Yo, people this chapter is long but mostly filler and set up for a mini-arc of the first classes. i promise the hero basic training fights will be awesome and more than a couple of hits before knockout but none of that will be here.

i was originally going to make Shinso Casey Jones but i have some one that might fit better in mind. If you have questions about whats going on ask I will likely make short stories to answer them.

oh, whoops almost forgot Mondays,Tuesdays or Wednesday will be the days i upload a chapter ever week.

Izuku had just finished putting the finishing touches on his new school uniform. His tie draped around his neck untied, as he didn't know how to tie it, the sleeves of both the coat and shirt rolled up to his biceps, revealing the many scars from his training and past fights, his top two buttons undone so he can breath and his mask tied around his right arm. Picking up his school-bag and keys to the tank he made his way to the kitchen seeing Inko helping Eri get ready for her first day in pre-school.

"Izuku," She said getting his attention. When he turned back to look at her. Inko witnessed the four year old Izuku who could barely reach the countertops standing on his toes look back at her as anxiously as the day he went for his check-up all those years ago. She blinked and the image was replaced with present Izuku in all his 6'5" buffed up cinnamon roll glory.

"Yeah mom?" Izuku asked

"You look so cool." Tears spilling from her eyes she gave her son one last hug.

After the hug Izuku yelled for Eri to hurry. The Mad Pup is staying with the Midoriyas as Master Splinter was on his yearly pilgrimage for a while.

Izuku and Eri had gotten up early so Izuku can pickup the Mad Dogs. Tenya wore his school uniform in pristine manor and his wrist computer while Hanta had worn his similar to Izuku the difference being Hanta wore his tie loose instead of undone, Denki meanwhile wore a uniform a size slightly to big leaving the tips of his fingers exposed. The others like Tenya wore the uniform correctly.

Pre-school

Tenya released a sharp sigh it was another tug-of-war match with Eri. Everyone aside from himself was trying to separate her from Izuku, Melissa going so far as to activate her Full-Gauntlets, that's right she has multiple, and 1% of her One-for-All.

She knew her body wouldn't hold up against 100% of One-for-All so after dusting the blueprints off she, Tenya, and Mei were able to get a working prototype ready in time for school.

"LET GO." Everyone commanded.

"I don't wanna, I'm not ready!" Izuku wailed from his fetal position, tears creating rivers, encompassing Eri's tiny form. The others are trying to pry Izuku's arms apart so Tenya can grab her with his spider legs.

Eri tapped Izuku twice to get his attention. Izuku looked down into Eri's cute little eyes glowing with eagerness. "I'm ready papa."

Now Izuku knew how his mother felt earlier. More tears brimmed his eyes.

"Why do you have to be so cool?" He asked before letting her go and wiping away his tears.

"Because papa is." Eri replied running to her teacher.

Cue the water works and everyone dog piling Izuku so they won't have a repeat.

U.A.

The gang finally made it to school. Mira was quick in telling them where there classes could be found before rushing off to her own.

The five quickly found their class. Entering they noticed that they are the first ones here.

The boys took up the four open seats in the back while Melissa sat in front of Denki. Izuku had seated himself to act as a wall between the empty seat next to him and Denki.

Tenya sat between Hanta and Denki. As to keep the disaster twins away from each other. Nobody wanted a repeat of third grade.

"It wasn't that bad Tenya." Hanta said easy smile growing into a smirk.

"We literally had to peel the teacher off a wall because you wanted to play with the tape dispenser." Tenya replied once more fiddling with his wrist computer.

Izuku turned his attention to the girl that now sat to his right. She seemed so focused on her book. Looking her over the first thought Izuku had was 'Pristine' she sat with the perfect form of a a person that has done so for years. Eyes shaped like that of a feline's devoured the words in their path almost fast as Izuku could right down Hero Facts, a spiky ebony pony tale flowed down her back with the ride bangs hanging down.

Feeling a gaze fall onto her Yaoyorozu looked to her left and was slightly startled by the giant next to her.

How did I not see him before? She asked herself.

Casting her sights further up she meet. Green made from purest emeralds look back, a small smile with a fang protruding.

"Hi. I'm Izuku Midoriya." He said. Inside Izuku's head we see a smaller Izuku running around panicking. Hoping he wasn't about to be chewed out for staring at his fellow classmate.

"Momo Yaoyorozu." She replied back taking his outstretched hand. Momo was shocked when she felt the callouses on Izuku's hands. Years of dedication and hard work could be felt through those hands, as if their owner has never heard of a day off. Looking at his forearms revealed several scars from combat and a pink Hello-Bunny bandage on his arm.

