Okay, here we go with the next one-shot. This might be the last one, or second to last one, and like with all the other ones, I'll be putting this on the poll on my profile. So, the students of Class 3-E are assassins. Ninjas are assassins. Ninja means Naruto. Assassination Classroom, in Naruto! Genius, right? I'm not going to write too many Naruto stories, since there are enough of them as there are, but I really like this idea. Vote in the poll on my profile if you want this to continue.
Now, I know that I am far from the first one to write a crossover between these two franchises. But they're all about people going into the AssClass universe. What about people going into the Naruto universe? If this does become a full thing, it's going to be a combination of Assassination Classroom and Naruto/Naruto Shippuden. I won't go all the way to the Shinobi War and such, even though Madara's really cool. Probably up to the equivalent of the Pain Arc, without all the filler. Yeah, that should decrease the length by a good sixty or seventy percent.
Disclaimer: I don't own Assassination Classroom or Naruto. Naruto is owned by Masashi Kishimoto and Shueiesha. Assassination Classroom is owned by Yusei Matsui and Shueiesha. Geez, they own everything I write.
Twenty-five students. Twenty-five students all dressed in different color bodysuits and fabric vests. Twenty-five students were out in the yard behind an old, abandoned campus. Almost abandoned at least. All were waiting. Waiting for something. Someone. Some perked up, hearing the sound of that very someone walking down the halls. The twenty-five students waited for them. The door of the campus creaked open. A man with black, neatly combed hair and eyes walked out, looking over at the class with a mischievous smile, dressed in long black robes with a moon on his chest. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a directory book.
"Alright then. Let's get started, shall we?" the teacher suggested smugly. The students all ran towards him.
'Taijutsu, the art of hand-to-hand combat.' he thought to himself. One student reached him first, spinning to attack with a kick. The teacher caught the kick and threw him to the side, ducking under another kick and parrying another student's punch.
"Yuma Isogai?" he called out.
"Here!" the student said as he ran up to the teacher to throw a punch. The teacher grabbed him by the arm, and pushed him away.
"Taiga Okajima?" he called out.
"Here!" Taiga grunted as he tried for a spin kick, only for the teacher to duck under the attack and dance backwards.
"Hinata Okano?"
"Here!"
"Manami Okuda!"
"Here!" He ducked, bobbed, and weaved, blocking, catching, throwing, parrying, all as he continued to call roll. He spun in place, lightly shoving the students away as he finished. The students all cried out as they landed on the ground. The teacher stood at the ready for a few more seconds before standing up straight.
"Excellent. You're all here, with no tardies. Sensei is proud!" he giggled cockily. The students all groaned as they pushed themselves up.
"Man, twenty-five students all at once, and we didn't even land a single hit on him!" Yuma groaned as he held his hand.
"What did you expect? He's a top level Jonin, we failed the academy!" Hiroto Maehara groaned. Nearby, a student with blue hair looked at the teacher with a neutral look.
'Yep, we're ninjas. Or at least, that's our goal.' Nagisa Shiota thought to himself. 'We live in the Village Hidden in the Leaves, and we're trying to become ninjas. But we're considered to be the lower levels of the classes, so we were sent here to have extra lessons in the form of a Jonin. Rokuro Sawada. I heard a lot about him.' his face became grim as Rokuro spun on a heel and led the kids inside.
"Time to begin! Let's go inside." Rokuro said as he motioned with his finger. Nagisa began walking after them.
"Hey Nagisa." his friend Kaede Kayano caught his attention as she walked up to him.
"What is it?"
"Your mom knows this guy, right?"
"Yeah…"
"Do you think she can tell us anything to help us?"
"I tried asking."
"Really? How did it go?"
-Line Break-
"I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HIM! NOW BE QUIET AND GO PRACTICE YOUR SHURIKEN TARGETING!" a voice screeched as a couch flew through the window of a house.
-Line Break-
"Wow. That's rough." Kayano winced.
"All I know is that my mom and this guy's been competing to be the best member of the Anbu. You know, the Black Ops." Nagisa whispered.
"Right, the guys who are responsible for, uh…" Kaede swiftly swiped a finger across her neck.
