General Wilcox had to check his findings three times just to be sure with his findings. The computer terminal had come up with the answer with the cloud seeding. And other elements to help save Loki's world. Even though it's going to take time even though for those suffering a special enzyme protein drug will have to be developed as well to be rid of the radiation poisoning.
However he will have to talk with Loki on whether or not the science specialist will be able to produce the drug. If not than he will give them the report on how to make the drug in the lab.
Walking out of his lab exhausted. He needed to discuss it with the group before he goes to talk with those in the United States government. Finding them in his office half asleep. Loki and the others woke quickly with Wilcox speaking up first.
"Loki I will be able to help your people providing that your science specialists will be able to produce a special protein drug to help fight the radiation poisoning, Otherwise this is the code and the cloud seeding chemicals to be used with reseeding the ozone levels of the planet."
"I am very much appreciated with you helping us. I will be heading back to my back soon and give this to those in charge. If it does work than we won't have to come to Earth to live and not worry about the enemies trying to destroy us." Loki had to say with his worries.
"Mulder I will be sure not to say a word to anyone until I hear from you again or even Loki on whether or not it had worked." General Wilcox will have to say.
"We will be leaving now General and thanks again for your help." Mulder said with waking up his son asleep and exhausted. While Loki helped William up from the chair with leaving the office to head out...

Sometime later Scully, Doggett and Monica were having a late dinner at the diner when her cell phone had gone off. It was her husband Fox Mulder calling. "Scully how did it go Mulder with seeing General Wilcox?" She placed a piece of medium steak into her mouth before taking a sip of her tea.
"Wonderful. He was able to help out Loki and hopefully he will be able to give the Intel to the science specialists." Mulder said to his wife having more on her mind.
"And William? Is he going to go through with the process Loki had made mention Mulder?" Scully looked across to Doggett and Monica looking on to her.
"Yeah he is Scully. However William mention that he wants to speak with you in person before going with Loki back to his planet and the process."
"Does he know that I don't want him to do this Fox? Or else he's going to be lost forever!" Scully had to say with her motherly instincts.
"Listen Dana, you need to tell him this in person before he leaves either way. Understand Scully?" Mulder said with driving the truck on the way back with both Loki and William asleep.
"And I will Mulder when you get back here. How much longer?" She needed to asked with munching on a string bean covered in butter.
"Two hours more with only leaving ten minutes ago from the observatory. William and Loki are asleep in the back and I won't wake them until we arrive back at the motel. "Where are you?"
"Diner with Monica and Doggett. Please pick me up a cheeseburger, fries and a milkshake and place it on the hot stove."
"Sure enough Mulder. I will try to get some sleep when we leave here. Even though the baby is really active in my stomach. It's a good thing I will be seeing the doctor soon and figure out what we are having." She said to her husband.
"I am betting on a girl this time Scully and don't tell me again as to why I want a girl as a daughter. What does Doggett and Monica think?"
"Hold on let me asked them Mulder. John and Monica, Mulder wants to know on what you think I am going to be having with this baby?"
Right away John said a boy while Monica will surprise the both of them by saying Twins a boy and a girl. "Wow! Mulder, Monica thinks I am going to be having Twins while John said a boy. This is going to be interesting. See you soon an I will remember the food before leaving." She hung up with looking over at Monica. "By the way Monica there is no history of twins in my family tree."
"It's always a possible chance it can happened Scully. Think about it with what happened to you over the years with being taken by the aliens and Cigarette smoking man?" Monica will have Scully thinking about it for now on.
"I for one think it's going to be another boy as with Mulder wanting a girl. Something with wishing to replace his sister Samantha that he has missed all of these years. He doesn't like to talk about it with his emotions." Scullly says to the two in the diner.
"Believe me Scully having twins might be the best of both worlds." Monica had to say even though her meaning can go both ways.
"What is that supposed to mean Monica? I will have to think that having a girl and both will help us both between myself and Mulder. And besides I don't know William is going to be doing in the first place since he's been gone a long time?"
"Why don't you wait and see what he decides with his decision in regard to Loki's request to help?" Doggett replied with drinking the last of his coffee and eggs before the waitress came over with the bill and Mulder's order that Scully had asked for.
"Here you all go. Mrs. Mulder your food is in these two bags ready to go with the check." She had to say with handing her the tip.
"Thank you and good luck." She responded with watching them head for the register to pay the bill.
