85 percent of the worlds population has some sort of supernatural ability and four young adults in Cinncinati Ohio are about to show the world the potential of those abilites

Nick, Mason, Michael and Shawn sit in their 11th grade history class with each of them sat at seats in different parts of the room with their teacher standing in the front of the class holding a book
Teacher: And in 1400 AD the first abilites began sprouting up and some idividuals brought it upon themselves to use their abilites for war purposes
Nick starts slowly hovering above his seat and rotating until he is upside down and cross leg in the air
Teacher: And because abilites werent widespread at this point this group was able to conquer entire nations within weeks Nick sit in your chair or get out
Nick: Male, 5'11", blue eyes, brown hair, pale white skin
Superhuman Ability: Energy Manipultaion, He can control all different types of energy from electricty, heat, light or even kenetic and potential energy giving him the ability to increase his strength, speed, he can even fly with it and of course he can redirect the energy for thousands of other applications but the downside is if his body isnt built to handle a certain type of energy then it limits how long or how much of it he can use at a time
Nick: Ugh but this is so boring
Shawn puts his head down as him and Mason laugh at Nicks stupidity
Teacher: Now
Nick: Fine
Nick flips back over and sits on his chair
Teacher: Thank you
Nick: The bells gonna ring in like a minute so I dont see the big deal
Teacher: Youre not allowed to use your abilites in school
Nick: Who said I intended to do that
Nick: Maybe it was a muscle spasm
Michael: Nick youre stupid shut up
Michael looks over at Nick with a big smile on his face
Nick: Yeah we'll see whos stupid when I whoop your ass in training later
Teacher: HEY
The bell rings and Nick runs out of the room before anybody can even get out of their seats
Shawn: Hes such a dumbass
Michael, Mason and Shawn meet outside of the classroom and walk down the hall until they see Nick at his locker which seems to be almost full of soda cans of varying brands and flavors
Mason: Oh I dont think youre gonna make it before break
Nick: Oh you watch Ive got a plan
Mason: Oh yeah
Nick: Yeah I need 23 more cans give or take before this thing is full and the gas station a few blocks down is having a sale for 2 for 1 12 packs of any pepsi product
Shawn: There is no way you drink that much pepsi in 3 days
Nick: I can do it
Michael: Yeah if you fucking kill yourself in the proccess
Nick: Nah I can do it and technically the challenge doesnt end until christmas so I still have almost a week
Mason: Okay we'll see
Throughout the next hour they all go to their classes and are equally as bored during all of them, with about a minute left in class a kid that sits next to Mason leans over to him
Kid: Hey you can control water right
Mason: Yeah
Kid: Throw some at the teacher
Mason: No
Kid: Come on itll be funny
Mason: Im not doing that
Mason: I would tell you to use your own powers but you dont have any
Kid: How did you know Im powerless
Mason: Because if you want to fuck with the teacher that badly then you would have used your own power to do so instead of asking me
Mason: Male 6'1", Scruffy dark hair, blue eyes, white skin
Superhuman Ability: Liquid, He can control or turn his body into any type of liquid from water to lava and even crazy stuff like acid but he has to know the molecular make up of the liquid he turns himself into and can still be harmed in a liquid state depending on what is attacking him, for example if he turns himself into lava he cannot walk into lava or else he will get severely burned once he goes back to normal but on the other hand he can use that same lava form to deal some nasty damage to opponents
Kid: Fuck off I dont need you
The kid grabs a pen out of his pocket and throws it across the room at the teacher and it stops in midair and flies back neatly putting itself back into the kids pocket
Mason: Theres water in the air
As the bell rings Nick is the first one out of the building and he stands out front waiting for Shawn, Mason and Michael to come out and as he stands there a variety of people leave the school such as a kid sliding out on some slime thats coming out of his feet and another guy who is made of rock just walking by and a girl that is literally just a 3 dimensional shadow
Nick: Hey fuckers
Shawn walks out followed by Mason and Michael
Nick: You ready to kick my ass
Thay all start walking over to Shawns car a white 2018 Toyota Prius parked right in the middle of the parking lot
Michael: Damn right
Shawn: What are you gonna do burn him
Michael: Yeah
Michael: Thats literally what I do
Michael: 6', red fiery hair, black eyes, tan white skin
Superhuman Ability: Hellflame, he can summon fire on any part of his body without getting burned and he can even shoot it out at targets with incredible force but if he uses it for too long or too much he will begin to overheat and pass out he also has minor resistance to external heat sources such as hot weather or hot surfaces
Shawn: Fire cant stop electricity or air or kinetic energy or
Michael: Okay I get it
Michael: and for the record I can apply force with my fire
Shawn: Not as much as Nick
They all get in Shawns car with Shawn driving, Nick in the passenger seat and Michael and Mason cramed in the back as Shawn begins driving they all keep arguing as usual until they arrive at Nicks housee which is a huge fancy house with huge windows and a front driveway that curves from the street to the front of his garage and back to the street and behind the house is 10 acres of land stretching to a forest in the back with a small pond about an acre off from the house
Nick: You ready buddy
Nick: Ive been waiting all week for this
Nick jumps out of the car as Shawn is slowing down to park and he jumps over his house and lands in the backyard in front of the padio causing the snow around him to fly away
Shawn: He couldnt wait until I parked
Mason: Come on I actually want to work on some new moves
Michael: Oh yeah youre doing that immobilization thing
They all leave their coats and bags in the trunk +Shawns car and walk around back where they see Nick stretching
Nick: Alright lets do this thang
Shawn: Why are you so excited all of the sudden
Nick: No reason
Michael: Hes probably got a new move
Nick: Thats definitely not it
Mason: Thats it
Nick: 321GO
Nick sprints over to them and kicks Shawn in the back with his right foot and just before he gets launched across the grass Nicks foot gets encased in ice and it drops to the ground with a loud thud
Shawn: I thought you wanted to kick Michaels ass
Shawn: 6' 2", short brown hair, green eyes, pale white skin
Superhuman Ability: Ice, as if being the opposite of Michael he can summon ice on any part of his body allowing him to create armor around himself, shoot spikes or shards of ice out of his body and even create structures out of ice but only basic things such as pillars or walls and also just like Michael if he uses it too much he will end up getting increasingly colder casuing hypothermia or frost bite but on the other hand he has minor resistance to external cold things such as snow or cold weather
Nick: Oh yeah
Nick kicks his frozen foot on the ground breaking off most of the ice and Mason melts into a puddle of water that spreads out into a thin layer under the snow and just above the dirt
Nick: What the hell is he doing
Micheal shoots a beam of fire at Nick and he redirects it to Shawn using a quick burst of energy and shawn creates an ice wall that almost intantly melts once the fire touches it
Shawn: I guess we know who the teams are
Shawn puts one hand on the ground and a thin layer of ice covers the ground right under the snow and Mason rises back up in a slush form of his normal body
Mason: Seriously
Shawn: Youre with Nick
Mason: What a surprise
Michaels arms ingite in flames and him and Nick begin exchanging blows with some hitting and some completly missing
Shawn: Catch
Mason walks towards Shawn and he shoots three shards of ice at Mason and they fly right through his body leaving outlines where they hit him which quickly close back up using the snow on the ground
Mason: Now I can put some power in my punches
Mason goes to punch Shawn in the face and he counters quickly by creating a sheild of ice on his left arm and slamming Masons fist with it causing Masons right arm to explode
Mason: Dammit
Nick: MASON USE LAVA DUMBASS
Mason: Oh yeah
Mason starts glowing orange from the inside out and his body slowly turns into lava with a layer of semi solid rock forming on the surface of his body that breaks as he moves and shortly after Shawn creates a wall between them and backs up into a lunge positon with his right leg in front of him and a huge pillar of ice shoots from the ground and smashed through the ice wall launching Mason 30 feet away
Michael: Maximum force
Nick: Oh shit
While Nick is looking at Mason and Shawn Michael punches him in the chest with an explosion of fire throwing him over to Shawn and leaving a trail of fire behind him
Nick: Hows your day
Shawn steps on Nicks chest and Nicks body gets incased in ice with the exception of his head and shortly after Mason sprints back over collapses into water and covers Shawns entire body holding him in the position he was in
Nick: Lets call this round a draw
The next day
After a few more rounds of fighting until they all get worn out they all go home and meet back at school the next morning
9:00 AM December 18
Nick and Michael sit next to each other in the back of the class with them being the only people in the back row
Nick: Im blue daba dee da bo-
Nick looks up and sees and extremely attractive Korean girl walk into the classroom
Nick: Pinch me
Michael ignites his finger and goes to poke Nick but Nick slaps his hand
Nick: I said pinch asshole
Teacher: You must be Hana
Girl: Yes
Teacher: Any of the seats in the back are open
The girl walks to the back of the room and sits at the seat next to Nick
Hana: Is it okay if I sit here
Nick: Oh yeah no problem
Nick looks at Michael and dramitically mouths the words "OH MY GOD"
Michael: Would you stop and act like youve met a female before
Nick: hehehe shut up
After class Nick runs out of class and meets Shawn in the hall who just got out of the classroom next door
Nick: HOT KOREAN GIRL
Shawn: Well shes korean what did you expect
Nick: I didnt expect her to be an 11
Shawn: Wait is she a student
Nick vigorously nods his head
Shawn: OH SHIT WHERE
Nick: No clue but you cant have her
Shawn: Fuck off I have more of a shot than you
Nick: Well she basically already confessed her love to me
Michael: She sat next to him and said a total of 7 words
Shawn: Oh my god is that her
Nick looks in the direction Shawn is and sees Hana walking towards them
Nick: One of you stand in front of me
Shawn: Nope
Michael: Deal with it yourself
Nick looks down and subtly pushes his hand down
Nick: ow
Hana: Hey youre Nick right
Nick: Yeah
Hana: Would you mind helping me catch up some of my class work from the past few weeks
Nick: Oh I would but I have power training
Shawn: What
Nick: Yeah uh new schedule Ill text you guys
Hana: You guys train your powers
Nick: Well its basically just 3 hours of fighting
Hana: Ive been looking for other people to train with
Hana: Would it be okay if I joined
Nick: Oh
Nick suddenly looks dissapointed
Mason: Sup guyssssssss
Mason freezes as soon as he sees Hana
Hana: Is he okay
Nick: Oh yeah hes just in shock because of how beautiful the lights are at this time of day
Shawn: Uh as far as training goes we dont really feel comfortable fighting someone who is basically a stranger since we dont know how strong you are
Hana: Oh dont you worry
Hana: I can fight
Nick: actually our next session is in a week so Im sure you would rather just find someone else
Hana: Oh then even better that way I can get to know you guys before then
The school bell rings
Hana: Oh I have to get to class
Hana: Ill meet you guys at lunch
Michael smacks Nick as Hana walks away
Michael: Nick what the hell
Nick: What
Michael: Why did you become bipolar once she wanted to train with us
Nick: Because now shes interested in us
Shawn: Isnt that what you wanted
Nick: Yeah but I wanted to earn it
Nick: Theres no fun in liking someone if you know that they like you back
Michael: I just want to be inside your brain for 5 minutes to see what the fuck goes on in there
Nick: Oh its great
After a few more classes and 2 detention threats for Nick they all meet up at lunch with the four of them sitting at the end of a very long lunch table and a decent sized gap between them and everyone else
Nick: Okay so heres the plan