"Yeah, I have no idea why my mom wants to be the best at that. Anyways, she's been trying to take the No. 1 spot for a while now. But she's at the No. 23 spot, so I don't know why she's so angry at him specifically." Nagisa groaned.
"Now now kids! Hurry up in here! We're about to begin class!" Rokuro called from the classroom window.
"Okay!" Kaede called back. Nagisa walked after her as she ran off.
'In this class, we all failed in certain ways. Some in common ways, the others in different ways. That's why we're here. The reject class.' Nagisa thought as he walked into the classroom and sat down in his seat next to Kaede. As Rokuro began class, talking over the basics of Ninjutsu, Nagisa thought back to his mother. She was rather upset at Nagisa being in a lower level class, and that his teacher was her 'rival' Rokuro, and wanted him to leave the class as soon as possible.
'Why did he come here? Why is he our teacher? He's the only way we can pass.' Nagisa thought back to when his teacher came to the class.

"Hello! My name is Rokuro Sawada. I'll be your teacher from now on!" Rokuro said as he stood in front of the class. A man with spiky hair dressed in standard Konoha Shinobi gear stood next to him. The students looked at him in curiosity.
"Hello. I'm Tadaomi Karasuma. I'm here to tell you what you'll be doing here at this campus from now on." the man on the side spoke up.
"Your goal is to defeat him in combat. This means knocking him out or making him admit defeat." he said, making the class murmur at the news as he said this.
"Wait, why are we doing that? Aren't we too underranked for missions?" Yuma called down.'
"You are. But as you know, this is a class that has children that are not, on par, with the rest." Tadaomi said, making the class wince.
"Quite harsh there, don't you think?" Rokuro commented dryly.
"So, the academy decided that if you are to become Genin, you shall have to defeat him with the results I've listed, or pass a test meant for Chunin candidates. You have the next year to attempt either one of these. This is an order from the Hokage, and your principal." Tadaomi said.
"Well, it can't be that hard, right?" one student whispered to another. Rokuro giggled as he squatted next to them. The class started as they realized that he had moved.
"I'm the top ranking Jonin in the village! Good luck…" he sang, making the class feel uneasy.
"He'll be your trainer, teacher, and opposer. Even if you fail to defeat him, you still have the option to take a test to become Genin, which will include both a physical and educational section." Tadaomi said. The class groaned as several slammed their heads down.

"Nagisa? Are you listening?" Rokuro called up to him.
"Hm? Oh, yes, I am." Nagisa said.
"Then can you tell me the five basic chakra natures and which counters which?"
"Water defeats Fire, Fire defeats Wind, Wind defeats Lightning, Lightning defeats Earth, Earth defeats Water." Nagisa quickly listed.
"Well done!" Rokuro said in approval. He turned back to the blackboard as Kaede leaned over to Nagisa.
"Hey, Nagisa? If you don't mind me asking, why are you here? You're smart, you're skilled, why are you considered one of the failures in the class?" she asked.
"..." Nagisa was silent. Kaede looked at his face before backing off.
"Never mind. Either way, I'm glad you're here." she said. Nagisa glanced over to her and smiled.
-Line Break-
"Alright class, time for lunch!" Rokuro said. He made a sign with his hand, holding it to his chest. "I'll be going to Ichiraku's!" a blast of smoke appeared, covering him before dissipating. Revealing that he was gone.
"Man, Ichiraku! I could go for some!" Rio Nakamura sighed from her seat. Murmurs of agreement sounded off from the class.
"But that teacher is way too good. I tried ambushing him yesterday, and he just kept knocking me around while grading my test." Yuma said as he sat back in his seat.
"Seriously?!" Hiroto exclaimed in disbelief.
"He even drew a little octopus." Yuma said as he held up the test. Sure enough, a little octopus was on the paper.
"He's a pretty good teacher." Rio commented.
"I know! He tutored me, and I totally aced the quiz!" Hinano Kurahashi chirped as she raised her hand.
