stumbling slightly. They were able to get him into the blue SUV and into the back seat with Lt. Jonna Little driving while his partner Sergeant Jack Douglas keeping an eye out on the suspect before doing further damage to himself with all of the drinks he had in the club.

Driving slowly with Kindred in the back seat. It was a good thing that he hasn't gotten sick or else it would be a job to clean it up.

Taking 25 minutes to reach his apartment complex with climbing four steps before entering inside with the door not locked. They were able to find the elevator taking it to the fourth floor with the number given by Kindred inside the club.

He was a good drunk without causing any trouble. However before he had gotten drunk he was angry and wanted to take it out on someone.

Lt. Jonna Little using the key was able to open the door with the light fixture on the side of the wall and turning it on with seeing the beautiful spacious living room. Thinking that he must of spend a great of money on the items brought mostly antiques.

Moving Jermey into the bedroom with taking off his jacket and other items to be placed onto the chair. While his partner checked the apartment for any evidence. And found his Colt 45 in a special container inside the library along with the rest of his collection.

Sergeant Jack Douglas had taken it quickly to place the dusting equipment on it with his prints along with taking one bullet and placing it into an evidence bag. He also as well took several photos in order for the lab to check on whether it was the same weapon that had killed the two private eyes on the beach.

After he was done with also sending a photo over his phone to the lab as well. Before heading back out with replacing the weapon back into its place. He asked his partner on whether Kindred had fallen asleep and he was with laying under the blankets.

Turning out the lights in the bedroom. They moved out to head back to work at the FIVE O police headquarters with the photos and prints of his Colt 45th. Maybe they will be able to come up with the evidence telling them that Kindred was indeed involved with the shooting.