Shawn shoves a hamburger in his mouth while talking
Nick: Hana
Shawn: I though you wernt into her
Nick: I wasnt until about 5 minutes into class when I remebered what she looked like
Mason: Why do you need a plan
Nick: You have to have a plan
Michael: Hes right you do
Mason: Since when do you need a plan
Nick: Since Adam and Eve decided to fuck
Michael: Yeah that was theyre plan and it worked
Mason: Are you comparing you and Hana to the first ever humans
Nick: Yes very much so because I strongly believe that the bible is bullshit
Hana walks over holding a pink lunchbox and sits next to Shawn who is still currently stuffing his face
Hana: Hey guys
Nick: Oh hey we were just talking and we decided to have a training session tonight instead of next week
Shawn: We di
Nick: Yep all part of the plan
Hana: Oh speaking of that did you want to see my ability
Michael: Sure what is it
Hana: Watch
Hana grabs a sandwich out of her lunchbox and sets it on the table
Nick: You can make a sandwich
Hana holds her hand up to the sandwich and turns her hand clockwise causing it to float and as she makes a fist the sandwich shakes and a thin layer of it falls off like dust revealing it to be made of metal
Nick: Metal sandwich
Hana brings up her other hand and crosses them causing the metal sandwich to bend and rip turning itself into a little robot squirrel that starts walking around the table
Nick: Um
Shawn puts his burger down
Michael: How did you
Hana: Mechromancy
Hana: Thats my power
Hana: 5' 5", brunnette hair down to about her shoulders, brown eyes, pale white skin
Superhuman Ability: Mechromancy, She can take any solid material and turn it into any mechanical thing her mind creates by turning it into a highly durable and strong metal and when something gets turned into that metal she cant change it back also whatever she is using has to has the same mass as what she is making but on the downside the energy her power uses drains her heavily once a bigger creation is destroyed so she created a weapon that takes energy from opponents allowing her to recover faster and hinder her enemies at the same time
Hana: Its more of a mental power than anything else so its not that flashy
Michael: What type of stuff can you make
Hana: Really anything mechanical but I have to understand how it works
Nick: Whats the coolest thing
Hana: A mech
Nick: WHAT
Nick stands up and puts his hands on his head in shock
Nick: THATS SO COOL
Most of the lunchroom begins looking at him
Nick: This girl can make a mech with her mind
Nick: DIBS
Shawn: Dibs on what
Nick: SHE IS OUR FRIEND
Nick: Not yours so back off
Hana gives a slight smile as she looks down in embarrassment
Kid: SHUT THE FUCK UP
Nick: WANNA GO
Nick: I'LL BURN EVERY ATOM IN YOUR BODY
Mason: Nick its okay sit down
Nick sits back down
Nick: I can do that by the way
Mason: We know youre amazing
Michael: How do you know that you can do that
Nick: Huh
Michael: How do you know that
Nick: What
They all finish lunch and Nick tells Hana the location and time of training that day and after school they all meet at Nicks house
Nick: Alright how do we want to do this
Mason: Free for all
Nick: Nah
Hana: 4 v 1 me verses you guys
Michael: Listen we've been training as a team our entire lives
Hana: So have I
Hana: Well training by myself but still training
Nick: We will destroy you
Hana: You've never seen me fight
Mason: Well maybe she could kick our asses and if she cant then we win
Mason: I say we give it a shot
Shawn: Hes right
Nick: Okay
Michael: Yeah lets see what you can do
All four of them stand next to each other with about 3 feet of distance and Hana stands about 20 feet in front of them
Nick: Ready
All of them except for Hana starts showing signs of their abilities on their arms with Nicks hands glowing slightly, Shawns arms getting ice buildup on them, Michaels hands have small flames and Mason is dripping water from his arms
Nick: 3..2..1.. GO
As Nick flies over to Hana grabs a weirdly shaped gun off of the back of her waist and shoots all of them causing them to stagger for a moment
Hana: Dva enganging
Nick: What
Hana holds out her arms and mounds of dirt start flying out of the ground and form around her turning into a giant mech with two large legs and machine gun arms that all seem to be controlled by two joysticks at the front
Hana: I play to win
Hana pushes the two joysticks and flies forward knocking all of them over and then taking off into the sky
Shawn: I got her
Shawn goes into a lunging position and a giant pillar of ice follows Hana until she stops flying and fires small missiles at the ice pillar exploding it into large chunks that fall to the ground
Nick: SHES GOT FUCKING ROCKETS
Michael: Nick get me up there
Hana begins flying again and Nick grabs Michaels arm and throws him up at Hana and he grabs onto the back of her mech
Michael: What happens when I melt this
Michael plants both hands firmly on the back and the metal around him as well as his hands begin glowing a searing bright orange
Hana: The metal is custom
Hana: Good luck melting it
Michael: SHAWN COOL ME DOWN
Shawn shoots balls of what seem to be energy at Michael and his body stop glowing as bright
Michael: Lets see if it can take this
Michael pushes down harder and the orange light turns to white and the back of the mech flies off taking Michael with it
Mason: I got him
Mason melts and appears across the lawn and catches Michael just as Hana lands
Nick: MOVE
Nick runs up behind Hana punches her mech knocking her into Mason and Michael causing them to get thrown into the pond
Nick: You didnt move
Michael walks out of the pond steaming
Nick: Wheres Mason
The pond gets really calm all of a sudden and starts growing from the middle
Shawn: Is that him
The pond rises up from the ground and starts forming arms and legs until it takes the shape of a 70 foot version of Mason
Mason: OH HO HO HAHA THIS IS FUCKING AMAZING
Hana: Repairing boosters
Nick: HOLY SHIT
Mason takes a swing with his arm and smacks Hana creating a huge wave throwing her and Nick 50 feet away and Shawn just barely managing to block the water with a wall of ice
Michael: Oh my god
Hana's mech begins sparking and twitching
Mason: I'm gonna pass out
Hana: Ejecting
Hana jumps out of the back of her mech as it flies away into Mason and begins glowing in a ball of light
Mason: Thats not good is it
Hana's mech explodes with a huge ring of green light and causing Mason to collapse back into a pond and Shawn flies in to the pond propelled by ice forming under his foot
Hana: You saw that too right
Shawn flies back out with Mason and throws him on the ground
Mason: Oh my god
Mason coughs up water as if he was drowning
Mason: I am never doing that again
The rest of them run over to Mason
Michael: What the hell was that
Mason: I used the water
Mason: I had no idea I could do that
Nick: You were fucking huge
Shawn: Thats what she said
Nick flips off Shawn
Mason: I almost fucking drowned though
Nick: Isnt it like not possible for you to drown
Mason: Normally but Ive never been 70 feet tall before
Mason: I guess my body didnt know how to handle reverting back to normal from that and a bunch of water just fucking pooled up in my throat
Michael: How about we stop training short for today before we kill each other
Nick: Seriously between Mason becoming fucking galactus and Hana blowing him up I think thats a pretty big possibilty
Shawn: NICK WATCH OUT
As Shawn says that he creates a thick wall of ice that catches a bullet that was flying out of the woods and was heading straight towards Nicks neck and without saying anything Nick jumps away and sees a faint purple light blink in the trees
Hana: And thats why I wanted to be here
Shawn: What
Nick looks at Hana
Hana: Its a really long story so Im gonna have to leave out some details but first we need to leave
Michael: And go where
Hana: Not here
Shawn: TO THE PRIUS
After a comical walk to Shawns car they all squeeze in with Shawn driving, Hana in the passenger seat and Mason, Nick and Michael sat in the back with Michael basically sitting on Nicks lap
Shawn: Where we going
Hana: Not here
Shawn: I cant make desicions on my own
Nick: GO LEFT
Shawn peels out of the driveway and takes a sharp left turn nearly hitting some oncoming traffic
Mason: Now whats happening
Hana: Uh where do I start
Nick: HOW ABOUT THE BULLET THAT ALMOST HIT ME
Hana: Ok fair uh
Hana: I dont know
Nick: Great
Hana: Here let me start out slowly
Shawn: No we need fast
Shawn: REALLY FAST

