A few weeks have past since Izuku and Mira found the tonfas in the park. Inko thought Izuku looked cute when he showed her the weapons while striking a few All-Might poses, his cuteness being the deciding factor of letting him keep the dirty and worn wooden weapons.

Being the ever curious boy he was he asked his mother to help find training guides and teachers to help him use the ancient ninja gear. Instructional guides both in video and book form were easy enough to find, He really is responsible. Inko thought to herself noticing how much cleaner the tonfas looked now. It was adorable when Izuku had tried to wrap the handles in green grip tape and getting tangled. I thought I was going die of cuteness over load that day.

One would think with Quirks on the up-rise weapon training would decline fast. You would be right. Inko had spent nearly a month trying to find a dojo that could teach her son. None of the dojo's so far teach ninjitsu, not even Edgeshot who's heroine persona was inspired by ninja. but that was the only martial arts Izuku wanted to learn and by golly Inko was going to give her baby what he wanted, if it meant he will be just that much safer in this dangerous world.

Releasing a sigh of resignation Inko dialed one last number.

Ri…

"Hello. You have reached Splinter Nezu. How may I help you today?" Answered a deep pithed male voice.

"Hello Splinter Sensei. My name is Inko Midoriya and I am calling about self defense classes for my son."

"That may be difficult to do as I only teach Hamato style-ninjutsu. A practice seen as absolute upon the arrival of Quirks. Even contradictory in it field of practice."

"How would the art be that be, if you don't mind my asking?" Inko asked nervously.

"Hamato style-ninjutsu embraces the way of bushido. To fight with honor and loyalty. Not a very common thing for a ninja to have."

"That is actually alright my son has heart set on learning ninjutsu and now I feel you're dojo will be the right choice for him. He has even said something about seeing himself training in the arts in the dreams he has been having for several days now." There was a pause over though phone, for a moment Inko thought Splinter would still decline her son.

"Let us discuss finer details, he will attending lessons with three other boys. I will host classes everyday, I expect him to be at every lesson. He will have an at home work regimen that will be tuned to his needs after I meet him. Are these agreeable terms Mrs. Midoriya?"

"It's Miss actually I never married. Yes, your terms are agreeable when would you like to meet Izuku."

"My address is 122 1/8. Meet me in three days time so I may prepare for all my students."

"That's sounds reasonable Splinter Sensei."

Three days later

Time seemed to fly for the Midoriyas after that phone call, then again time seemed to always do that when a major event would soon take place. Inko was struggling to find the address she was given walking up and down the street near her designated meeting point. Apparently Inko forgot to ask about Splinter Sensei's appearance or ask if he was sending someone to collect her. As Inko and Izuku made to pass the entrance of a alley a figure stepped in front to the two.

A stout man stepped out from the shadows casted by the building. His appearance causing to crash.

A large white rat-man stood in front of both greenettes, wearing burgundy colored robes that went down so far it covered the mans feet from view, cloth wrapping adorned the mans arms as held a jade walking stick in his left hand. He wasn't alone as three young boys quickly followed suit each boy held a weapon. At first Izuku was worried until the giant rat spoke. The same voice Inko heard over her phone emanated from the rodent man as he began introductions.

"Hello I am Splinter Nezu and I am here to meet the Midoriyas. I take it that will be you two? These are my other young wards. Tenya Iida." The boy with blue hair, glasses, and a bō staff with flashing lights and a weird shell back pack stepped forward and took a short bow before taking his place again. "Sero Hanta." Next a boy with black and a perpetual smile stepped forward, with a far to big for his size ōdachi strapped to his back, and took a bow with more flare to it as spun in place before acting like he was bowing for a crowd. "And last but definitely not least is Denki Kaminari." A blonde boy with a lightning bolt in his hair stepped forward a kusari-fundo with a weighted sphere and spiked edges strapped to his waist, also took a bow after giving Sero a light smack to his had for showboating.

Inko had no words she expected a human man would be teaching her son. Now here she and her son are stuck in there shock trying to process how a man has a mutation quirk.

"THAT SHOULDN'T BE POSSIBLE!" Mother and son yelled as one as they both scrambled backwards fast enough for Tenya to wonder if they are distantly related. Spoiler warning: they're not. Inko had placed both her hands on Izuku's shoulders as if to keep him from getting closer.

"HAHAHAHA. Yes , yes I am aware I am a man and also have a mutation quirk. You should see my sister, Principle Nezu, she has a bit of dog mixed into HER quirk HAHAHAH" Splinter laughed throwing his head back to releasing a deep bellow, slightly startling Inko.

Izuku did not flinch at the Ninja supreme that stood in front of him. He simply gripped his tonfas tighter as he himself stepped forward away from his nervousness and his mother's protective hands. Izuku noticed he stood roughly the same size as Nezu waist meaning out of the group of boys present Izuku stood the tallest, Tenya second, and Sero and Denki being the same height in last. Izuku bowed in a perfect 90 degree angle.

"I am Izuku."