"That's nice and all, but do you guys think that it'll be enough?" Kiara Hazama spoke. The class looked over to her. "I mean, the academy really doesn't think we're anything worth noticing. We all know that the only way to become Genin is to beat the Jonin. There's no way we'll be able to pass whatever bullsh*t test they'll assign us. Especially with that *sshole principal there."
The class was silent, thinking over what she said.
"Man, either way, we'll never make it to Genin level." Taiga groaned as he leaned back in his seat. Nagisa weaved his fingers together and rested his chin against it.
"Hey Nagisa." Nagisa perked up and looked behind him. Ryoma Terasaka and his friends, Takuya Muramatsu and Taisei Yoshida. "Look alive little man. Time for the team up."
"..." Nagisa stared at them, but nodded.
-Line Break-
"Now then, before we begin class, would anyone like to try their hands at defeating me again?" Rokuro said teasingly. The class grumbled as they looked at him with slight contempt. They paused as a single hand raised itself.
"Well! Nagisa! Shall we move outside?" Rokuro asked confidently. Nagisa nodded as he stood up. The class walked outside, with the Terasaka Trio walking in front of the group.
"Now Nagisa, you know the rules." Rokuro said. Nagisa nodded as he reached into his pocket. Quickly whipping out a pair of shuriken, he quickly hurled them towards Rokuro, who simply caught them between his fingers. Nagisa rushed forward and leapt towards him, whipping his leg around towards Rokuro's head. The Jonin simply caught the kick, but raised a brow as Nagisa suddenly pulled his hand down with his leg and shot his other leg towards him. Rokuro immediately threw Nagisa back, the tealnette pulling out more shurikens and throwing them towards him. Rokuro hummed as he leaned to the side.
"You have impressive aim." Rokuro said. Nagisa took out several more shurikens and threw them, letting them curve through the air. Rokuro looked in interest as he noticed strings attached to them.
'The Double Shuriken Dance? That's his mother's technique.' Rokuro noted. Nagisa pulled the strings with one hand as he took out a kunai with his other and threw it towards Rokuro.
"An attack from three sides? Smart." Rokuro said. He shot an arm out and caught the kunai, using it to knock the shurikens away. Nagisa tsked before pulling the string again. He swung his arms around, making the shurikens whirl around him.
"Interesting technique. I wonder what will happen next?" Rokuro said teasingly. Nagisa's eyes narrowed. He swung the shurikens faster before letting one shoot towards Rokuro. The Jonin used the kunai to knock the shuriken up. Nagisa threw the other one as he pulled the shuriken back, letting it swing around him. Rokuro ducked as he threw the kunai back to Nagisa. Nagisa quickly pulled the shurikens back, causing the three projectiles to collide with a loud 'clang'. The shurikens pulled back to Nagisa, who caught the shurikens and put them back into his pocket with a slight grimace.
"Alright then." Nagisa muttered. He put his hands together, surprising people as he began making signs.
Dragon, Tiger, Hare.
"Water Style: Raging Waves Jutsu!" Nagisa chanted as he landed and spat a torrent of water towards Rokuro. Rokuro raised a brow in surprise as he made the sign he made before lunch, disappearing with a cloud of smoke. Nagisa landed, looking around. He took out another shuriken and threw it towards his left. Rokuro knocked the projectile out of the air with another kunai as Nagisa made signs again.
Dragon, Tiger, Hare.
"Water Style: Raging Waves Jutsu!" Nagisa chanted again and spewed more water. Rokuro hopped to the side as the torrent shot by him. Nagisa turned his head quickly, Rokuro continuing to dodge as the water stream headed towards him. Nagisa grunted and leapt up, making different signs as he did.
Ox, Snake, Ram.
"Ninja Art: Hidden Mist Jutsu!" Nagisa chanted as he took in a breath and blew a cloud of mist towards Rokuro. Rokuro stood straight as the mist rolled over him.
'Well then, I wonder where he's going to come from?' he mused. Outside, Nagisa put his hands together again.
Tiger.
"Water Style: Water Clone Jutsu!" Nagisa said. A puddle of water rippled up and formed a human-looking being. The clone filled in with color and became a clone of himself. The clone and Nagisa ran into the mist. Rokuro noticed one figure rushing up to him.
