Chap 18:
"So are you ready to do your part?" Vegeta asked as he handed Chichi the poison that would be used against Goku.
"Of course. Goku is easy to manipulate." Chichi replied as she placed the bottle in her pocket.
"Now don't underestimate him, he is smarter than what you think. If need be, play dirty." Vegeta smirked as he approached his new lover. "Do whatever you need to do." He grunted as he aggressively grabbed Chichi's collar.
Chichi chuckled as she brushed his hands away, "Calm down, I got you." She pulled her hair in a bun and wore one of her favorite outfits that Goku used to like to see on her. " I will be back."
Chichi swayed her hips as she left their apartment.
"I might keep her alive after all." Vegeta thought to himself as he went back to his room to take a nap before her return.
~Capsule Corp~
"Hold on, I'm coming." Bulma ran the steps, closing her robe tightly. Bulma huffed as opened the door and noticed it was Chichi standing there with tears in her eyes. "Hey Chichi, what are you doing here?"
Chichi began to cry as she reached out and grabbed Bulma in a strong embrace, "Oh, Bulma! I finally escaped that monster, he killed Yamcha and kidnapped me to get back at Goku. Where is he?"
Bulma was about to reply until a deep voice interrupted her.
"What are you doing here Chi?" Goku asked as he stepped behind Chichi, causing her to turn around.
Chichi amped her performance up and cried even harder, running into Goku's arms. Goku being a gentleman caught Chichi but gave Bulma a concerned stare.
"Oh Goku, it was horrible. Vegeta kidnapped me and killed Yamcha. I barely got away." Chichi cried.
Bulma noticed the uncomfortable look on Goku's face, "Chichi come in, so ya'll can talk."
Goku nodded and escorted Chichi inside the house and sat her on the table.
"I will give ya'll two some privacy. I need to go check on the children anyways." Bulma bowed as she gave Goku a peck on his forehead.
"Sorry for coming here, I should have stayed away." Chichi whimpered as she stood up to walk away but was stopped by Goku's strong hand around her wrist. She knew Goku's weakness was always trying to be the hero.
"Chichi wait, You know you are always welcomed here, even though we both moved on. Please sit." Goku gently pulled her down to the seat, "Would you like something to drink?"
"Yes please."
Goku smiled and stood up, grabbing her and himself a water bottle. She inwardly cursed because the poison is a different color and pouring it in the water bottle now will blow it.
"Well, you missed Gohan, he is spending the night at Piccolo's house." Goku took a quick swig out of his water bottle. "So Chichi, why did Vegeta kill Yamcha?"
Chichi took a small sip of water to coat her dry throat, "He was going off about revenge, getting back at you and Bulma. I tried to tell him that kidnapping me wouldn't do anything since you don't have feelings for me anymore." She closed her eyes, letting out a huge sigh of fake disappointment.
"Uh, Chichi…. I will always care for you as the mother of our children, Gohan and Goten." Goku reached out and touched her hand gently. "Do you want to see Goten, he is getting so big, he is walking!"
Chichi gave a faint smile, "Sure"
Goku smiled and stood to go up the steps, "Hey Bulma, I am going to let Chichi see Goten for a second."
"Are you sure she is stable?" Bulma asked as she handed Goten to Goku.
"Yea. I am going to just let her see that he is safe." Goku responded as he lifted Goten in the air, then soon embraced him, giving a small peck on his cheek.
Goku quickly walked down the steps, " See how big he has gotten? Wanna hold him?"
Chichi inwardly cringed but reached out to grab her son. Immediately Goten began to scream and which made Bulma run down the steps.
"Is Goten okay?" Bulma yelled as she ran towards Chichi. "Can I hold him?" Bulma slowly reached out and grabbed Goten, cooing him to sleep.
"So, you think you are a better mom than me now!" Chichi yelled, pointing her finger in Bulma's face.
"No, that's not it!" Bulma exclaimed as she held Goten to her chest.
"Chichi stop it, Bulma stepped up when you were not around." Goku interrupted Bulma, stepping in between the two women.