"Oh that's so cute." Looking to his arm Izuku saw the bandage Momo was Izuku tried to hide the bandage with his other hand; his nervousness palpable.

Momo's nose began to twitch.

Denki, Tenya, and Hanta were listening in and peeking around Izuku to see who he was talking to when they saw her nose begin to twitch and a scent filled the immediate area around Izuku. Oh no, it's Izuku's fear stink.

"What is that smell?" Momo asked continuing to sniff the air.

"Smell. What smell? I don't smell any smells." Denki running a interference for Izuku while Tenya discreetly sprayed Izuku with his patented 'Stank-b-Gone'. Not available for the public.

"And now it's gone. Maybe it was my imagination." And it smelled so pleasant too.

"Yaoyorozu, allow me to introduce my family." Leaning back Izuku revealed Denki once more. "This is my smallest brother Denki Kaminari, followed bu Hanta Sero, Tenya Iida, along with our friend Melissa Shield."

"It's nice to meet you." 'I suppose they could be adopted. Unfortunately it is common for women to leave boys at an orphanage since the emergence of Quirks.

"I hope you don't mind my curiosity, but how did you become part of the hero course? I am personally here on a recommendation from Principal Nezu." This question had been sitting in the back of Momo's mind.

"Oh, you know. Getting enough points in the entrance exam and looking awesome while doing it." Hanta replied popping his collar. Master Splinter had talked the boys into keeping quiet about the mystic weapons unless in an emergency; no need to tell people that haven't seen there powers yet and hopefully aunt Nezu used her connections to erase any evidence at the insistence of Splinter. There was nothing she could do about the footage from last year except 'find evidence' that proved it was five girls that rescued Katsumi from the sludge villain.

The group broke into smiles when Eijiro walked in and took a seat in front of Izuku.

"Sweet we all got the same class."

"I know, right. By the way how did your boss take having her restaurant collapse?" Hanta responded putting his feet on the desk until Tenya's tech-bō extended and rapped blue's shins. It didn't take long for more students to trickle in.

"She fired me. So I told her to mail me my check. Upside I was able to give Kota a gift since all of his were torn to shreds. I gave him my old baseball bat."He responded bashfully. Most of the group had one thought when they saw Kirishima smile and rub the back of his head like that. Melissa, Denki, Tenya, and Hanta jerked their heads to look at Izuku, seeing him do the same thing, knowing he feels bad about loosing a friends job.

""OH MI GOSH, THERE'S TWO OF'IM""

"Yeah, sorry about that. When the Mad Dogs fight we fight to win." Katsumi rose from her spot in the front after hearing what she considered a direct challenge on her but was stopped.

"If you're here to socialize, get out." A yellow cocoon said from the front of the class.

The cocoon opened up releasing a beautiful… hobo lady? Wearing an all black ensemble and a gray scarf.

"It took 8 seconds for you to quiet down. Time is a precocious resource don't waist mine or yours. I am your home room teacher Shū Aizawa. You will call me Sensei." Digging into her sleeping bag she removed a U.A. gym uniform.

"Quickly put these on and head out to the sports grounds."

The boys received their uniforms first. Izuku looked to three others.

"You heard Sensei, boys." Izuku said throwing down a smoke bomb.

As the four boys were surrounded by billowing smoke the girls could here the rustling of clothes, drawing a blush from all the women in the room. Five seconds was how long the Mad Dogs prime were covered from sight but as the smoke cleared the rest of the students and Aizawa saw the four now dressed in their gym clothes, with Tenya wearing a different pack, Aizawa pulled out a stop watch and quickly glanced at it.

"5 seconds. Impressive." With that said she led the girls to their locker room while the last two boys changed in the class.

With All-Might.

Yagi is seen reading through the teachers guide.

'The system here at U.A. is like no other. The home room teachers will be having a….

Outside

"…..A QUIRK TEST? But what about opening ceremonies." Ochako, thrown for a loop at the bizarre turn of the educational system.

"What about for those that don't have a Quirk? Do we get an automatic pass?" Hanta asked hopefully so he can laze about today.

"No time to waste on those if you want become heroes. Softball throwing, the standing-long jump, the 50-meter dash, endurance running, grip strength, side-to-side stepping, sit-ups, toe touching and several other testes will be done with the use of your quirks and no I expect you five to be able to keep up. Anyone that comes in last in all the events will be judged hopeless and expelled."

"It's just the first day even if it wasn't, it would still be unfair!" Cried out Uraraka.

"Life isn't fair. The sooner you learn that the sooner you can be an effective hero."

Aizawa looked down at her clip bored hosting the scores from the entrance exam; She had been sick on the day of the test and someone had accidentally erased the video footage after All-Mights recordings. 'I smell a rat.' The scores for four of the five boys were blacked-out.