Shawn slams on the brake and pulls over next to a cornfeild

Mason: Hey Atheus how you doing

Mason looks at the sky
Mason: If you could like throw me a picture of my soul mate that would be sweet thanks
Mason looks at Hana

Hana: Honestly that was better than usual

Mason feels his back pocket and notices something in there that wasnt there before
Mason: What is that
Mason reaches in his pocket and takes out a folded piece of paper

Mason unfolds the paper and sees his math homework
Mason: Oh yeah I forgot I had this

Nick wakes back up and jumps up
Nick: Was I dreaming about godzilla
Shawn: Yes
Nick: Okay good

Nick throws his fists out infront of him and walks vigorously into the cornfield
Nick: ADAM AND EVE BITCH

Shawn: Its so weird to hear anyone say that

After about 15 minutes Nick finds his way out of the cornfeild and end up about 50 feet away from the car
Nick: Fucking maze
Nick looks over at the car and sees everyone waiting in it
Nick: HEY
Shawn pokes his head out the window
Shawn: HEY WE KIND OF HAVE A STRANGE MAN TRYING TO KILL US SO IF YOU COULD HURRY YOUR ASS UP THAT WOULD BE GREAT
Nick speeds over to the car and sits on Masons lap in the back
Mason: Get off me
Nick: and go where
Mason: Sit on the floor
Nick: Ok mister I can turn into water why dont you sit on the floor
Michael: Shut the fuck up
Shawn starts driving with no destination in mind
Mason: NICK MOVE
Nick: FUCK OFF
Mason turns into water and slides in between Nick and the door and quickly turns back throwing Nick to the left just enough that him and Mason can sit in the seat
Michael: Where are we going and how long until we get there
Hana: We are not going anywhere
Hana: We need to keep moving

Shawn: What are we running from
Hana: Oh whats the best way to explain this
Mason: When she says that then you know its fucking insane

Hana: Basically a few million years ago you guys fought him and after that fight we thought he was dead but a few days ago he showed up again

Hana: Well its technically two guys because he split his soul in half to avoid death
Hana: Anyways he is known as Unus Annus and he is obsessed with the true meaning of death and he firmly believes that everything must die at some point
Mason: and he hates us because
Hana: He hates all of us but mainly you guys because theoretically time cant kill us as long as the concil is alive
Michael: So he wants to kill us because just by existing we go against his beliefs
Hana: Yes
Nick: So how do we kill him
Hana: We have no idea
Shawn: How do you not know
Hana: He came out of nowhere
Hana: All cosmic level beings had an origin except for him he just showed up
Michael: How many cosmic level beings are there
Hana: Including Unus Annus about 15 I think

Hana: Im not sure if Unus Annus counts as 1 or 2
Shawn: What should we watch out for if we encounter him
Hana: Again I have no idea

Shawn: Okay this is all very facinating but WHY ARE WE MOVING
Hana: They cant find us as easily if we dont have a set location
They all hear distant thunder

Nick leans forward and looks out at the sky fromt he front of the car
Michael: Its just rain dumbass
Nick: Rain is cool
The thunder begins getting closer and banging every second as the sky gets darker
Mason: Hey is this possibly him
Hana: Maybe I dont know for sure

Suddenly two figures one in a black suit and one in a white suit appear about 50 feet in front of the car with a flash of white and somehow black light
Shawn: SHIT
Shawn slams on the brakes and stops about 2 feet from the figures
Hana: Thats them
Hana: Unus in black and Annus in white
Unus: So we meet once more
Annus: Its been awhile hasnt it
Unus: So much time has past since our last encounter and yet you still stand
Annus: Death comes to us all and now its finally time for you to face yours
Nick: FUCK YOU
Right after Nick says that the car gets knocked back and starts sliding on its back bumper causing all of them to get thrown forward in the car and the car stops and lands back on its wheels about 60 feet away from Unus and Annus
Shawn: Everyone good
Mason: Im fine
Michael: Just barely okay
They all look over at Nick who has Hana in his arms as if it was his first instinct to protect her
Nick: Uh hi
Nick: You okay
Hana: Im fine thanks
Hana: And stop being so weird
Unus: In 6 days and 8 hours exactly we will reconvene at any place of your choosing
Annus: When this time comes we will personally give you the sweet release of death
Unus: The clock has already started
Annus: And it cannot be stopped

In a huge blast of thunder and light Unus and Annus dissapear
Nick: Well now we know how to kill em
Mason: Everything they said was extremely unhelpful
Nick: We have to break the clock
Shawn: I think it was more of a metaphorical clock
Nick: You act like I know what that means
Michael: Hana say we do fight them and we lose
Michael: What would be the worst possibility
Hana: Well the worst thing that could happen is they overpower you in every way and you die within minutes
Michael: Well shit
Hana: Now on the other hand we have the outcome that is most likely to happen if you lose which is that you guys put up a fair fight but still end up losing and the council isolates you and then sends us down to attempt to seal away Unus and Annus until you guys are recovered
Nick: Well I dont like either of those
Shawn: Wait I have an idea
Shawn: What if we fought them early
Nick: Like early in the morning
Shawn: They said the fight will happen in 6 days and 8 hours which is 11 Pm christmas eve
Shawn: What if we fight them before then
Mason: Thats not the worst idea
Shawn: They seemed to plan everything out I mean even to the point that they said we could pick the location
Shawn: If we hit them earlier than they expected then we might be able to fuck up their plan just enough to win
Nick: How do we find them
Shawn: I dont know I didnt think that far ahead
Hana: There is a bigger problem than that in your plan
Hana: You guys arent near strong enough to fight them
Nick: I think you under estimate us
Hana: No seriously I hate to say it but its true
Hana: If you guys want even a small chance of this plan working then you need to do hardcore strength training starting now
Mason: Weve already been training
Hana: Youve been training your reaction time and your moves but not your overall strength
Mason: I have one more question before we commit ourselves to this
Mason: If Unus and Annus are black and white then what was that purple guy in the woods who tried to shoot Nick

Hana pauses for a moment
Hana: He was a power hunter

Hana: He is a part of a group of 4 others that each target one of you and as the name implies they hunt you for your powers
Mason: Why have we only seen them now
Hana: Im not sure but Im assuming we woke them up when I came down to help you guys

Shawn: So on top of intense training we also have to defend against power hunters

After about another hour in the car and plenty of complaining from Nick about his legs hurting they arrive at a forest with a huge lake in the middle of it that has a thin layer of ice over the top and some small piles of snow built up on it

They all get out of the car and Hana starts walking

Hana: Remember in class today when we learned about those four power users that got into a bunch of wars and stuff

Hana: and one fun detail that the history books love to leave out is that you guys had equipment awhile back when your abilites were still new to your bodies

Nick: Ive never done that and if I did know how to it would also require that whatever we are looking for is made of a magnetic material

Nick: But Ive still never manipulated magnetic energy before
Hana: Its easy just do what you do with any other energy but make it magnetic

Nick: A lot of thought goes into evey single action while manipulating energy and if one of those action is peformed the wrong way then the whole thing fails

Nick: Fine but when molten metal starts flying out of the ground then dont come crying to me
Nick kneels down and puts his hands on the ground
Nick: What am I looking for
Hana: Anything made of titanium
Shawn: Why titanium
Hana: You guys really liked it for some reason
Shawn: Well we all know that it is the superior metal
Mason: And it increases our powers
Nick: Wait hold up
Nick: No it doesnt
Mason: dude look it up on google it does
Nick: Im not even gonna argue
Nick closes his eyes and begins focusing on all of the metal in the ground
Nick: FUCK
He starts breathing heavily
Hana: What is it
Nick: There is a lot of shit I have control of right now
Nick: Ok just titanium nothing else
The ground begins to vibrate especially around his hands
Nick: Just a bit more
Suddenly a bunch of parts shoot out of the ground and into the air
Nick: SHIT
Nick loses focus and all the parts begin falling to the ground barely missing all of them
Michael: So I dont suppose these are what you were looking for
Nick: Oh these were all in one piece but for some reason they all got torn apart
Hana: Shit
Shawn: Just rebuild them
Hana: I cant
Shawn: Why not
Hana: I dont know how
Nick: Didnt you say that we built them
Hana: Yeah
Nick: Then how can you not rebuild them
Hana: It uh
Nick: Uh huh
Hana: Its too advanced for me
Nick: Guys Im smart now
Hana: Lets just go train because thats our best bet at this point
1 hour later
They are all back at Nicks house standing in his backyard
Hana: Okay so before we start we need a baseline measure of your guys power and luckily you have all with the exception of Nick have used your powers to your full or close to fullest extent
Hana: We had Shawn who blocked the bullet for Nick and that showed us how dense he can make his ice and then we had Michael who managed to melt the back of my mech off which had to have used a lot of power
Michael: Yeah that was a bitch
Hana: And of course we had Mason who turned into a giant... whatever he turned into
Nick: What about me though
Hana: Do it now
Nick: Do what
Hana: Punch the air in front of you at max strength
Nick: Alright move bitches
They all move out of the way and Nick pulls back his arm and it begins faintly glowing
Nick: Im gonna knock your fucking socks off
Nick punches the air and about 200 feet of snow in front of him immedietly gets blown around like a small blizzard and the ground gets ripped up about 5 feet in front of him he also creates a massive gust of wind that shakes the trees about 100 feet into the forest and causes small waves to form on the pond
Michael: Dude the balence of power between us and him is rediculous
Hana: Then lets get training and that will even out
2 days later
Over the past 2 days Hana intensly pushed the limits of their abilites by having them use max power on extremly difficult tasks for about 2 days straight with no rest and now they are all laying on the ground in Nicks backyard looking destoryed and dead and they are all out of breath except for Hana who looks very energized
Nick: I want to actually die
Shawn: How are you not tired
Shawn looks at Hana with a tired face
Michael: Yeah do koreans have more energy than we do
Hana: No its that you guys havent worked at this level before and Ive been doing it for years
Shawn: Yeah that makes sense
Hana: Alright so you guys need to get some sleep so your body heals up
Nick: Gladly
Nick some how instantly falls asleep on the ground right then and there
Shawn: Dibs on his bed
Mason: Not if I get there first
Shawn shoots himself about 2 feet with ice before collapsing on the ground and having the ice crumble onto him and Mason gets halfway through transforming into water when he passes out with his lower half being made of still water
Michael: What the fuck
Michael: Hana you can take Nicks bed
Hana: Well we do normally share a bed so I kind of thought that was already gonna happen
Michael goes to sleep on the ground and Hana walks up to Nicks room and goes to sleep
8 hours later
The sun shines over the front of Nicks house with a small ray of light just barely hitting Nick in the face
Nick: Oh god fuck you sun
Nick slowly gets up off the ground and stops before he even moves his legs
Nick: AAHHH AAAHH AHH FUCK THAT HURTS LIKE A BITCH
He sees Hana sitting in a chair next to all of them reading a book and wearing an ugly christmas sweater she found in Nicks closet
Nick: Were you in my room
Hana: Why do you have 6 suits of varying colors
Nick: That is... technically your buisness but Im still not gonna tell you
Hana: So how sore are you
Nick: On a scale from 1 to 10 I would say a holy fucking shit I want to die immedietly
Hana: Yeah that was expected
Nick: Fuckers get up
Nick waves his hand and a gust of wind makes Shawn, Micahel and Mason roll over and they all wake up
Nick: Holy shit thats a lot of wind
Hana smiles at him
Hana: Wanna test it out
Nick: I do now
Nick hops up

