A meeting between the leader of the Shei Hassaikai, a Yakuza group pre-dating quirks, and her Second in command. Kai Chisaki.
"Kai, do you know I called you out here for?" Bosu Hassaikai, current head of the Shei Hassaikai, asked from her position overlooking Musutafu from the roof. Bosu, a women who's beauty hid her age, adjusted her ceremonial robs as her thoughts reminded her of the unsettling path her daughter in all but blood, was taking. It didn't help that Kai has had an unhealthy (pun intended) obsession with Eri's quirk
"No. Mother, please let me know what I can do for you." Kai answered adjusting her gloves slightly. Eri I know your quirk is what I need for my plans to come to fruition after today the world will know to fear the Yakuza once more. Kai removed her glove entirely as she slowly made her way towards Bosu. A glint of light off the building Bosu was vacantly watched caused her assassin survival skills to kick-in. Throwing herself to the side saved her life she caught a glimpse of Kai about to use her quirk on the boss.
The blinding rage of betrayal can cause even the most experienced warriors to miss the most obvious things in the heat of battle, such as the four figures zip lining over the beginning and end of a inner yakuza war.

"LeMillion, are we clear?" Asked a hulking figure asked, into a radio while glancing back at three smaller shadows behind him. You wouldn't know it from his huge frame but this mysterious figure was actually once a muscles child known as Izuku. Izuku toward above most of his family, now matching Master Splinters impressive 6'2". Awaiting a response from the named LeMillion
Throughout the 13 years, the training Master Splinter specially tailored for each boy showed in their physique. As stated above Izuku became wall of muscle, but never let the size fool you cause like All-Might those muscles are not just for show, he is just as fast as he is strong. Pray you're never on the other end his fist for he hits like a freight train. As Izuku looked to Tenya he took notice of how he and the others style has changed over the years. Izuku went from wearing heroine inspired t-shirts to rocking a green jump suit with red highlights matching his shoes. Izuku being, the biggest had taken it upon himself to be an example for the others and filling the role of big brother the other three always wanted. Performing first-aid for anyone that was during training. He has been asked by Denki several times throughout the years to walk him to school so he can brag about how cool his big brother was. Izuku now helps Master Splinter set up and put equipment, before and after class respectively. The tonfa training gave Izuku forearm gains for days.
Tenya Iida had the biggest change when it came to clothing style, gone were the collared shirts and pressed khaki shorts to be replaced with purple satin jackets over a purple hoodies and jeans. His big sister saw it as an improvement when Tenya became less uptight thanks to the endless antics of his close-as-brothers friends. Tenya himself tries when he can to follow Izuku's example. He is always free to help the other three with their homework. When having the time Tenya has worked on what he has dubbed 'The High-tech Bō' putting upgrades, gadgets, and mecha-shift capabilities that are wholly impossible and that's not to even mention Tenya's battle packs he has built for himself and the others. Only Tenya knows everything he staff can do and so far there seems to be no limit. Master Splinters training in Bō-Jitsu has made Tenya and all around fighter able to run support for his brother in a fight.
Hanta's smile has survived all these years without change to bad his humor has yet to improve with his ever witty, in Hanta's opinion, puns. Like Izuku, Hanta preferred to keep his clothing simple, with his blue t-shirt and short pants. He's lithe form hinted to speed in his fighting style. Hanta always the ever chill and relaxed brother of the group has went along with every poor plan the group has ever had. Even though his swordsmanship has improved greatly since childhood, his lack to stay focused in his training is the one thing holding him back.
Denki's white t-shirt underneath a stylish black jacket with white lightening accents on both it and his black pants put them all too shame. Denki's clothes represents his fighting style with lightening quick acrobatic attacks being rained down on his opponents. Turns out Denki, physically is a prodigy in the ninja arts. He just like Hanta lacked focus thus leading the two to be compared as twins.
"All clear, Red Rover."
