"Sssssssssshhhhhhhhh!" they said, "You're the Impostor." they whispered to Pink and Red.
Red got an evil gleam in their eye that you could see even through the glass of the space suit. Pink breathed heavily, they didn't want to kill. The sirens went off suddenly flashing red "oxygen depleted in 29..28..27" it said.
Pink rushed to the door but it was closed, no doubt from Red. "16..15..14"
No one else was in the room. He vented into O2 and no one was there. He entered the code that was attached to the sticky note. "11..10..9"
He typed the last number. "5..4..3"
He pressed enter, right as it said "1" He breathed a sigh of relief. He saw Dark Blue walk by with a child in their hand. "I'm going to do a scan in Med-Bay. If you want to see, you better head over there but you should hurry. Someone is on my tail and they might get you." She said.
Pink nodded, "I will."
Blue ran off and Pink waited until he couldn't see her anymore then vented. He went to Med-Bay as quick as he could and made sure nobody saw him. He got there before Blue did. Blue ran in about a second later, "How did you get here so fast?" Blue asked, out of breath.
"I know a shortcut." said Pink, winking.
Blue stepped up onto the pad and scanned. The green scan went over her. It printed out her statistics on a paper and she looked at it. "O+, huh."
The sirens went off, again. "Reactor meltdown you have 29..27..26"
The doors closed right as they rushed to get out. "Pink, if I die…" she looked down at her kid, "will you take care of this little guy for me?"
Blue looked up at Pink with her eyes getting shiny. "Of course, but you won't die."
"How would you know?"
"Because I will protect you."
"17..16" the voice said.
The doors opened and they ran out to go save the ship. They went to the reactor room and put their hands on the sensor. The siren stopped blaring and the lights stopped flashing.
"Dead body reported," said the voice.
They ran to the Cafeteria to get to the meeting. "Where?" asked Dark Green.
"Admin." Responded Lime.
"It wasn't Pink, we were in Med-bay together then Reactor." said Dark Blue.
"I was with Orange." Lime informed.
"Did you see anyone?" asked Cyan.
"No, they must have vented?"
"Anybody suspicious?" asked Yellow
"Brown is taking forever on card swipe." Black said, eyeing Brown.
"It takes forever. It's always 'too slow' or 'too fast' or 'bad read'."
"It's not that hard."
"Yes it is!"
"We should vote Brown! He's taking forever on the card swipe."
Everyone muttered in agreement. "Wait! Guys, it's not me I swear!"
"That's what they all say." says Red.
Everyone voted Brown but Pink, who skipped. Brown got ejected. "Brown was not An Impostor." said the voice.
After the meeting, Pink and Dark Blue reunited. "Why didn't you vote Brown?"
"I think it's rude to vote someone out because they can't do their tasks."
"They can always complete their tasks as a ghost."
"It's still rude."
"You're too nice."
"I don't find that as a bad thing."
"It's not, but what if you're the impostor? What would you do?"
"We should do our tasks now."
"Okay." She raised her eyebrows. "I have card swipe next."
She laughed at the irony and they headed to admin. When they got there she walked over to the card swipe and fetched out her wallet. She tried to swipe her card but it was too fast. She tried slower but it was too slow. She stopped earlier and it was a bad read. She tried several more times and the process repeated but until a few minutes later it worked. "Yes!" she cheered.
They continued doing tasks and the bar kept going up. Until, finally, Blue said, "Why haven't you been doing any of your tasks?"
"I want to protect you."
"But if you don't do your tasks then other people are getting killed."
"But if I don't protect you then you would get killed."
"I can make it."
"I don't want to take chances."
"Unless…"
Out of the corner of his eyes, Pink saw red. "Crap."
"You're the impostor!" Blue looked angry. "You haven't been doing your tasks, you got to Med-Bay before me, and you didn't vote brown out!"
"We should go." Red was walking towards them.
"No, why can't you just do what you're supposed to do?! You're the impostor, you're supposed to kill people, not protect them!"
Pink was on the verge of tears, they needed to leave. Red was approaching. "We really need to go."
"You can, I'm going to finish my tasks."
Red walked in. Then it happened. Quicker then pink could comprehend, Red pulled out a knife and stabbed and stabbed. "Why?!" Pink yelled, tears rolling out of his eyes.
"I'm just doing what you should have done."
"No, no...why?"
"Dead body reported." the voice said.
Red smiled evilly, Better join the meeting."
They ran to the Cafeteria where everyone was waiting. "It was Red! I saw him kill Blue!"
"Pink is lying! He killed Blue right in front of me!"
"No! Red murdered Blue!"
"No you did."
"Not! It was a self report!"
"Almost! I reported it first before he could."
"Pink was kinda suspicious." agreed White.
Others muttered in agreement. "It's decided, we're voting Pink." said Yellow.
Everyone voted Pink. Tears were running down his cheeks as they pushed him out.
"Pink was An Impostor." said the voice.
Pink rushed over to admin as a ghost, trying to find Blue's baby. He found it and stayed there until the voice finally said, "Impostors win."
"No...no...curse you Red." Pink cried.