"A straight-on attack?" Rokuro said as he punched towards Nagisa. He caught the punch and countered with a kick. Rokuro slapped the kick to the side. Nagisa put his hands on the ground and continued to spin, pushing himself up and bringing his foot down as an axe-kick. Rokuro moved to the side and threw his elbow towards Nagisa's chest. He started as the clone became water, splashing over him.
'Two Water Release techniques? Impressive.' he thought to himself. He wiped the water out of his eyes before hearing something.
"Lightning Style: Lightning Ball Jutsu!" Nagisa's voice came in. Rokuro's eyes widened as he leapt up. Balls of electricity shot around inside the cloud, covering nearly the entire cloud right after Rokuro managed to escape.
"Smart!" Rokuro said as he threw a kunai towards the figure making signs inside. The kunai shot through the figure, making the class gasp in shock. They gasped again as the figure melted with a splash. Rokuro hummed as he landed.
"Another clone?" he mused. He looked around for Nagisa. A rumbling under the ground made him look down. His eyes widened as a sudden cannon of water shot from the ground, pushing him upwards. The students gasped as the vortex of water shot up towards the sky, Rokuro inside it. Nagisa shot up inside the water, his cheeks puffed up as a kunai spun in his hand while he brought it in front of him.
'He's using the vortex to trap me as he goes for a killing blow? Smart. Unbelievably reckless, but smart.' Rokuro thought as he caught the boy. Nagisa suddenly let go of the kunai, wrapping his arms around Rokuro's chest and his legs around Rokuro's waist.
'What's this?' Rokuro raised a brow. His eyes widened as he glanced down. Three students were making signs.
Ram.
"Lightning Style: Thunderclap Arrow Jutsu!" the Terasaka trio chanted before throwing a ball of electricity into the vortex. The vortex lit up in blinding light, causing the students to cover their faces, before dissipating. A light rain began falling down on the class as they cautiously put their hands down. Two figures slammed into the ground, blackened and burnt. The trio cheered.
"Yeah!" Ryoma said loudly.
"We did it!" Taisei cheered. The class turned to them in anger.
"You jerks!" Yuma snapped.
"What did you guys do?!" Hiroto yelled. Ryoma and the other two ignored them as they ran over to the two figures.
"Bet he didn't expect a suicide bomber!" Ryoma said triumphantly. Kaede dashed by them, coming to a stop in front of them. The three stopped, looking at her.
"What did you guys make Nagisa do?!" she demanded.
"What? Did you think you were the only one who noticed that he's a good ninja? We had him teach us a Lightning Release jutsu, and decided that he would use a large, flashy move to trap the jerk and take him out." Ryoma explained impatiently.
"But that jutsu was the Giant Vortex Jutsu! Even though Nagisa's better than us in ninjutsu, that kind of jutsu uses too much chakra at a time! Especially after using so many other jutsus!" Yuma shouted.
"He could be dead!" Tomohito yelled.
"That's correct." a cold voice rang out, stopping the entire class. They whirled around, gasping in shock. Rokuro was staring down at them from the top of the school roof, a cold, merciless look in his eyes. Nagisa was slung over his shoulder, unconscious.
"What the, how did you-?!"
"Escape? Simply. I used my own jutsu, the Wind Style: Cyclone Beast Jutsu. I used it to create a barrier between Nagisa and I and the electricity. I then used it to escape the Giant Vortex Jutsu." Rokuro explained, his voice still hard. He dropped down to the ground, making the class step back as a wave of bloodlust washed over them.
"And you're lucky I did. I would've been fine, as your chakra control of the jutsu was, disgusting. You may have learned how to use this technique, but you didn't know how it truly worked. However, with Nagisa's low chakra levels, he would've died." Rokuro growled as he walked up to the three. He dropped Nagisa into Kaede's arms.
"I'm going to go on a limb here and say that you didn't see this coming." Rokuro said coldly. Nagisa stirred and raised his head tiredly. His eyes widened at the feeling of bloodlust emanating from Rokuro.
"Ryoma Terasaka, Takuya Muramatsu and Taisei Yoshida. This was your doing. Wasn't it." Rokuro said quietly. The three were shivering.