Nick: Still hurts
Shawn: Whats going on
Hana: Were gonna see how powerful you are
Michael: Oh sweet
Michael gets up
Michael: OHHHHH FUCK that hurts like a BITCH
Nick: Oh yeah our muscles are fucked
Nick: You might wanna sit back down before I knock you back on your ass
Nick readies a punch with as much power as he can adn his arm begins glowing significantly brighter than last time
Nick: This is gonna hurt
Nick throws a punch sending a strong shockwave thousands of feet away blowing more snow around which almost clears the entire feild and a weaker rumble for miles with the force of the punch tearing up the ground a good 200 feet in front of him with it getting more and more destructive the closer it gets to him and all of the water in the small pond gets forced out of it and it slowly fills back up due to not having another place to go
Nick: AAAHHHHH SHIT FUCK FUCK FUCK
Nick grabs his arm and falls to the ground
Nick: SON OF A BITCH
The rest of them look in awe at what he just did except for Hana who expected this to happen
Michael: He knocked over a fucking tree from here
Nick: Holy... shit
Nick stands up looks at the destruction and looks at his hands
Nick: Oh my god
Hana walks over and stands next to him and Nick looks at her
Nick: This is insane
Hana: Told you
Nick: Alright whos next
Michael: Ooohh dibs
Unus Annus: Unus Annus
Unus Annus: UNUS ANNUS
A huge clap of thunder rumbles the ground as Unus and Annus appear in front of all of them
Unus: We do hate to inturrupt but we couldnt ignore the sudden burst in energy that was just released
Nick stands in front of Hana and looks tense
Annus: We are both astounded that you would spend your final days in pain and agony trying to increase your powers when you could be enjoying the time you have left
Nick: We all have plenty of time left
Shawn, Michael and Mason all slowly get up
Michael: Its you who is running out of time buddy
Unus: You all have 4 days left and once your lives have reached their end
Annus: The council will reach theirs
Hana walks past Nick and towards Unus and Annus
Hana: You couldnt kill them if you had all the power in the galaxy
Unus: Youre probably right
Annus: Which is why we will kill you and the others that they love first
Unus: First we kill their will to live
Annus: And then we kill them-
At nearly instantaneous speed Nick speeds past Hana and punches Annus in the face launching him thousands of feet away and even knocking Unus back
Shawn: Get ready were gonna fight
Hana: NICK NO YOUR BODY ISNT READY
Nick: If I have to sit here and listen to these assholes talk like theyre above me for another second Im gonna loose my mind
Unus: You think you can beat us
Annus flies in faster than Nick and bashes his head into Nicks throwing Nick hundreds of feet back
Annus: Think again

As Hana goes to run to Nick Annus grabs her arm and throws her to the forest
Shawn: I got her
Shawn lunges forward and ice builds up from him all the way to Hana catching her right before she hits the trees

Nick comes rushing back and he grabs Annus by the head and throws him into the ground creating a huge shockwave that people can feel for miles
Michael: Why is Unus not fighting
Unus stands back and watches the fight
Unus: Looks like you could use some more power
Unus waves his hand at Annus

Annus smiles and kicks Nick throwing him into Michael, Shawn and Mason and they all get knocked on the ground
Hana: SAMM ITS TIME TO GET UP
Hana runs at Unus and Annus while dragging her hands on the ground turning the dirt into metal and forming it into a fairly large man that seems to be made similarly to the rest of her creations
SAMM: Online and ready to fight
Hana: Protocol Unus Annus
Samm: Yes ma'am
Hana creates her mech and at the same time her and SAMM charge Unus and Annus
SAMM: Initiating plasma sheild
SAMM flickers green a bit and then a layer of green light covers his entire body
SAMM: Im truely sorry about this sir
SAMM runs up to Annus and goes to punch him in the face but Annus blocks his punch throwing SAMMs arm back
Nick: This is our chance to hit them early
Hana grabs Unus by the head and starts flying close to the ground dragging his head on the ground and SAMM and Annus begin exchanging blows at insane speeds
Michael: We dont even know how strong we are
Nick: Youre stronger than them
Nick: There now you know
Nicks body faintly glows and he runs over to Annus and punches him in the back giving SAMM an opening to punch Annus in the chest
Michael: Fuck it
Shawn: Lets kick some ass
Annus: TOO SLOW
Shawn, Micahel and Mason come running over just as Annus slams the ground and knocks back everyone exept for Hana and Unus
Unus: Enough of this
Annus flies over at nearly instant speeds and punches Hanas mech away throwing it into the ground
Annus: You have 4 days
Unus: You cannot stop the clock early
Annus: Make sure to put up a fight next time

In a huge clap of thunder and a flash of light they both dissapear
SAMM: Disengaging sheild
SAMM stops glowing and gets up
Mason: We cant beat those guys
Shawn: I dont think we have an option
Mason: One of them kicked the shit out of us so what happens when they both start fighting
Hana: They wont
Hana walks over to them as her mech falls apart behind her
Hana: We know how theyre gonna fight
Nick: Oh yeah waifu is smart she knows whats up
Hana: I noticed that Unus was only fighting on the defense which means Annus is doing the heavy lifting while Unus just heals him and powers him up
Shawn: Wouldnt it be more useful if they both fought
Hana: Not necessarily because of a really unique power that they both have
Shawn: Great another advantage
Hana: Both of them have the ability to boost power as long as it isnt their own so if Unus sits back and just gives Annus all of the power he needs then Annus can boost it and become stronger than if both of them were fighting together
Mason: How the fuck do we fight that then
Hana: You guys need to change the way you fight
Michael: What are you talking about were great at fighting
Hana: Yeah but only on your own you guys have almost no coordination when it comes to fighting as a team
Nick: We fight as a team all the time
Hana: Even then its just you guys all fighting each other but two of you choose not to attack the other
Hana: You guys need to learn how to use your powers to enhance each other
Nick: So were copying Unus and Annus
Hana: Not really because all of your powers were choosen to be used this way
Hana: Like how Shawn and Michael use ice and fire which can be useful against pretty much any opponent and how Mason can manipulate any liquid this can also help enhance Michael and Shawn

Hana: Well youre sort of the special weapon of the group

Hana: Your power is extremely versitle with means you can do a variety of things from boosting the powers of Shawn, Micahel or Mason and you can manipiulate any type of energy which can be super useful if you need a sudden spike in power for a fight
Nick: So what youre saying is Im the perfect human

Michael: This council better be the coolest fucking guys ever because this is bullshit

As they all sit there the day begins to progress faster and faster as the sun falls past the horizon within a minute