"Tenya you're up." Izuku stepped to the side as one end of Tenya's tech-Bō transformed into a grappling gun. The grappling hook flew threw the air at high speeds and locking itself to a beam of an unfinished construction zone four buildings over. The four boys quickly clipped their zip lines in place before jumping off with all their might. Moonlight bounced off the uncovered ōdachi on Hanta's back as they closed in on their target, that was not the yakuza brawl that was about to take place….. wait! WHAT!? Where are they going!?
The four would be ninja blissfully sore over the gang war to their true target, a pool on the roof of another building. Hanta released his line first followed by Denki then Tenya, and finally Izuku.

"CANNONBALL" they chorused before hitting the water with enough force to displace it all from the pool. Is that even possible?
"WOO-HOOO." Mira cheered thanking Madam Nighteye internally as the rain coat she suggested she wear came in handy, keeping her mostly dry from torrent of water as she recorded the boys cannonball.
" HA, you must be this rad to ride that ride." Denki cheered. Tenya stepped up beside him fiddling with his wrist pad computer.
"Based on our velocity and entry angle, I….concur-we rad." Tenya agreed.
"You guys crushed it!" Mira praised as she removed her raincoat revealing her hero costume underneath. The boys made their way out of the now empty pool via ninja flip.
"Couldn't have done it without you Mira. Our girl with the plan." Izuku responded while crossing his arms.
"And keys to the roof." Hanta held up the keys to the roof he just swiped from Mira. She quickly snatched them back shooting Hanta a challenging smile. Denki leapt on the two.
"Big sis Mira let's go patrol the basketball courts next."
"Alright but first." Mira grabbed two signs from nowhere and laid them out. "Wet floor and dry pool. My work is done here. Hey Ten-chan mind giving me a ride?"
"No problem." Tenya responded activating his his hover pack's passenger mode. Mira quickly jumped on before Tenya started hovering to the next building his brothers behind him preferring to train their parkour.
In mid jump something at the corner of Izuku's eye caught his full attention. A little girl scared and alone ran into the construction sight. She very light blue hair and a horn on the left side of her forehead. She fell into the feeble position.
CRASH
Is the sound Izuku's face made when it hit the wall. Everyone stopped after hearing Izuku hit the wall. Looking back Izuku brought the attention to the girl in the construction site.
"Poor girl looks lost." Izuku commented as he jumped down to ground level. "Do you need help?" He asked as the girl took notice of him and his family making there way towards her. The little girl tensed up more not trusting them. Izuku seeing this reached into his back pocket and pulled out…
"Is that you're Bear-Might teddy bear?" Hanta stated more than asked causing the others to give a light chuckle.
"Bear-Might keeps me safe when I need it most little bro." Izuku responded taking his attention away from the horned girl. When he did she darted forward taking the teddy bear and running into the arms of Mira. The little girl did not try to escape from her so that was a good sign.
"What's your name little one?" Mira asked as she stood to full height.
"Eri."
"Eri do you need the help of a hero? What happened?" Asked Denki taking notice to some of the scratches and bruises that adorned Eri's arms and legs. Tears sprang from her eyes as she yelled.
"BAD LADY HURT GRANDMA!" That caused everyone to tense up. Izuku started barking out commands while taking Eri away from Mira to dress her wounds. Like Tenya, Izuku also wears a battle pack, instead of being sleek like Hanta's and Denki's Izuku's pack was bulky and had a spiked back that housed many first-aid supplies.
"Mira, try to get hold of your boss and let her know what's going on." Mira nodded and made to do just that stepping away from everyone else. "We may need her to clear you to use your quirk, you're still a first year we don't need you bending the more than you have. Tenya try to get a hold of the police tell them our location." Tenya nodded as well going about getting the police and telling them the current location. "Hanta and Denki you two are on look out." Denki and Hanta where about to step into the shadows until a voice rang out.
