Hey guys. Sorry for the late update.

The entire way to the truck was humiliating, but it didn't compare to the howls of laughter that erupted when his supposed friend saw his condition.
Ian had started hiccuping, as he waved his iPad, which he had used as a camera to picture him in a line for the meet/greet.
"Oh god, I never saw this coming." Spencer said, he was wiping his tears off his eyes.
Even Bryan didn't try to hide his amusement, at the autograph Ming Ming had signed on his face with a pink permanent marker.
His left eye twitched in annoyance, " Whatever, we still have to pay the old Hiwatari a visit. Do stop laughing like idiots and get your asses moving."
Tala said.
"You're such a loser." Bryan laughed king others laugh all over again.
Tala groaned, it'll be a huge pain to get them moving again. 'But damn how would I hide the mark. It'll take a few days for it to remove itself, maybe use some chemicals. Sigh'
Tala sulked all the way to the Hiwatari mansion because of that stupid marker. Their old beat-up truck was coming to its end, it seemed. It would occasionally make noises and sometimes would stop working all together.
Tala was not quite sure what he felt, during the time he had fainted. It felt like he was put in another world , and his body wasn't actually his own. Like he was watching himself from the sideline. He snapped out of his thoughts, as they saw the grand Hiwatari mansion. It was a three storey Victorian style mansion where only Voltaire lived. Kai did not want to live with his grandfather, after all the things he went through at that horrible place. No matter how much Voltaire asked him to. If any of them were in Kai's place, they would have done the same. The guys didn't like him at all because after all he was the one who owned that abbey.
After much contemplation and snooping, they'd figured out two things Voltaire was dying , and there was almost few to no security or precautions, which was suspicious, but they're on clock.
They drove towards the gate through the drive way and looked at the cold, dark house, befitting for the gilded grave it is. After getting out, they reached the front door. Their mood had soured since the ride ended. No one wanted to see His face again, but desperate times call for desperate measures.
Spencer moved forward to ring the bell and waited for sometime before the door was opened by an old man, their butler they assumed.
"Yes? How can I help you?" he asked with a trained formal voice.
"Is Voltaire Hiwatari here?" Bryan asked with a tinge of anger and hostility in his voice.
"Yes, he is. But may I ask who you young men are?"
"No." It was Tala who spoke as he pushed past the butler to enter in to the house. "Where is he?" he demanded.
" Sir, you cannot barge in the hous-"
" I think he asked where that bastard is?" Bryan asked in threateningly calm voice, the old butler gulped. Spencer came up behind him and pulled out a dagger and held it to his back. Obviously he was not going to use it but it'd make the process much easier.
"Now lead the way." Ian said and motioned for him to walk and he did as he was told. He led them upstairs through a rather large staircase.
" Any funny business and I would not hesitate to shove it inside your back." Spencer said, loud enough for the five of them to hear.
"Why are there so few people, here?" Tala found it weird that in such a large house only one servant was present.
" The cook i-is in the k-kitchen. Master didn't w- want anyone to s-see him in this s-state." He stuttered shakily. He did not want to fight against them because they were four huge young men well three huge while one was a little on the shorter side. Still he did not want to anger them further.
"Move." Spencer said pushing the dagger in his back.
He led them to a master bedroom and opened the door. They entered and saw the devil himself standing by the window. He was certainly not looking as intimidating as he did all those years ago. He had become even older, a bit weak and pale due to the illness. But the arrogance that ran in the Hiwatari family was still there.
"I was expecting you. Come and sit." said Voltaire in that same arrogant tone that they despised. He turned to face them . His eyes were still cold.
Tala clenched his jaw and Bryan fisted his hand. " You," he pointed towards the butler, "Out. Now!" That was the only thing he needed to hear. He scurried out as fast as he could.
" Now, what would you want from me? Amused by my misfortune?"
They observed the room, for any sign of danger, so far it's eerily convenient. They spread around eyeing the old man with wariness. It's hard to believe, he's the same figure they feared so much.
"You have information. Why do this after all those years?" Spencer said. His voice was not warm and happy like usual rather it was cold and full of anger.
He laughed bitterly at them, that ended in a coughing fit. He picked up a nearby glass of water, emptying it's content. "You overestimate your importance to me. There are myriad of things, I'd rather do then waste my time on you." His voice was calm and collected. It certainly showed where Kai got that tone from.
"Voltaire don't play games with us. You give us information, we leave. Simple and easy. You don't want us to go into the stuff , you taught us." " Tala spoke in an emotionless tone.
"And what makes you think I would give you information willingly?" Voltaire raised an eyebrow, calmly talking.
" You would give it to us, willing or not." The menacing tone of Bryan startled him. Bryan moved towards him as he said that.
"Is that bravery, I sense? How amusing but I guess youth does that to you? I'm helpless a old man, but that doesn't mean other's are as helpless." He threatened them with the last thing he had. Power.
" What do you mean by that?" Ian said before Bryan could say anything to him for which he received a glare. He ignored that.
" Did you really thank that I'll be in the house with just a good-for-nothing butler and a cook?" he smirked ,"That would be really foolish, even if my days are numbered."
Tala glared at him but said nothing and Voltaire continued, " But because you were my favorite pet to experiment on," he looked at Tala and his glare intensified," I'll tell you something."
"Balkov had escaped the prison a long time ago, and as a gift for ruining his schemes over and over again. He's given you, your current condition. Truly entertaining."
Ian snorted." What gift? What condition? Stop acting as spinx-" he didn't get to finish his sentence as they heard the sound of sirens.
I hope you guys liked the chapter. Do review. It means a lot to us and keeps us motivated.
Lots of love! From both of us.