Mason: What the hell is this
Hana starts looking around
Hana: I dont know
Shawn: Is this Unus and Annus
Hana: No they wouldnt do something like this
Nick: Yeah remember when they said
Nick stands up and looks formal
Nick: You cannot speed up the clock
Michael: The council maybe
Hana: No this is too big they wouldnt do this either
Nick: Wait guys when I stood up that didnt hurt
Hana: Thats it
Hana: Time is speeding up
Nick: Who the fuck is doing that
As time speeds up they all notice the pain in their muscles going away and almost 2 days have past since they started talking
Shawn: Guys look
Shawn points at the road where cars are driving at insane speeds
Hana: Its just us
Hana: For everyone else these are normal days
Mason: So its not the council and its not Unus and Annus so who could it be
Nick: I might be wrong but I think I know
Hana: Who is it
Nick walks towards the forest until he is about 200 feet away
Nick: SHAWN GET READY
Shawn: Ready for what
Nick lifts up his right leg and slams it down with enough force to send any normal human flying and all of the snow in front of him creates a blizzard in the forest as all of the trees get almost knocked over and in the distance of the forest two small purple lights fall out of a tree and time goes back to normal just before the 4th day passes leaving about 4 hours until the fight
Nick: NOW
Nick flies over as fast as he can over to the purple lights and discovers that it was a power hunter wearing a brownish hooded robe and a mask that is all black execpt for two lights that pose as eyes and he pins him to the ground
Nick: Are you the one speeding up the time
The power hunter doesnt say anything
Hana: Oh my god he got one
Shawn: One what
Hana: A power hunter
Shawn: Oh shit lets go kick his ass
They all rush over there and find a sniper rifle that he dropped
Michael: Dibs
Michael picks it up and looks angry that nobody fought him for it
Michael: You guys are no fun
Nick: I KNOW IT WAS YOU NOW TELL ME WHY
Michael: Aint nothing but a heart ache
Power Hunter: Will you shut up you are so annoying
His voice sounds similar but it sounds altered to sound deeper and more robotic
Mason: Ha
Hana: Hey why are you messing with time
Power Hunter: Im not gonna tell you
Nick: You fucking better or Ill just smash your head in
Hana: Nick no because power hunters dont threaten your guys lives so it would actually be a bad thing to kill them
Nick: Fine but Ill still hurt you
SAMM: Actually I can do that for you sir
SAMM walks up to the power hunter and just as he is about to punch him a purple light flies from the woods an hits SAMM throwing him to the ground and leaving a huge hole in his chest
Power Hunter: Now I can tell you
The power hunter closes his fist and a circle of purple light surrounds them all getting increasingly brighter
Hana: GET OUT OF IT
Nick slams the ground in an attempt to get everyone out of the circle but only manages to throw Mason and Michael out of it and the circle shrinks causing everyone in it to dissapear
Micahel: FUCK
Mason: Where did they go
Michael: DO YOU REALLY EXPECT ME TO KNOW
Mason: Well we need to find them
Michael: Yeah no shit asshole
Michael: Unless you want to fight Unus Annus by yourself
Mason: Jesus stop being so angry
Michael: Oh Im sorry that the most powerful people in our group is in BUM FUCK ANYWHERE
Mason: Well not the most powerful because I can turn into a giant
Michael: So Shawn can freeze you and Nick can blow you apart

SAMM: 3 hours and 46 minutes
They both look over at SAMM who is laying on the ground with his legs missing
Michael: Im gonna be completely honest and say that I forgot you were here
SAMM: I understand Sir
Mason: I thought he was in the circle
SAMM: I was just barely in the circle as you can see by my chopped off legs
Michael: Well hes better than nothing I guess
Mason: Hey how are you still alive
SAMM: All of my functions take place within my head and my body is only for external interaction but it is possible that my legs are in a low power state at the moment so I will be of more use once I get them back

Michael walks over and melts off SAMMs head and picks it up

Mason: Where are we going
Michael: Where the fuck do you think
Michael: Were going to find the assholes that took the other half of the people who are gonna save the world

Michael and Mason start walking towards Shawns car

Mason: Yes and they most likely have a plan to take it from Nick and Shawn also Hana is a possibility
Michael: So we have to hurry if we want to get there before that happens

Mason: Dude you have to work on your anger
Michael: WHY THE HELL DIDNT YOU SAY ANYTHING
SAMM: I was waiting for the right moment
Michael: I think right about now is the right moment for me to put my foot in your head

SAMM: Their most recent location is in Chigaco Illinois
Michael: Wait thats like not that far away
SAMM: By car it would be appoximately 4 hours but with current holiday traffic conditions it is closer to 5

Mason: So were fucked
Michael: Yeah
SAMM: No you are not you are brilliant fighters who can find a solution to any problem

SAMM: I have seen you two in action for thousands of years and you have never failed to find your way out of the darkest of situations

Michael and Mason walk over to Shawns beaten up and dirty prius and Micahel throws SAMMs head through the broken back window and it lands in the backseat
SAMM: This is rediculous
Michael: No whats rediculous is having to complete a 5 hour drive in less than 4 hours
Michael angerly opens the drivers side door and gets in the car
Mason: I think you need to calm down a bit
Michael: I swear to god I will make you hold the robot head for the entire drive there

Mason: Dont worry SAMM I think youre kind of cool
Michael rips open the bottom of the steering wheel causing a bunch of wires to fall out and he twists two of them together and the car springs to life
Mason: Wait do we know how we are going to get there so fast

Mason: Wait arent we super powerful now
Michael: When you find a way to apply our powers to this situaition then you can start talking
Michael grabs the gear shift and slams it to drive and when he takes his hand off Mason notices that it got melted a little it leaving grooves where his fingers were and Michael drives off going 20 over the speed limit
SAMM: Do I need to remind you of the speed limit
Meanwhile Nick, Shawn and Hana sit unconcious with their backs to each other tied up with some rope that is made of metal on the top of a building in Chicago all of them sitting in the middle of the roof being watched over by 2 of the 4 power hunters who are dressed exactly the same as the one Nick caught
Power Hunter 1: Wake them up
The second Power Hunter holds his hand up with the palm facing Nick and a few sparks flash in his palm before a stream of lightning shoots from his hand and hits Nick causing it to split off and hit Hana and Shawn
Nick: AHHH
They all suddenly wake up confused and disorented as they all yell in pain and the Power Hunter lowers his hand causing the lightning to stop
Shawn: What the hell
Nick: Where are we
Nick shuffles his hands around and nothing happens
Nick: Wait what the fuck
Shawn slams his foot on the ground doing nothing except creating a stomping sound
Shawn: What the hell is going on
Nick: My powers dont work
Power Hunter 1: And they wont as long as you are tied up
Hana: You son of a bitch
Shawn: Wait what do you mean our powers wont work
Power Hunter 1: the metal ropes we used to tie you up with are made of a custom alloy that weakens your powers down to the point of being useless
Hana: You forgot two of us though
Nick: Yeah Michael and Mason still have their powers
Hana: and they have SAMM
Hana looks over at SAMMs legs that are lifelessly laying next to them
Hana: they have most of him
Power Hunter 1: Our other two colleagues are out collecting your friends right now
Nick: Its no use knowing Mason he is already on his way to get us and Michael is reluctantly helping him because he has no other option
Power Hunter 1: And how much time do they have to do that
Nick: You li-
Hana: They have all the time they need
Hana: They are strong, intelligent and have a huge advantage over you
Power Hunter 1: and what is that
Hana: They have powers
The power hunter swings out his hand as it explodes in sparks and he begins quckly walking towards Hana but just before he reaches her Nick extends his entire body in the direction of the power hunter creating enough of a kick to knock him to the ground causing a huge scratch across the front of his mask
Nick: Dont you dare touch her
Shawn: What happened I cant see anything
Shanwn flips his head around in both directions trying to look and see what is going on
Power Hunter 1: Knock them back out
As the first power hunter gets back up the second one shoots all of them with the same lightning as he did before and Hana, Nick and Shawn pass out
1 hour later
Michael, Mason and SAMM all sit quietly in the car as Michael speeds down the highway at 100 mph just outside of Indianapolis swerving around cars causing people to nearly crash every other minute
Mason: IVE GOT IT
Mason quickly perks his head up and looks at Michael
Michael: Make it fast were about to run out of gas and I doubt that the battery on this thing is charged
Mason: What if we dont make it there before Unus and Annus do
Michael: Wow thats the worst idea Ive heard all day
Mason: No hear me out
Michael: I dont know if I want to
Mason: What if we just hold off Unus and Annus until we get there
Mason: Ya know run from them and be very defensive
Michael: Thats a horrible idea
Michael: We will most certainly die
Mason: Not if we do it right
Michael: We dont even know what the right way is so you are basically telling me that we should guess what the right way is
Michael looks at the dash of the car and notices that the car is slowing down
Michael: And now we are fucked
Michael uses what momentum the car has left and pulls over to the side of the road on a gravel strip thats next to the highway and he puts the car in park
Mason: Whats the plan now
Michael: FUCK
Michael: We need another car
Mason: Or we could get gas
Michael: Im not pushing this thing to a gas station
Mason: But theres one over there
Mason opens his door and steps out of the car to point at a gas station just off of the highway with a bunch of semi-trucks and city buses parked at it
Mason: Oh wait that might be deisel only
Michael looks up at the gas station Mason was talking about and a big grin grows on his face
Micahel: Ive got an idea
Michael reaches to the backseat and grabs SAMM and throws him through the window at Mason and he just hits Mason in the back and tumbles to the ground
SAMM: Michael sir what is your plan
Michael: You'll see
Michael quickly gets out of the car and walks past Mason towards the gas station
Michael: Get robo nuts and follow me
Mason: Youre smiling thats not good
Mason turns around and picks up SAMM and dusts off some of the dirt from the ground
Mason: What do you think hes doing
SAMM: Probably something that isnt very heroic
Mason: You might be right
Mason follows behind Michael down the side of the highway for about a quarter of a mile until they reach the gas station
Mason: Are you gonna tell us what youre doing now
Michael walks to the nearest city bus without answering Mason and he stealthily looks through the windows
Michael: This will do
Michael goes up to the door of the bus and places his hand on the hinges and his hand starts glowing orange
Mason: Really youre going to steal a bus
Michael: Only if it runs
The hinges of the door glow red hot and Michael pulls his hand back and punches the door causing it to fall right off and slam into the ground
Michael: That was easy
Michael walks into the bus and sits down in the drivers seat and sees the keys still in the ignition
Michael: Oh sweet whoever owns this bus doesnt give a shit about it
Mason: I refuse to get on that bus
Michael: Get your ass in here we dont have time to fuck around
SAMM: As much as I hate to say it since he is committing a crime but Michael is right
Mason: Fine
Michael hears a shuffle behind him and looks back
Michael: Hello?
Just as Michael says that the other two power hunters pop up from two seperate seats in the middle of the bus and both shoot purple bullets at him which miss and hit the windsheild creating two melting holes
Michael: FUCK MASON GET IN HERE
As Mason sees that he quickly runs to the bus and Michael jumps out of the drivers seat and hides behind one of the passeneger seats up front
SAMM: Those are power hunters sir
Mason: Yeah I figured that out from their purple eyes
Mason runs into the bus and stands next to Michael as he begins to turn his body into lava
Mason: SAMM stay here
SAMM: Where else am I gonna go
Mason drops SAMM on the floor as his body completely changes into lava and his clothes burn off into flames
Michael: You take left Ill take right
Mason: Theres only two of us this time Ill fight and you get us out of here
The two power hunters begin shooting at Mason and he sprints forward at them causing the floor under his feet to start melting and he punches the power hunter on the right just as Michael shoots a beam of fire at the one on the left and they both fall back flipping over the seats behind them as Mason looks back at Michael
Mason: Like you said we dont have time
Mason: Get this thing moving
The power hunters quickly get back up and the one on the right lifts his right fist to reveal that its glowing purple
Michael: LOOK OUT
Mason quickly turns back around and the power hunter punches Mason in the chest with his glowing fist and Mason goes flying to the front of the bus and he smacks against the windsheild shattering it but then almost instantly melting it all back into one big peice and Mason falls to the floor on his stomach
Michael: How about you get the bus going and I will fight
Mason: Good idea
Michael leans over and picks up SAMM
SAMM: Sir what are you doing
Mcihael throws SAMM at the power hunter on the right and it hits him in the head and SAMM yet again tumbles to the floor just as Michael runs over to the power hunter on the left as he reloads his gun with a weird battery looking block of silver
Michael: You know you should always charge your phone before you go to bed
Michaels hands glow a bright orange and he punches the left power hunter in the chest and his fist burns right through his clothes and it hits a metal plate over his chest that Michael cant burn through
Mason: SAMM how do I do this
Mason looks back and sees Michael picking up SAMM and whacking both power hunters in the head with him causing them both to fall to the ground
Mason: I guess hes busy
Mason grabs the key for the bus and turns it until the bus roars to life
Michael: GET US OUT OF HERE
Mason fumbles with the gear shift a bit and he pulls it down to drive and he slams on the gas and the bus peels out of the gas station parking lot and onto the highway
Michael: This is your stop
Michael picks up one of the power hunters by the neck and the crotch and he throws them head first throught the window shattering it and the power hunter tumbles and rolls on the ground unconsious
Mason: We cant kill them
Michael picks up the other power hunter who is also unconsious and rips his mask off revealing black cloth covering his face and Michael throws him out of the window and puts the mask in his back pocket
Michael: Did I really just say "This is your stop"
Michael: Thats fucking cringy
Mason: SAMM How much time do we have
SAMM: Apporximately 1 hour and 53 minutes
Mason: Fuck
Michael: No we can do it
Michael: We just have to break a few laws
Michael walks to the front of the bus and places his hands on it and a giant hole melts through the windsheild
Michael: When the cars move out of the way then slam on the gas
Mason: What do you mean when the cars move out of the way
Michael plants his feet next to the windsheild and leans out of the front of the bus and holds out his hands to the cars in front of them
Michael: Start honking the horn
Mason: Uh... okay
Mason starts blaring the horn which causes drivers around them to get startled a bit
Michael: GET OUT OF THE WAY
Mciahel starts shooting massive cones of fire from his hands which reach out about 50 feet and cars begin swerving off the road to not get hit by the bus
Michael: FLOOR IT NOW
Mason slams on the gas pedal and the bus quickly accelerates to its top speed as SAMMs head rolls to the back of the bus
Michael: MOVE WE HAVE SOMEWHERE TO BE
As the bus approches more cars they barely get out of the way in time for the bus to fly past them with its horn blaring and fir shooting out of the front
Michael: LETS GO MOVE IT
Mason looks in the rearview mirror and sees 3 police cars chasing them with their lights and sirens on
Mason: Michael the cops are here
Michael: THOSE COPS WILL BE THANKING US FOR DOING THIS ONCE THEY REALIZE WHAT WE ARE DOING
Mason: Yeah I guess
1 hour and 45 minutes later
Nick, Hana and Shawn all sit unconcious and in the same place they were before but the power hunters seem to be looking at the sky quite often
Shawn: Hmmm
Shawn slowly wakes up and starts trying to look around with his eyes closed
Shawn: Nick
Shawn slowly opens his eyes and looks over at Nick who is still laying on the ground from when he kicked the power hunter but he managed to shift his head closer to Hanas lap so he is resting on her leg a little bit
Shawn: Nick wake up
Shawn manages to scoot a little bit closer to Nick and he starts nudging Nicks head with his hand
Shawn: Wake the fuck up
Nick opens his eyes and they immedietely go wide as he realizes that his head is resting on Hanas leg
Nick: Shawn did you do this
Shawn: How the hell would I do that
Nick: This is borderline sexual harrassment
Shawn: I think you guys are married or something so calm down
Nick: Thats not the point here
Shawn: Can you shut up for like 3 seconds so I can figure out what the hell is going on here
Nick: Oh yeah sure thing bud
Shawn: Wake up Hana and see what she knows
Nick: You got it
Nick starts hitting his head againts Hanas leg and she suddenly wakes up
Hana: Whats going on