"Let me take Goten upstairs. Sorry Goku." Bulma lowered her head and walked up the steps with the infant in hand.
Goku watched carefully as Bulma walked up the steps. Once Bulma was out of sight, he turned his direction towards Chichi.
"Chichi, that was not necessary. She has been there for Gohan and Goten." Goku asserted as he stepped closer to Chichi.
Chichi stepped back and noticed Goku was extra aggressive which means there is a full moon tonight. She should have noticed it due the aggressive manner Vegeta handled her earlier that day.
"I am sorry Goku, I will not do that again." Chichi lowered her head. She slowly moved closer to Goku and gave him a hug. "Thank you for taking care of Gohan and especially Goten."
Goku felt his body reacting towards Chichi and immediately stepped away from her, clearing his throat, "No problem Chi."
Goku sharply turned his head towards the steps as he heard his fiance walking down the steps, "Hey Goku, Can we talk for a minute?" Bulma waved her towards Goku as he followed her to their master suite.
Chichi smirked, "If Vegeta did his part, tonight I will make my move."
"What's up?"
"Goku, I know tonight is the full moon but I will have to go out of town tonight. It's an emergency meeting on our smaller sites. The lab was burned down and I will have to check it out. Don't worry, I told my mom and dad to watch the kids since tonight's full moon." Bulma explained as she grabbed a small overnight bag, packing all of her toiletries.
Goku racked his fingers through his thick mane, "Well I understand, I will just meditate. But…" Goku slid his fingers around her waist, "Can I get a small session before you go?"
Bulma blushed as she patted Goku's chest, "I have to leave right now if I want to make it by tonight and be back by tomorrow."
Goku pouted, "Alright… Be safe, and If you see Vegeta call me quickly and I will come to you."
Bulma nodded as Goku grabbed her bag and escorted Bulma down the steps, passing by Chichi.
"Sorry I can not stay, I have business to attend to." Bulma bowed and walked out the door, throwing one of her capsule cars.
Goku leaned in and gave her a passionate kiss, "See you tomorrow love."
Bulma couldn't stop her face from turning red as an apple, " This is how we got the twins." She laughed. "I love you baby, and be safe too."
Goku waved goodbye as he watched his fiance drive away. "This is going to be a long day." Goku said to himself as he cracked his knuckles and neck, walking back to the house.
"So, Bulma had to leave?" Chichi asked, as she sat down on the stool, crossing her legs, exposing it to Goku through the split of her skirt.
"Yea, She had to check on one of the sites. It got caught on fire." Goku sighed as he sat on the chair adjacent to Chichi. "So are you going back to Mt. Paozu? Gohan will be here tomorrow."
"Well I am kind of scared to be alone, I don't know if Vegeta will come back and get me since I got free. I know you will protect me. Right?" Chichi leaned towards Goku, waiting for a response.
Goku froze as he smelt a strange aroma, exuding from Chichi, causing him to want to lean in closer, "Chichi? What is that smell?"
"Smell? What are you talking about?" As she continued to expose her neck, where she placed an antidote that she would use on Goku back when they were married. It was like catnip to a cat, it would draw him.
Goku shook his head and realized how close he was to his ex wife. He immediately adjusted himself, "well I guess you can sleep in the guest room. I am about to go mediate."
"Meditate? It's already late, why don't we sit outside and catch up." Chichi stood from her seat , and eased her way in between his legs. " Please? We can talk like friends, right? And you can catch me up on what was going between Gohan and Goten when I was kidnapped."
Goku noticed how close Chichi was to him, but found it hard to remove himself from her.
"Chichi, I need you to step back. Whatever you have on is getting to me." Goku cleared his throat, waiting for Chichi to remove her body.
"Oh, My bad, I forgot you are a faithful man." Chichi shrugged her shoulders and swayed her hips as she walked towards the cabinet and grabbed two cups. "Go ahead outside, and I will bring the drinks so we can catch up."
Goku paused for a quick moment but decided to go outside for some needed fresh air.
