Hello Old Friends. Welcome to the next chapter! OMG I can't believe I'm at Chapter 8 XD I was hoping to have only 10 chapters but I guess like season one, I'll have 13 chapters. I got the future chapters planned and the ending. Thanks for all the reviews it really does help :D

Chapter 8: What do we do now?

Jay's POV

What do we do now? What was our next step?! We didn't know what to do? At least I didn't. I mean we have to retrieve this Vela de Deseos, whatever that is, but where to begin. Maybe the library of Domu or Misako! She probably knows about it since she studied Ninjago history. It has to be somewhere in Ninjago, so Misako should know or Wu could have something about it— what is Kai doing?

I stopped my thoughts to look down at the red Ninja below me. He was kneeling on the floor and looking at the pictures of us and that random girl. I got closer to see if I could see what he was looking at. He picked up the photo of me! He was looking at it closely, luckily he didn't notice the red glow of my checks.

Why was he looking at me!? And that close. It's not the best photo of me— do I have something stuck in my teeth? I cleared my throat and asked, "Kai why are you studying me?" Oh my Spinjitzu Master that sounds weird! "—that picture of me I mean."

He raised a brow but shook it off and handed me the image, saying, "Doesn't it look like there's little numbers there?"

I took it and suddenly spotted the numbers the fire master was talking about. "Yeah it does. What do these numbers mean?" I turned over the image but it was blank.

"I don't know." Kai shrugged and turned back to look at the other photos, grabbing Nya's next and studying it. I bent down and grabbed the photo of Kai. To study it if it had numbers as well. That's all!

Seems like all the photos had numbers on them except for the unknown girl. She had letters: J, K, N, C, Z, and numbers on the Ninja images looked randomly placed but familiar to. Like Kai's image has a period and then 417 and Nya's has a 6 dash 1. Cole's image also had a period and mine, Zane, and Lloyd has two numbers. I tried switching the images( but the pink rays always placed mine next to Kai. Ugh... those pesky pink rays!).

"Jay these letters are our names." Kai spoke up handing me the picture. He pointed to each letter while saying our names, "Jay, Kai, Nya, Cole, Zane and Lloyd."

Then a light bulb went on in my head. "Jay, Kai, Nya. Jay, Kai, Nya," Kai looked at me confused as I took those images and placed them in order then did the same with the remaining ones. "The numbers Kai. Their coordinates! Look," I showed him. No wonder they looked so damn familiar with the dash and periods. That's how my dad used to get from one place to another when I was a kid.

"Coordinates? But to where?" The brunette picked up the images, placing them in their correct order.

"I have no clue." I admitted to him but quickly suggested, "Let's get back to the Bounty and find out." He nodded once.

We began to head towards the exit of this basement in the City of Ouroboros, the bright sky shining down upon us. We summoned our dragons and went off to figure out where we were going next. Hang in there Lloyd.

I wonder how the rest are doing.

Nya's POV

Mikayla rode with Zane on his dragon as we headed back to the bounty. When we arrived, I expected to see Kai, Jay and Lloyd there but it was empty. Wonder how's it going with them. Maybe they had more trouble than we did. We just faced an elemental master of Crystals.

What do we do now? What are we suppose to do? We have the master of life but no more instructions or clues on how to save our missing Sensei.

"So why do we need her?" Cole's voice brought me out of my thoughts as he looked at Zane. Zane stared at the girl as she explored the bounty. She was holding one of Kai's swords and swinging it around. I chuckled, she sort of reminded me of Lloyd when he was young and learning to fight and control his elemental powers.

"The instructions asked for the master of Life, this is her." Zane stated like it was obvious. "We shall follow with her requests and teach her to fight." A loud clang made us jump when the sword fell a few feet away from Cole's feet. I looked up to see Mikayla sheepishly smiling.

"I'll be glad to teach her." I told the boys as I walked forward to grab the sword and hand it to her. I turned back to them, "You guys just focus on finding anything that will lead us to Sensei." They nodded.

"Oh what are we learning first? Spinjitzu? Airjitzu? Maybe how to make those dragons?!" She exclaimed happily, as I approached her, jumping slightly.

I smiled at her eagerness to learn and handed her my brother's sword, "All those you would learn with time but first how about how to properly hold a sword so that it doesn't fly."

Jay's POV

Kai and I finally arrived back at the bounty where the rest had already arrived and with that random girl. She looked so familiar, like I've seen her, recently too. But I couldn't place my finger on it. I was to worried about getting Lloyd back. On our flight back here, Kai and I were silent and unsure how to tell the rest that Lloyd was captured. Another member missing and with Velescure. Seriously what name is that? Velescure... Velescure... sounds like valet and insecure together. Hehe weird.

"At least we know who we are up against." I heard Cole comment as Kai finished telling them what happened back at Ouroboros.

"Incorrect Cole for we have no idea who this Velescure is. There is no information about him anywhere in Ninjago's database." Zane pointed out, I rolled my eyes at the nindroids cluelessness. Cole responding with an 'I know' and something else but I tuned them out as I headed back to the photos, looking at Lloyd then at that random chick. She was right in front of me now, training with Nya on the bridge. Wonder why Velescure wants her? I thought as then Kai joined me at looking at the images.

"Zane's going to input the coordinates and find out where they lead." He said as the nindroid came to get the images to do so. "Weird seeing her. Cole told me that she's the Master of Life."

Hold on a sec, did he say Master of Life? I asked, "Master of Life? Now that's an element?" He chuckled slightly and nodded as I continued, "So she just brings people back to life? Like a zombie or...?"

Kai laughed, a contagious and sweet one if you ask me because I started laughing as well. "Haha I don't know Jay. Maybe you should ask her. All she said was that she prefers not to use her power."

"But it's such an awesome power!" I exclaimed surprised that someone wouldn't want to use it. You can bring back dead people or like dead pets. I don't know, anything really. Okay if there's a master of Life I am pretty sure there is one for love.

"I have found the location." Zane announced as he pulled it up on the large computer screen. Cole called Nya and.. Mikayla, her name is Mikayla, to come.

On the screen it showed the coordinates to...Mistaké tea shop? Oh that old woman who sells those magical tea! Sensei Wu and Nya got Tomorrows Tea there.

"Mistaké? Why do we have to go to her tea shop?" Nya asked confused as all of us to why Velescure wanted us to go there.

"All of this for tea?" Cole couldn't believe it as he turned to look at the map. "I'm sorry but I'm confused."

"Maybe she has a magic tea that Velescure wants." I said, I mean that lady does have some magic tea. Who wouldn't want that?

"Then why me?" Mikayla inquired as she placed a hand on her chest, "Also couldn't Velescure just easily obtain the tea himself?" She leaned on the table, her elbow touching a corner of the map. The map flung upwards, glowing.

"I've never seen a paper do that before." Kai remarked as said paper spun in circles like crazy. We all backed up and watch as it slowly began to descend and new writing appeared on it. Only this writing wasn't in chicken scratch that only Lloyd could read.

I read it out loud for all of us,

"Velescure perceives that the Ninja have auspiciously recuperate the Master of Life. Congratulations. Water, Earth, Ice and Life peregrinate to upcoming destination. ONLY Fire and Lightning retrieve my small trinket for me."

Guess we are separating again and I'm with Kai, only! This is gonna get awkward. I can feel it already. Plus are we really retrieving a candle!