Hana shakes her head a bit

Shawn: Im trying to come up with a plan
SAMMs legs make a two short beeps and they all look over at them
Nick: What was that
Hana: Thats the plan
Shawn: Did the legs just beep
Hana: Yeah its a feature of SAMMs body
Hana: Since his head can survive without the body I put in a location alert for when the two are brought back together
Shawn: So that beep means
Hana: That SAMMs head is close
Nick: How close
Hana: That alert goes off once it gets within 1 mile
Hana: And it also tells us that his legs are still being powered which means we might be able to get out of here
Nick: How are his legs gonna do that
Hana: Can you two help me get over to his legs
Shawn: How are we gonna do that without top and bottom over there noticing us
Nick: Like this
Nick plants his feet on Shawns back and pushes his head on Hanas leg causing her to slide over to SAMMs legs
Hana manages to turn so her back is facing SAMMs legs and she begins blindly ripping things out and jamming them back together inside of SAMMs left leg
Shawn: Wow those two are really invested in the sky
Shawn stares over at the power hunters who are not even paying attention to Hana
Hana twists two wires together and SAMMs legs light up just like his body did before when he activated his plasma sheild
Hana: This will break the metal they used to tie us up with
Hana puts her hands next to SAMMs left foot and part of the bindings burn away causing them to fall right off and clang on the ground getting the attention of the power hunters who both look over and see Hana with her hands free
Power Hunter 1: Tie them back up before time runs out
Both power hunters run over to Hana and she quickly slams her legs on SAMMs legs breaking them free and she jumps up quickly creating her mech and jumping in it just before they reach her
Hana: Youre lucky were in a time crunch
Hana raises the arms on her mech and punches both power hunters with them throwing them accross the rooftop
Nick: What the hell is that
Just as Nick says that they all hear the blaring of a bus horn and police sirens down below them and then the horn stops and they sit there for a second
Hana: There here
They all look over to see Michael flying 30 feet above the building and completely on fire with a trail of fire behind him and he lands between Hana and the power hunters
Michael: WE HAVE 1 MINUTE NOW GET READY
SAMMs head flies onto the roof of the building and rolls past Nick
Nick: Oh hi
SAMM: Hello sir
Mason rises off of the ground from a puddle of water behind the power hunters
Mason: Im here too
Michael: We dont have time for this
Michael walks over to Nick and Shawn and tries to melt the bindings off but nothing happens
Michael: WHAT THE FUCK WE DONT HAVE TIME FOR THIS
Hana: Your powers wont work if youre touching that metal
Hana points one of the turrets on her mech at them and shoots the bindings causing them to break off
Nick: Ohhh myyyy goooood are you crazy
Hana: A little bit
SAMM: Any second now
Michael: GET UP
Nick: Is this the sears tower
Nick walks over to the edge of the building and looks down where he sees the matte black pencil type design of the sears tower
Nick: Well Ill be damned this is the sears tower
Nick: Lets hope we dont break it
Michael: Am I the only one who realizes whats about to happen in lieterally 30 seconds
Unus Annus: Unus Annus

Just like before Unus and Annus appear in the air in front of all of them at the north side of the tower in a clap of thunder and a flash of light
Unus: Hello again we have some good news
Michael: Youre early asshats
Annus: We have noticed an alteration to the timeline that took place just a few hours ago
Unus: Since we were unable to stop it we are willing to break you a deal
Nick: We dont need a deal with you
Hana: Wait lets hear them out
Annus: Before our battle begins we will send all four of the power hunters to a place where they will not be able to interfere with you
Unus: They will stay there unless you win the fight in which case they will be brought back here
Annus: but if we win and kill you then they will stay gone forever
Unus: You have 1 minute to make your decision
Hana hops out of the back of her mech and looks at all of them
Hana: How confident are you guys that you can beat them
Michael: Not at all
Michael: I have zero confidence in all of us
Mason: I have a few tricks that I could try so I would say weve got a pretty good chance
Shawn: I think we can do it
Shawn: We could have won that fight we had a few days ago against them and ever since then we have done nothing but build our strenth
Mason: SAMM you always seem to be right about these things
SAMM: I have been looking at this fight in so many different ways and I am yet to see one that ends well for all of you
SAMM: My short answer is that you cannot beat them but my long answer boils down to whether or not you can prove me wrong
Hana: Nick youre being more quiet than normal
Nick looks Hana in the eyes with an expression that even she has never seen before on him and that is worry
Hana: Nick
Annus: 20 seconds
Nick stares at her for a bit questioning what he should do
Unus: 10 seconds left
Shawn: We need to decide what we are doing
Hana: Just wait
Hana: He knows the right thing to do... he just has to realize what it is
Annus: 5

