Chapter 14th

It was the next day for the following...Elliot and Olivia were waking up inside their suite feeling the worse for wear after the past few days and last night on the beach. They will need to take it easy with lounging around their suite. Unless they plan on going shopping and enjoying the scenes around the area.

Elliot waking first needed a shower badly while leaving his wife in bed. He was going to wake her when he's out with calling for room service. Moving out of the bed with grabbing his blue robe when she woke asking where he was going.

"Shower Olivia and then I am going to call for room service. Are you hungry at all?" He asked with seeing the look on her expression.

"Are you serious after last night? Hell yeah I am starving. Please order me the works and then we will decide afterwards on what we plan to do today. It's supposed to be in the high eighties making it wonderful to swim and get a real suntan." She stated...

"Or burnt like a lobster that will only make matters worse Olivia. Let go shower first while you keep your body in bed and rest. I plan on taking care of it tonight and you're not going to be able to do anything about it."

One hour into the party boat cruise in the harbor. There were eight others on board doing really well with their catches. So far Amanda and Dominick each have five in their buckets. With a cool breeze off the harbor...Captain Jack Lambert age 64 has been in the fishing business for the better of 40 years. He had offered everyone a bottle of water and one Budweiser each.

While Dominick had picked up food from the deli a few miles from the harbor for himself and Amanda. It was beginning to be a little warm with the both of them placing on there heads for now.

"So Dominick since we are going well with the fishing. Are you going to be cooking tonight and placing the rest in the freezer?" She smirked at him with the question.

"I am once we pick up some supplies to cook these babies." While the others on board mostly all males and one woman chuckling at the remark.

"I can't wait Dominick." It was at this time that another large flounder was on her line that Dominick took over to bring it in with pulling if off the bloody line and placing it into the large bucket...

After that everyone was able to relax with the Captain deciding to head back in with a squall moving in quickly with a quick rain storm. He changed his course with everyone pulling up their lines and covering themselves in case...

Five O headquarters

Captain Danny Williams back into his office only arriving now after the late night and a wife that insisted that he has his dinner at two o'clock in the morning.

Checking with his officers on whether the lab had the results with the ballistics on Sergeant Jeremy Kindred. He was told that the report will be arriving momentary when the courier knocked on his door to personally hand the three page report into his hands.

He walked back out to head back downstairs with other evidence from different cases that needs to be process. Captain Danny Williams placing the report on his desk for a moment taking a deep breath. Opening the first page he was excited with his heart rate quickening ...

"Well I be damn! The man did shoot those two detectives?" This finished up reading with happy that this case is going to be closed. Now they needed to arrest the man outright and no deals at all...

He picked up his phone to call in his detectives to discuss the options with arresting Kindred. The last time they seen him was asleep in his apartment complex drunk after drinking a great deal at the club.

After the 30 minute meeting with the arrest orders and a paper from the court to search his apartment for further evidence. Captain Williams decided to go along for the ride to his apartment complex wearing his vest over his suit. Everyone else was carrying extra weapons in case Kindred will give them a hard time.

He was going to be driving with one of three vehicles and including an ambulance and the undercover officers asked to watch Kindred before driving him back to his apartment and falling asleep and where he has been staying.

Sometime later outside the apartment complex. The police had arrived with the teams getting into place. One of the undercover agents came out to say that Kindred was awake playing loud music.

"Okay everyone lets get him now before he gets away?" Captain Williams ordered with his team checking their vests and weapons before moving inside the unlock front door and with no one getting into the way.

Taking the stairs and elevator to cover all of the options. Captain Williams setting himself in front of the door with his officers behind him to kick down the door and with Kindred surprised by the police.

"I suggest you don't move Sergeant Kindred. We are arresting you for the murders of Private detectives Joel Samson and Donald Lurell shooting them both on the beach in front of witnesses. Two of them being detectives from the United States on their honeymoon."

"How did you figure it out?" Kindred stated with stumbling slightly having been drinking since waking up.

"We were able to get your fingerprints off your Colt 45th that was taken from the bodies with the ballistics. The evidence has been collected and we have you under arrest. Officer Chin please place the cuffs on him and give him his rights and most of all get him out of my sight." He screamed out...As he watched Kindred moving out of his apartment while everyone else went through his place for further evidence from other possible shootings in the past.