'Well at least this test will let me see where their limits are.'

Aizawa had called up Katsumi to act as an example.

"DIE!" BOOM

"I'm glad I brought my ear plugs. He says sarcastically." Tenya complained rubbing his ears.

Aizawa soon showed the score to everyone else. '705.2 meters.' "Let's start with the endurance run."

50 minutes in and a handful of students were still going strong. Izuku, Eijiro, Hanta, Denki and Melissa being the only students left actually running while Tenya sipped the orange juice Izuku packed for him hovering in front of the others and Momo ridding a motorized scooter she made with her Quirk.

"Alright that's enough of that or we might be her all day." Aizawa said. Hanta and Denki threw their hands over their heads and clapped them together to help stabilize their breathing; Izuku and Melissa on the other hand only had a light sheen of sweet.

Grip strength

Thanks to the Full-Gauntlets, Melissa crushed the competition and the machine used to gage her grip strength. Denki had to think outside the box for this one. Taking his Kusari-Fundo he wrapped it as tight as he could around the handle of the machine.

Standing Long Jumps

Not much most of the Mad Dogs could do here without revealing their mystic powers. At least Melissa was able to not break her legs thanks to her newest invention the Full-Greaves, they are like a sock version of the Full-Gauntlet, not only that but she was able to clear the half of the field itself. Tenya just hovered his way to the other side of the the sand pit.

50 meter Dash

Hanta and Tenya had been waiting for this portion. Hanta for his speed and Tenya was excited to blow his other classmates minds when he activates his rockets.

Tenya had been set against Tsuyu Asui, a girl with a frog Quirk. Tenya readied himself by activating his hover-pack.

BANG

"Speed of momentum!" Was heard when Tenya's classmates became stunned when seeing giant-fucking-purple-rockets emerge from the collapsed tech-bō and coming in first place.

"THAT'S NOT FUCKING POSSIBLE!" Those that didn't know Tenya yelled, including Momo, Shoji, Kodā, and Aizawa.

"Nobody try to figure it out. You'll just hurt yourself." The new champion of One-for-All said trying to help preserve their sanity.

Hanta was paired against Shōko Todoroki. A girl with the Quirk to eject fire and/or ice from the left and right side of her body respectively.

Hanta gave the girl a quick glance over. She was as tall as he himself is, her hair split perfectly down the middle by the two colors of white and red. Hanta briefly compared the colors to the red glow of the rising sun over a winter wonderland. Hanta noticed that she blushed lightly.

"I said that out loud didn't I?"

BANG

He did his absolute best to run away from his embarrassment he really really did but alas he was only able to cross the finish line before Shōko

Push-Ups

Aizawa had to give it to the green haired muscle head. While most of the class where doing the standard push-ups the four ninja are lifting their bodies to do inverted push-ups. Izuku went further than that by doing so on one hand.

"x3 multiplier for Midoriya. x2 multiplier for Sero, Kaminari, and Iida."She said out loud bringing the attention of some of the class to the boys.

"Midoriya, how are you able to be so nimble for a person of your size." Yaoyorozu asked doing the standard push-ups. Impressed with the advanced forms the boys were doing.

"Hamato dedication." He responded still easily cranking out more.

Melissa would have used her Quirk but her support gear can only take so much in this phase; she needed to make activation count.

End of test.

Their they where all five of the boys names of there names sitting in the top-15 on the projected scoreboard.

And the poor Minerva seems to be the getting the boot.

"Noooo." She wailed into the sky.

"Oh that thing I said about being expelled was a logical rouse so you could give it your best."

"WHAT!" Was the combined thought of most of the class.

"Did none of you figure it out. I should have said something."

Izuku, Hanta, Tenya, and Denki knowing the truth, after Tenya had found some interesting information in the school's systems, tired not to laugh at Momo's statement.

"Return to class on your desks will be documents on curriculum." She stated walking away.

After School

Packing away his things Orange noticed Katsumi leave the class he excused himself from the others to catch to her.

"Katsumi!" He helped getting he attention. She turned with her ever present glare. "Why didn't you tell Aizawa about our powers?" This whole hiding their powers this thing hinged on Katsumi herself, he was just glad she seemed to not have told anyone yet.

"If you weren't showing them off then you must have reason Idiot. It ain't my place to tell." She said continuing to walk away.

The Next Day: Hero Basic Training

Now it was time for the class everyone was looking forward to most and after a mundane beginning of school the students needed this and the one teaching this class would be.

"I'm coming through door like a normal person." All-Might stated coming into view of the students. They all noticed she was now wearing her silver costume.

Making her way to the front the class.