Unus: Your time is up

Nick takes a deep breath and looks at them
Nick: No
Shawn: Wait what
Nick: Yeah were not doing it
Nick: If I do remember correctly you two wanted to kill us which makes you and I enemies and when the enemy comes to you with a compromise and you agree to it then you have already lost to them
Nick: I refuse to lose to you two because if I do then I will be giving up the greatest life I have ever and will ever live
Hana smiles in pure joy as she hears what Nick is saying
Nick: So lets fight I dont care if the power hunters are interfering
Nick: They will just get the same thing that you will
Nick: and that is jack shit
Shawn: Damn
Shawn: That was beautiful
Unus: Very well
Annus: Then it is time for our final brawl
Nick: I take it you all heard Michael earlier
Nick: Lets stop wasting time
Nick immedietely jumps up at Annus and punches him in the face casuing Annus to quickly react with a kick to Nicks chin throwing both of them back
Nick: Youre lucky Im not that good at flying yet
As Nick and Annus begin exchanging blows in the air Shawn looks over and sees that the power hunters from earlier are gone
Shawn: Where did they go
Hana: You stay here and fight while I go find them
Hana gets back in her mech and jumps down to the ground to begin looking for the power hunters
Michael: We need to get them on the ground
Shawn: Well that means we will also have to clear a spot on the ground where we wont be putting civilians in danger
Michael: If this city is anything like Cinncinati then that will be impossible
Mason: Shawn can you create a platform of ice for you guys to fight on
Mason: Hana said it might be more dense so therefore it is probably strong enough to do that
Shawn: I can try and see how strong I can make but I cant make any promises
Mason: Alright you do that and I have a plan
Shawn: What is it
Mason: Just save the bulk of your power until you see my signal because this might knock me out for a bit
Shawn: What signal
Mason: Youll see
Mason jumps off the roof of the building and turns into a puddle of water in mid air
Nick: YOU KNOW SOME HELP WOULD BE NICE
Shawn: Oh shit
Shawn goes to the north side of the roof and places his hands on the ledge
Shawn: Here goes nothing
Shawns arms get extremely cold and ice builds up on them as the air around him gets colder and colder then suddenly a huge platform of clear ice about 6 inches thick and the width of the roof extends out from the building until it reaches almost 40 feet past Nick
Shawn: Michael go fight
Shawn: This will fall if I lose my concentration on it
Michael: Ok so dont do that because you will kill everyone below it
Shawn: JUST GO
Michael hops up onto the platform of ice and begins running towards Nick and Annus
Michael: NICK I HAVE A SHOT
Nick dodges a punch and a kick from Annus and flips around in the air to give Annus a solid punch in the back throwing him into the ice platform where Michael grabs him by the shoulders and almost immedietely engulfs him in a huge cone of flames
Nick: WATCH OUT
Michael jumps out of the way as Nick grabs Unus by the legs and slams him down onto Annus throwing them both straight through the ice platform and plummeting to the ground as Nick lands next to Michael
Nick: Where the fuck is everyone
Michael: Shawn is busy keeping all this ice from falling, Hana is out looking for the power hunters and Mason has some plan
Nick: What the hell plan does Mason have
Michael: I dont know but he said to save most of our power until we see his signal
Nick: and whats the signal
Michael: If I knew the signal then I would fucking tell you
Annus suddenly flies up beneath Nick smashing the ice under Nick and grabbing him by the neck while flying up into the sky without stopping
Annus: Do you think you can win this fight by using cheap tricks
Nick: Its not a cheap trick if one of my oppenents refuses to fight
Nick kicks Annus in the chest casuing him to let go and fall back a bit
Nick: You better listen well because I wont say this again
Nick grabs Annus by the neck and starts flying down at an alarming rate
Nick: we have the advantage over you because instead of letting one of us focus all the power on the other and leaving them self open to attacks
Nick: We work as a team using the power we deserve
Annus: What makes you think you deserve this power
Nick: Because Im using it to stop people like you and to keep the people I love safe
Nick slams Annus through the ice creating huge cracks that spider out through the whole platform and Shawn begins to struggle to keep it stable
Nick: Thats why I deserve this power
Nick puts his full strength into his arm creating a bright white glow around it and slams Annus into the street below creating a shockwave that throws all the cars around them about 100 feet away and shatters all the windows on about 10 buildings around them including the sears tower causing glass to rain down around them and cover the ground
Nick: You fucking dick
Nick while breathing heavily he looks around and sees people coming out of buildings in panic to see what is going on
Nick: HEY CALM DOWN ITS FINE
Annus: UNUS NOW
Unus flies up out of nowhere and punches the ice platform from the bottom causing it to start crumbling and large chunks start falling off of it nearly hitting civilians
Nick: Thats not gonna hold
Annus: How are you gonna save them now
The entire platform suddenly breaks free of Shawns hold on it and it starts falling to the ground in one big peice
Nick: Fucking watch me
Nick flies up and pulls back his fist as it starts glowing like it did a few moments ago
Nick: Lets hope his works
Nick punches the giant peice of ice shattering it and it almost immedietely explodes into a million tiny peices which rain down as if it was light hail
Nick: Holy shit
Unus: Theyve changed
Annus: Those heroes are different from before
Unus: They need to die
Annus: Its time to be reborn

As Unus and Annus begin chanting Annus floats up to Unus until they are back at the same level as the roof of the Sears tower