Chichi waited until Goku stepped outside and grabbed out the bottle with the poison inside. She opened and poured only half of the content inside and put the rest in her pocket.
She grabbed both drinks and walked out the patio towards Goku. She noticed that he had his legs crossed and eyes closed meditating.
"Goku, here you go. A drink to take your edge off." She leaned in exposing herself breast as she handed him the cup.
Goku opened his eyes and quickly darted his eyes away. "Thanks Chi." Goku took a sip of his drink. "Oh Chi, is this liquor?" He coughed at the strong taste. "This tastes different."
"Oh, is it the liquor that was in your cabinet. Are you a lightweight?" She snided, drinking her drink.
Goku felt the full moon light graze against his skin, "Chichi, are you really okay?"
"Yes. Why do you ask?" Chichi questioned as she untied her bun, letting her hair fall on her shoulders.
Goku stared at the woman in front of him, no matter how things played out, he always thought Chichi was a beautiful woman.
"Because, all that has happened. You know our children miss you, especially Gohan." Goku took another big gulp of his drink and let out a gasp as the drink burned his chest. "You must be an alcoholic because this drink is strong. And my head is starting to spin."
"It must be the full moon, I know you miss your Bulma right now." Chichi snarled as she finished her drink.
"Yes, I do. She is my love." Goku smiled as he finished his drink. " I love Bulma, I wish I could kiss her now." He confessed as he leaned back in chair, arching his body towards the moon.
Chichi seized the moment and sat on his lap.
"Chichi, please get off of me." He gasped as he clenched the handles of the chair. "We are supposed to talk about our sons."
"Oh Goku, I know you miss me." Chichi sly her neck close to his nose, making him groan.
"No, I miss Bulma, so I need to go to bed." Goku tried to pry himself up but Chichi pressed her weight on him, making him moan.
"I guess you really had moved on. " Chichi snarled as she reached out her pocket for the other half of the poison. She used her other hand and grabbed Goku's hair, jerking his head backwards. "I guess Vegeta will just have to finish you off then." She shoved the rest of the bottle down Goku's throat, causing him to gag. She immediately jumped off of his lap and stared down at Goku as he gasped for air.
"So I was right, you did have something to do with Yamcha's death" Goku stood, trying to control his aggression that was hype due to the full moon.
"And? I gave him a drink, like I did you full of poison that will slow down your organs and attack your heart. But since you are so strong I guess it will take longer than a day." Chichi stepped back as she saw anger in his eyes. She knew Goku was a simple man, but don't test him when he is angry.
Goku was about to speak but fell to his knees. "What about your children, Gohan and Goten? Did you ever love them?"
Chichi walked quickly towards Goku, slapping him in the face. "Of course I love them but I am tired of being their mom, it's time for me to do me. Even if it means leaving them behind. I don't need them in my new life."
Goku gathered his strength and stood, staring into Chichi onyx black eyes, grabbing her chin tightly. "You are a cold hearted woman, I pray you know what you are doing."
"Get off of me!" Chichi growled but was unable to move due to Goku's tight grip. "And tell Vegeta, that this is not going to weaken me. I will protect my family at any cost. Even if it cost my life."
"I said get off of me!" Chichi tried to move her chin but immediately felt a surprising warm embrace from her ex husband.
"I'm sorry I couldn't protect you from this path Chi." Goku gasped as he felt his body getting weaker. "Just know, Vegeta can't be trusted.." Goku slowly released his grasp as he fell into the ground.
Chichi froze as she noticed Goku on the ground past out. She quickly shook her head and went to the capsule car she had and left. She flew quickly towards her apartment that she shared with Vegeta. Her mind repeated what Goku said, as she entered the apartment, noticing Vegeta panting in his room, staring at her with lust.
"So is it done?" Vegeta asked as he walked towards Chichi, undressing himself.
"Yes."
"Good. You prove yourself useful to me after all besides, just a good lay." Vegeta slyly grinned as he began to undress and make love to her that night.
Chichi didn't care if she was just a pawn in Vegeta's plan, she was going to enjoy it until it ended.