"Today in Hero Basics we will be having mock battles and for that you need these." She explained pushing a button that opened several panels in the wall housing the students hero costumes. "With the designs you all have sent in we were able to create your hero costumes. Now get dressed and meet me on ground Beta."

The Mad Dogs had grabbed their costumes from the tank after explaining where their hero costumes were.

Yagi casted her gaze across the sixteen students in front of her now. She was actually impressed with Eijiro's and Melissas simple but functional costume they wore now.

Melissa's costume is predominantly blue, with red and white stripes vertically going down along her stomach. Her Full-Gauntlets and Greaves activated and wrapping her limbs in red. Toshinori thought Melissa looked a bit like that one old comic book hero 'Captain something'. Especially with the blue cowl with wing-tips that now covered her head.

For Kirishima a red goalie mask the same tone as his hair covered his face; Kirishima now wore a red muscle shirt with light weight armor plating along the top. A golf bag was strapped to is back filled with obviously a golf club, a baseball-bat, a regular hockey stick along with a goalie stick as well, and finally a cricket bat. On his hands were the damage resistant hockey gloves one of them being a goalies blocker glove, both colored black as night. From what she can tell of his foot wear those inline skates are supposed to swing into place over his steel towed boots from the back of his legs and lastly a pair of cargo pants with an great number of pockets filled with hockey pucks.

Mad Dogs

The boys had just finished putting the last touches on their hero costumes. Walking out in ascending order of hight with Denki being on the far left followed by Hanta than Tenya. Izuku announced there arrival.

"Mad Dogs in the house and we've had a bit of an upgraded."Getting the rest of the class attention.

It seems Tenya has done some up-grades to the battle packs. Now each one resembles turtle's shells in some way or from.

Denki's shell had a dull yellow plastron along his torso the pink and neon blue lightening bolt stickers are a nice touch. A navy teal carapace covered his back with two orange circles decorating the back. Orange wrist bands and tabbi boots were put on over a teal green skin tight jumpsuit along with orange knees pads with faces painted onto them. The left one having a smiley face and the right a dead face emoji. A brown three stepped belt wrapped around his chest and over his left-shoulder. The handle of his weapon can be seen on the strap going under his right-arm the weighted ball now sat on the back of his shell.

Hanta's shell was shaped a lot like Denki's. A blue-green carapace defended his back, along with a golden mustard-yellow plastron on his front. Navy-blue fingerless gloves covered his palms with the same shade tabii boots. A blue belt adorned his waist with a strap going over his right shoulder and blue pouch on his hip. His lime-green jumpsuit looked a lot like the other boys in pattern design. Everyone could see a sword strapped to his back.

The carapace on Tenya's back completely purple, but everyone new it likely would do something impossible, Purple elbow and knee pads worn over a jade-green jumpsuit. His tech-bō now sat on the small of his shell. His glasses replaces by red and blue lensed goggles. Purple belt wrapped around his waist.

Izuku easily wore the biggest shell. A spiked dark-green carapace covered his back, a plastron with a jagged top covered his torso. Red elbow pads with spikes at the joints covered his elbows with red tabii boots on his feet. A red belt adorned his waist containing his tonfas by his sides. His jumpsuit was a light green.

Each boy now wore their respective colored masks now fluttering in the wind. All the boys jumpsuits were made by Inko and the boys will we're them with pride.

"Wow, you guys look manly." Commented Kirishima slicing his mask to the top of his head. The boys walked over to him and Melissa.

"Look whose talking. You look like a sports master with that set-up." Hanta replied.

"Hey, maybe that can be my hero name? (What do you guys think)?" Kirishima stage whispered to the readers.

Minerva let her eyes take in the sights of the boys like the rest of her class. "The hero course is the best."

"Today you young heroes-in-training will be performing indoor mock battles but wait there's more you all will be partnered up with one other student decided in random lots." She explained while showing a box supposedly housing lots. "These boxes will help me decide who will be heroes and villains for this."

"Is that really for the best?" Yaoyorozu asked.

"It makes sense because pros often times have to team-up out in the field." Izuku answered her question.

Team A: Melissa Shield and Uraraka Ochako.

Team B: Shōko Todoroki and Mezo Shoji.

Team C: Momo Yaoyorozu and Minerva Mineta.

Team D: Katsumi Bakugo and Tenya Iida.

Team E: Mina Ashido and Yū Aoyama.

Team F: Koji Kota and Riki Sato.

Team G: Denki Kaminari and Kyoka Jiro.

Team H: Fumi Tokoyami and Tsuyu Asui.

Team I: Izuku Midoriya, O-jō Mashirao, and Toru Hagakure.

Team J: Sero Hanta and Eijiro Kirishima.