Annus: ANNUS
In a big flash of light Unus and Annus quickly fly towards each other and morph into one person which seems to inherit the best qualities of both of them with their faces being a mix of each others and the suit they are now wearing has a black and white spiral design on it
Shawn: Oh my god
Nick stops in the air above them and stares in shock
Nick: What the hell did they just do
Over at the Monroe Harbor about a mile away the water begins churning in unnatural directions as it slowly rises and takes a familiar form
Michael: Uh hey Shawn
Michael points over at the harbor and Shawn looks over to see a humanoid shape forming from the water and towering over buildings
Shawn: Do you think thats the signal
Michael: He cant be serious about that
The water stops growing when it reaches about 1,000 feet tall and it looks exactly like mason did when he used the water from Nicks pond
Mason: Keep it steady and dont kill anyone
Hana flies in her mech back to the roof landing next to Michael and Shawn and she quickly gets out
Hana: I cant find the power hunters
Hana: Oh and what the hell are you guys doing over here
Michael: Unus and Annus did a thing and Mason is big now
Hana: Unus and Annus did what thing
Hana looks over at Unus Annus and sees them just radiating pure energy as they finish combining
Hana: Did they form back into one person
Shawn: Yeah
Hana: Thats not good
Hana: You guys need to kill him now before he gets too powerful
Shawn: Wait you mean hes getting more powerful
Hana: This only happens when Annus gets too power hungry so he forces Unus to join together and slowly eats away at his life to gain strength
Nick flies down as fast as he can towards Unus Annus and goes to punch him but just before he does Unus Annus grabs his fist stopping him dead in his tracks in throws him at the Sears tower and just before he hits the building he manages to kick himself onto the roof and land behind everyone
Nick: Why are they like that
Hana: Ill explain it later but for now you guys need to kill it
Mason begins making his way over to them by running on the biggest streets he can find
Nick: And what the hell is going on with Mason
Shawn: Hes big
Hana: and its not going to last for very long
Hana: He will rip Mason apart faster than when he fell apart the first time he did that
Unus Annus looks at Mason in the distance and flies over to him at unspeakable speeds and flies right through him casuing him to collapse and send millions of gallons of water rushing through the streets of Chicago
Hana: Oh my god
Nick: Were there people on the streets out that way
Hana: Im not sure
Nick: We need to go help if there are
Hana: Me and SAMM will take care of that but you guys need to end this fight before they do
Hana quickly sweeps the ground with her hand and pieces of the roof fly off and start repairing SAMM
Hana: SAMM we need need to hurry
Hana jumps in her mech and flies off towards the flooding streets with SAMM not far behind
Shawn: So its up to us now
Michael: Well Mason needs to get over here
Mason grows from a puddle out of nowhere
Mason: Hey guys
Michael: I hate you so much
Nick: We dont have time to talk look
Nick points at Unus Annus and they all look over to see him flying at them at an alarming rate
Nick: I dont care if you guys are tired or weak or whatever excuse you have
Nick: You are going to need to push through and kick ass
Shawn: That shouldnt be a problem
Mason: Yeah its what weve been training for
Michael: Lets kick some ass
Unus Annus manages to punch all of them without them being able to react and they all fly off of the building and start falling to the ground
Unus Annus: Its time for you to die
Unus Annus flies over to them and punches them all into the Sears tower at about the 60th floor throwing them into a room that seems to be decorated for some sort of party and as they fly across the floor they knock over tables and chairs which ends up breaking a few of their bones from the impact
Nick: FUCKING CHRIST
Shawn: I think my legs are broken
Michael: Guys dont move
Nick: Why not
Michael: We arent alone in here
Michael looks around and spots 6 purple eyes across the room
Michael: Over there
Michael: Power hunters
The four power hunters walk over to them with one of them still missing their mask
Nick: Oh fuck you guys
Power Hunter 1: We are done playing games
All four power hunters hold up their guns to Nick, Shawn, Mason and Michael
Power Hunter 1: Take them
Too injured to move all of them lay there as the power hunters shoot their guns at all of them causing the purple bullets to hit them all directly and then bounce back and hit them in the chest as Michael, Shawn and Mason pass out from the sudden loss of energy but Nick manages to stay conscious
Power Hunter 1: In return for these we will only have you suffer the ineveitable concequences not the optional ones
All four of the power hunters walk away into the darkness of the room and dont return
Unus Annus: Finally
Unus Annus flies into the room and kicks all of them out of the way except for Nick sliding them across the floor and about 15 feet away
Unus Annus: You will die first because you were the one who got in my way the most
Nick constantly keeps trying to activiate his powers but nothing happens so in a desperate attempt to fight he gets up and barely notices his broken left arm due to the adrenaline pumping through his body
Nick: You can kill us if you want but thats not gonna stop me from fighting you until then
Unus Annus: I would say that I respect that but I dont
Nick puts all the strength he has behind a punch and he just barely grazes Unus Annus as he moves out of the way and grabs Nicks arm throwing him across the room and against the wall
Unus Annus: I could kill you with one punch and yet you still fight
Nick: Yeah so what
Nick slowly gets back up and sprints at Unus Annus and headbutts him in the stomach and he kicks Nick in the face causing him to slide across the floor and out of the window
Unus Annus: Oh perhaps I shouldve kicked him some place else
Unus Annus: That was just a waste of a good kill
Unus Annus looks over at the unconcious pile of Michael, Shawn and Mason
Unus Annus: Now for you
Just as he is about to kill them Nicks right hand slams on the floor from outside and just barely manages to grab onto a support beam for the window and he slowly pulls himself up into the building
Nick: Dont touch them
Nick: Or I will kill you
Unus Annus: You just wont die will you
Nick manages to get back in the room and he slowly stands up
Nick: I will fight until my last breath to save them
Nick: Even if I have to fight without my powers
Nicks vision goes black and he suddenly feels nothing
Nick: So...
Nick: This is it
He sees a light in the distance that gets closer and closer to him until he can make out the outline of a person
Nick: What the
The person gets closer and then Nick sees that its Hana
Hana: Hello Nick
Nick: Whats going on
Hana: Im going to help you kill Unus Annus
Nick: I cant do it on my own
Hana: and why is that
Nick: I dont have my powers
Hana: Nick are you a human
Nick: Not according to you
Hana: Then what are you
Nick: Im a cosmic being
Hana: Then that means youre powers are always there with you no matter what
Hana: Its a limitation of your human body that keeps you from using them
Nick: Its not like I can change my body
Hana: No but you can enhance it
Hana: You can use any type of enegry you want
Hana: What is the one type of energy you have never used
Nick: I cant do that
Hana: Yes you can
Nick: Its too dangerous
Hana: In anyone elses hands yes but in yours
Hana: It has the power to do great things
Nick: I dont even know how to use it
Hana: I think I can help you with that
Hana places her hands on his head and suddenly thousands of memories flood his mind
Nick: A- are these
Hana: What do you remember
Nick: I remember...
Nick: Us
Tears start rolling down his face as she takes her hands off of him
Hana: Go defeat him
Hana: So we can make more memories
Nick flashes back to reality back to the second the vision started
Unus Annus: You wont live long enough to have a dying breath
Unus Annus: If you play nicely and just die this time I might even let your girlfriend live
Nick: SHUT UP
Nick: SHUT YOUR DAMN MOUTH
When Nick yells it wakes up Shawn, Michael and Mason
Nick: You can break me, you can threaten me, hell you can even kill me
Nick: But when you even think about touching the people I love
Nick: THATS WHEN I KILL YOU
Nicks eyes explode with yellow light and his veins get outlined with the same color as a new type of energy flows through his body he flies towards Unus Annus and grabs his arms throwing him out of the window and flies out after him punching him in the face sending him crashing to the ground creating a huge crator
Unus Annus: Thats impossible... unless
Unus Annus: No
Unus Annus flies up at Nick as fast as he can and Nick dodges out of the way and catches Unus Annus just as he passes him and then slams him back into the ground as he freezes Unus Annus' body in a block of ice and then quickly punches his fist through the ice and into his chest turning his hand into lava burning Unus Annus' body from the inside
Nick: This one is for Hana
Nick swings his arm throwing Unus Annus down the street and hitting a building breaking him out of the ice and knocking him on the ground
Unus Annus: That little piece of shit
Unus Annus: Hes stopping my healing
Unus Annu gets up on his knees and puts his hand on his chest as Nick walks over to Unus Annus with his eyes glowing yellow and yellow arcs of power forming around his body
Unus Annus: You are playing with power that will cause more trouble for you than for me
Nick: I dont care
Nick places his right hand over his left as a small fireball forms in between them and he holds out his hands creating a pillar of brightly burning fire which incinerates everything in its path almost instantly and Nick lowers his arms stopping the fire which left a melted and burned path about 300 feet in front of him full of smoke and steam
Unus Annus: ...No
Nicks eyes go wide as he sees a bright white light glowing through the smoke and slowly walking towards him from about 200 feet away
Unus Annus: That power
Unus Annus: ITS NOT YOURS
Unus Annus sprints forward creating a rumble in the ground as him and Nick both ready a punch
Unus Annus: YOU DONT DESERVE IT
Nick quickly looks behind him and sees people standing in shock and horror watching what it happening in front of them and Nick looks back at Unus Annus to see his arms changing and morphing together into one giant pillar of pure power and strength
Nick: This is it
Nick pulls his fist back as his entire arm glows a bright yellow almsot burning his flesh
Nick: Dont hold back
Just as Unus Annus attacks Nick throws his fist forward and it collides with Unus Annus who keeps pushing against Nicks fist with his full strength
Unus Annus: I WILL KILL YOU
Nick manages to lift up his broken left arm and it glows just like his right arm casusing Nick to yell out in pain and throw his left fist at Unus Annus creating a huge shockwave as Nicks feet start to crumble the ground beneath him
Nick: We will defeat you... its our job
Nick: AS HEROES
Nicks arms start glowing brighter than the sun as he summons all of the strength he has left in him
Nick: ULTIMATE MOVE
Time seems to slow to a crawl as Nick pulls both of his arms back and puts all of his strength into his right arm causing his left arm to go limp and dark
Nick: COSMIC IMPACT
Nick throws his fist foward one last time as he punches Unus Annus with his full power and as it rips through Unus Annus it almost instantly destroys his body from pure force alone as well as leveling the city in front of him for miles knocking down buildings and throwing them as if they are made of plastic and as Nick stands there the yellow light fades away from his body and he collapses to the ground breathing heavier than he ever has before
Hana: NICK
Hana comes running towards Nick as fast as she can and she lifts him up and sets him down leaning his back against a car which is now just a manges mass of halfway melted steel
Nick: Are they okay
Nick: Shawn and Michael and Mason
Hana: Shawn broke both of his legs Michael has a few broken ribs and Mason has some internal bleeding but SAMM is doing what he can for now until we can get them to a hospital
Nick: Are they going to be okay
Hana: They should be
Nick: Ok good
Hana looks down at Nicks right arm which has large lacerations all over it and is basically completely purple
Hana: We need to get you all to a hospital right now
Hana: Those injuries are not good
Nick leans forward and kisses Hana
Nick: I just ripped apart and incinerated what was pretty much a god using all of the cosmic energy that I think our galaxy would let me have
Nick: So I think I get to say that Im not going to the hospital just yet
Hana: Why not
Nick: Back when I almost fell to my death due to me losing my powers I had a vision
Hana: Of what
Nick: It was you and you showed me how to harness the power that I just unleashed to turn that guy into ground beef
Nick: But you also gave me all of the memories that we had together throughout my life
Nick: So I just want to tell you one thing before we do anything else
Hana: and that is
Nick: Hana... I love you
Hana tears up and hugs Nick as tight as she can
Hana: I love you too Nick
They both stay there for a few minutes and appreciate that they are both alive
Nick: Hey this is probably a bad time to ask but what happened to our powers
Hana: Oh yeah I forgot to mention that
Hana: The power hunters have never actually gotten your powers before and apparently they werent supposed to at all because once they used them it was too much for their bodies to handle so they all ended up dying
Nick: So what does that mean for us
Hana: You wont be able to use them for about a year while they reform
Nick: Then how did I use mine just now
Hana: If Im being honest I have no clue
Hana: It should not have been possible
Nick: The other you said differently
Hana: Well I want to talk to this other me because she seems to know a lot more than I do
Nick: Ok can we go to the hospital now
Hana: YES PLEASE
Nick: But I want to see them first
Hana helps Nick get up and they both begin making their way to the Sears tower to go see Shawn, Michael and Mason
1 month later
All of them including Hana sit in Nicks living room which is this big room with really high ceilings and leather couches and other fancy things nicely placed everywhere Nick sits next to the arm of a couch with Hana leaning next to him looking sleepy Michael is on the other end of that couch and Mason and Shawn took the only two recliners in the room they all also still have casts and bandages on from the fight
Nick: So whats this whole stasis isolation thing
Hana: It prevents you from aging
Nick: Okay but why dont you have to do it
Hana: The easiest way to put it is that the council didnt know how to make avatars such as yourselves so stopping your aging process is different from a normal human
Michael: So they fucked up when they made us
Hana: Not exactly
Nick: Thats what I heard
Hana: Yeah from Michael
Nick: You know what thats fair
Nick: I think I have an easy way to settle this
Nick looks directly upwards
Nick: Did you guys fuck up
Shawn: What happens when they want to prevent our aging again
Hana: Thats normally up to you guys because in pretty much every single life youve had you found out about all of this
Shawn: And why do we always forget our past lives
Hana: The council only does that because it easier to fit your minds into whatever time you are needed to be in so instead of having the entire past 600 years explained to you they can just put that information in your heads
Michael: Can you tell them to stop doing that cause it makes everything really difficult on our side
Hana: Ill make sure I do that
Nick: I THINK IM GETTING A TELEPATHIC BURST
Nick: Its says that they fucked up
Nick: It also says that Nick should get all the credit for the fight
Michael: Do you want me to break your other arm
Nick: Dont act like thats a big test of strength
Nick: My bones in my right arm are basically dust being held together by soft tissue at this point
Hana: Okay both of you need to calm down
Nick: Im calm
Mason: You are definetly not calm
Nick: I am so calm you can even comprehend how calm I am
Shawn: Im just happy he cant punch us
Nick: You wanna find out
As they all keep arguing a small peice of paper falls out of the sky and lands on the roof that reads in small letters "We fucked up."