"We'll be taking that girl now." A large muscular woman with long, light brown hair stood at the entrance of the construction site. A plague mask blocking her face. A white shirt and dark pants apparel seemed suited to breath as she moves and those metal gloves on her hands did not seem friendly. With her was a woman in simple robes like their master would wear short pixie-cut hair adorned her head. Respectfully they are Kendo Rappa, and Hekiji Tengai. Two of Kais enforcers sent out to find Eri after the civil war. Kendo's quirk aloud for to rotate her shoulders at great speeds allowing her to throw near limitless punches. Hekiji quirk summons dome force fields.
"So you gals from Hosu?" Hanta asked nervously.
"Really Hanta?" Denki blankly asked.
"What it's how I coup with a stressful situation. Jokes and banter."
"You won't be taking anyone." Mira bantered as she put Eri behind her and Izuku. Mira got the all clear to use her quirk but she is to make an escape with the child when she find an opening. Kendo loomed over LeMillion.
"I'll ask again nicely. Give us the girl or I'll grind your bones into dust." Izuku standing just behind Mira got in on this banter.
"Really? You think you're just gonna step to our friend?" Izuku slammed his together. "Rookie mistake haws."
"And if you think you're gonna step to my friend for stepping to you for stepping to me than you're gonna have to step to me. M'kay." Mira confusedly stated.
Without warning Kendo threw the first punch. It harmlessly went through LeMillion, to bad Izuku's abused face couldn't say the same. That one blow packed enough force to not only knock Izuku off his feet but to actually propel him over to the other side of Eri. Izuku lifted his head off the ground.
"Good punch haws." Izuku compliments as he gets back to his feet. Izuku quickly flourished his tonfas before smashing his fists together again. "My turn. LeMillion get the girl out of her." Izuku seemed to blink to in front of Kendo. LeMillion nodded grabbing Eri and making a break for it.
Kendo is the kind of warrior that thought nothing about a fight could surprise her but this MAN of all people not only shrugs off her punch but also gives a compliment. It can be forgiven when her awe lets her opponent have a free shot. He punches as hard as I do. Have I found my newest rival? Kendo broke free from her thoughts as Izuku went for another punch that was blocked by a force field.
WITH THE OTHER THREE.
After seeing his brother sucker punched Denki wasted no time in building momentum for his weapon before trying to bring the hammer down on his own opponent. Tenya not far behind activating his rocket hammer function on the tech-Bō.
"COWABUNGA!" The weighted ball bounced off a force field that was put in it's way. "That is so not fair!" Denki's exclaimed shooting off to Izuku after noticing he was knocked deeper into construction site, and that his own skill set would be useless against the current opponent.
"FIBONACCI!" Tenya's attack had better luck when they noticed the cracks it caused. "Note to self increase power by 30%." The purple clad ninja in training noted as he charged back in twirling his weapon.
"That is an interesting weapon young man. Where did you acquire such a thing?" Hekiji asked calmly even with Tenya cracking her shields left and right. Having just enough time to put a shield over Kendo before this assault.
"You like it? I BUILT IT MYSELF." Purple responded as he took to the skies briefly to bring down and even harder blows to the shields, the shield shattered this time but Tenya did not expect his staff disappearing from his hands when he went for the knock-out.
"HEY. My tech-Bō." Tenya grumbled quickly flipping away from the newest opponent that now possessed his weapon and a katana on her back.
" I don't usually help these two but seeing how much trouble you and your two friends are giving them I'll make an exception." Toya Setsuno rest the staff on her shoulders.
"Tenya heads up!" Blue's voice sounded out behind him. Without looking Tenya caught the seven foot ladder Hanta threw to him.
"About time you got in on this fight Hanta."
"Sorry just had to make sure big sis had a clear path. HEY MY SWORD!" The swordsman panicked as his sword was spirited away to Toya. That panic was shot in the head by Hanta's bravado and buried next to his humility. "I don't need a weapon. I've got my rad ninja skills." He gloated while running up the side of a cement mixer dodging swipes from Toya's metal death sticks while doing so.