"What?! N-no!"
"This was all Nagisa's idea!" Rokuro scoffed before disappearing.
"He's gone!" Ryoma yelped before Rokuro reappeared behind them, throwing a bundle of nameplates before them. The three looked at them before starting in realization.
"The nameplates from our houses?!" Taisei gasped.
"That's not all. Look at your stomachs." Rokuro said. They looked down before crying out. There were explosive tags on their stomachs, the same going for every student.
"These tags are all duds. But if they were real, well, we wouldn't be having this talk." Rokuro growled. "If you try anything else like these, ever again? Well, you'll be lucky if the people you care about don't feel anything." the class looked at him in fear.
'This, this guy. He's leagues above my mom. I can't even picture my mom reaching his level. He can kill us whenever he wants.' Nagisa realized.
"GO ON THEN! THREATEN US!" Ryoma yelled, pointing a finger to Rokuro, catching their attention.
"Where do you get off on, coming into our lives, telling us to beat you! We're not even Genin, how can we beat a Jonin?! What's wrong with using an annoying method to beat an annoying opponent?!" he yelled. Rokuro's bloodlust suddenly disappeared.
"Annoying? Hardly!" he said cheerfully, stunning the class. Rokuro walked over to Nagisa and put a hand on his head. "In fact, I was impressed. The method was quite clever. You made me believe that this was a one on one match. And when Nagisa used a dangerous technique in a dangerous way, it made me believe that he was getting desperate, and made a mistake, when actually it was a calculated move."
The three bullies and Nagisa looked at him in confusion. If it was such a smart move, then why…?
"However!" Rokuro said sharply, catching their attention. "None of you cared if Nagisa got hurt. Not even Nagisa himself it seems! It's one thing to be willing to sacrifice oneself, but it's another to outright try to let your teammates die."
Terasaka and his friends gritted their teeth and looked away. Nagisa looked down, with a frown.
"You are all more than the sum of yourselves. If you intend to finish a mission, then do so in a way that you can be proud of." Rokuro encouraged. Nagisa looked back up at Rokuro, silent.
'Scolded with a death threat. Comforted with a pat. I don't think this is a regular education.' Nagisa thought dryly. Rokuro looked at Nagisa.
"Nagisa, as you are, though you are certainly at the level of Genin, even Chunin, you're still nowhere near good enough to beat me. With that in mind, and the fact that defeating me is the quickest way to graduate, what do you think you should do?" Rokuro quizzed. Nagisa blinked, but smiled at his teacher.
'But I think it's one that's growing on me.'
"I'll just have to get even better." Nagisa said. Rokuro smiled widely.
"That's the spirit. Now, let's continue with class then, shall we?" he said as the class made their way in.
"Um, Nagisa?" Kaede's voice caught Nagisa's attention. He flushed red when he realized he was still in her arms.
"Ooh! What's this? Looks like Kaede is Nagisa's Prince Charming!" Rio teased with a hand to her mouth. A large portion of the class cooed over the two as Nagisa came down, the two blushing in embarrassment and anger. Kaede began yelling for the class to leave them alone, waving her arms around angrily.
'Well, this will certainly be a class you can't just fall asleep in.' Nagisa thought dryly.
There we are, Shinobi Classroom Chapter 1. Nagisa and Class 3-E are being trained by Rokuro Sawada to become Genin. Nagisa is already qualified to be at this level, but he's in the class for reasons not yet revealed. Hiromi is a Jonin who's trained Nagisa in advanced Ninja arts. What will happen next? We can only tell when this fic continues in the future! Not the immediate future by any means, but in the future. Same with all my one-shots, so if you're disappointed when something is already chosen and it's not yours, don't be sad, it will be continued.
Also, I'm trying to think of who will be the Jinchuriki and what kekkei genkai to give to certain characters. This will be a different universe from Naruto, so while certain characters from Naruto will be in here, some of the bigger ones, like Shikamaru, Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Hinata, Kiba, etc, etc, etc, will not. This does mean that certain kekkei genkai will go to certain characters, but I'd prefer to have some optional original kekkei genkai. If you have a suggestion, well, as per the usual, leave a review! Azure out!