With Denki and Izuku.
Denki had just landed beside Izuku helping him to his feet.
"I don't know how much more I can take D." Izuku huffed out.
"I got you covered big bro just catch your breath."
"Be careful D, she hits almost hard as master splinter." The biggest Hamato practitioner joked seeing Kendo step into the skeletal building structure. Izuku now on his feet decided to change up the their fighting style. "Denki ninja:mode." Both brothers eyes seemed blank to white as they took to the shadows.
Kendo came stepped into the area she thought she sent her newest opponent. He is tougher than I gave him credit." She thought to herself stopping in place to look around.
"Where are you Red? We have a fight to finish. Or was all your courage just for show." She bellowed into the darkness around her never noticing the eyes watching her. Denki without sound began spinning his weapon once more building it momentum before jump into the bringing it down on one of Kendo's shoulders.
"Owww! Stay out of this little man." Kendo grabbed the Kusari-fundo pulling Denki towards her.
"I'll save protect you Denki!" Red exclaimed slamming bodily into the that can throw punches as fast machine gun fires bullets. Izuku carried her back out to the open where he than threw her into the woman that had his bros' weapons. A green glow surrounded Izuku as he Kendo through a few beams.
"SMASHING LIKE A BOSS." Left his lips when he started to his wind up. Throwing Kendo with enough force to not only know Toya away but to cause her to drop the weapons. Denki landed next the staff and sword and deftly kicked them to his brothers.
Sirens and red flashing filled the air as a new Fighter landed before the boys, facing the villains. Hanta released a sigh of relief when he recognized Madam Nighteye. The villains cut their loses and made out of there like a bat from hell. Normally Nighteye would move to apprehend them but not with these boys so close to a crime scene.
"You four have a lot of explaining to do." Commented Nighteye turning her gaze to the boys. The boys huddled together in fear.
Shie Hassaikai Safe House.
"Why do none of you have Eri?" Kai calmly asked as her gaze shifted over the three in front of her.
"We were held up fighting four men." Kendo answered with no hesitation.
" I DON'T CARE WHAT HEROINS WHERE IN- did you just say four MEN is what stopped you." Kendo nodded.
"Interesting. If theses men where able to keep you three busy. They may be controversial to the yakuza. From now on I want both Eri and those men."
Master Splinters dojo.
The boys have just made it back to the dojo when there master comes out with the days newspaper.
"Hello Izuku." Master Splinter greeted his surrogate children.
"Hey, Pops." Izuku easily greeted the boys father figure as he went to set up for today's lesson.
"Hello young Tenya."
"Hello papa." Tenya greeted not taking his attention away from his wrist pad.
"Hello Hanta."
"Hey dad" Hanta greeted from his spot in the corner sharpening his ōdachi.
"Hello my youngest, Denki."
"Hey dad." Denki belted out hurrying to help Izuku set up the dojo.
"It has been a while since you visited Mira, I'm glad to see our antics have not scared you off."
"Hahaha. The only thing around here to be scared of is when you wear your jumping jack robe."
"Hello little girl I have never met." The large rat greeted Eri who was hiding behind Mira. Eri gave a smile wave as Master Splinter made his way to the middle of the room.
"My sons I have very important news." The boys quickly took there places kneeling before the Sensei as he spoke. Their full attention on Splinter as he went on with his speech. "I have spoken to my sister today about your little misadventures last night. I have a few choice words for as well. First off as a your ninja teacher I am disappointed that you were exposed."
"Awww." They whined.
"But as your father I am proud you protected this young one." He gestured to Eri to make his point.
"Yay" the boys cheered.
"Now as I was saying because of your actions my sister has finally taken that no quirks allowed rule off her school. You four have 10 months to be ready for entrance exams."
