"Harry wake up!" I groaned and sat up as Draco shook me. I shoved him off.
"What the hell Malfoy?"
"You have to wake up."
"Oh? And why is that?" I asked, getting up. I was already awake, might as well stay up. He led me out of the dorm as I desperately tried to rub the sleep from my eyes.
"Because the Dark Lord demands it."
"Well I don't give a damn what he wants!"
"Is that so Harry?" I took a quiet gasp and opened my eyes painfully from being interrupted in deep sleep to see Tom.
"What do you want?"
"You to be better behaved. I am not in the mood for your brand of misbehaviour Harry." I turned around, heading back for the dorm.
"See how much I care." I growled at him, only to have my wrist snatched and dragged out of the common room.
"You are going to spend the day in my company. I want to see how you have faired this first week back, and you shall continue to come see me every Sunday."
"And if I refuse?"
"What happens when you are disobedient? I do not need to answer a question that already has the answer Harry. You are smarter than that." I just started trying to yank away from his grip but as I noticed before, it didn't work. At least I didn't have to listen to him.
When we reached his office, for once, he seemed to stop in his tracks. "Bella." She bowed immediately, and Tom finally released me… though by trying to move, I could tell I was magicked to the spot.
"My Lord." Tom's demeanour changed from business/annoyed to pleased. Tom approached Bella slowly.
"To what do I owe the pleasure of you, of all people, sneaking into my very own office?" He said silkily. It clearly affected Bellatrix. She seemed to develop a little blush on her cheeks. "You know what I told you about coming into my office, unannounced." He said, pushing her against the wall.
"My Lord. We've successfully managed to capture some of the Order." Bellatrix said, trying to play the situation off.
"Oh? Is that so?" Tom asked, still in the same tone. He moved his face closer, arms on either side of Bellatrix's head. "Which of them did you manage to obtain this time? Seeing as last time you were fooled into believing Macnair captured Podmore?"
"I have one that will please My Lord. Tonks." She said softly, hand rising to Tom's cheek. Tom smirked, leaning into the touch.
"I know just as well as you do that there are two Tonks out there, in the Order."
"Nyphmadora Tonks." Tom lowered his head and kissed Bellatrix's neck.
"Very good, my dear Bella." Bellatrix exhaled deeply, intoxicated by what Tom was doing. "Is that all you caught?"
"N-no. Weasley. Fred. George. Ah. My Lord." Tom wrapped her hair in his hand, pulling her closer.
"Anyone… else… important?"
"S-sorry."
"Then tell me." Tom paused what he was doing, allowing Bellatrix to relax against the wall.
"Sturgis Podmore, and Lee Jordan."
"You must be very proud of yourself." Tom said lowering his voice low enough to almost not be heard. "You caught bait." Tom kissed from the base of Bellatrix's neck all the way up to below her lips where he adjusted her head up to meet his lips… but he didn't descend yet. "Why did you not use it yet?"
"My Lord?" Bellatrix asked, surprised by the sudden change in Tom. I was relieved. Tom shoved her away from him.
"You know as well as I that children tend to bring out the protective side in parents, especially mothers. You have in your possession two of the Weasley children, use them against the Order. Demand Kingsley Shacklebolt from them, telling them you will return her children. It will tear the Weasleys from the Order. The only reason I allowed Molly and Arthur Weasley to live over this summer was because they still had children. Now they do not. If they cannot get Kingsley, they will offer themselves, just as Lily and Alice did. Molly lost her brothers, who were in the Order. She would not want the same for her children. Same goes for your so called sister. The moment both your sister and cousin are dead, the minute you can cut them from your family tree." Tom sat himself in his chair and glared at Bellatrix. "Get out!" She bowed and fled.
"If you two are going to do that again, get a room." I grumbled. I fell to the floor, knees weak from standing still so long in a walking position. I got up immediately and headed for the door to his office but I was yanked back by Tom's magic. I was thrust into a chair and the door opened once again and this time Tom couldn't help a sneer coming across his face. This time it was Amycus Carrow who came in, leading Ginny by her hair.
"My Lord." He bowed. "You told me to bring her to you at once if I found her breaking the rules again."
"Ginny?" I said, standing up. I saw her eyes widen.
"Harry?" She asked, surprised to see me.
"What are you doing here?" We asked in unison.
"I was-"
"Just-"
"You first."
"No, now's not the time." I said, looking at Tom. I grabbed Carrow's arm. "Let her go." I demanded.
"Harry!" Tom called, cutting off what he'd been saying. "Behave yourself, release him." I turned on him.
"He's hurting her!" I snapped, almost losing my temper. "Tell him to let her go." Tom and Carrow came to a still.
"Pardon me? My ears must be misleading me. I thought you just gave me, the Dark Lord, an order." A voice in my head told me to back down, but another told me that I needed to keep Ginny safe.
"Not an order. Either you can tell him to let her go, or I'll make him let go." A dark look passed over Tom's face.
"Do you not recall the event at the Carrow household?" He asked coldly.
"This is more important." I turned around and aimed a fist at Amycus' head. At the same time, the others in the room reacted. Amycus just braced himself, Ginny pulled out her wand and aimed it at Amycus, and Tom caught my wrist. He used it to twist my arm behind my back and bend me over while his other hand caught Ginny's wand arm and held it bruising-ly tight.
"Children, I regret to inform you that you made this situation harder than it had to be. Luckily I reinstated the rules Dumbledore removed." Tom's magic threw Ginny's wand from her and onto Tom's balcony where it threatened to fall off and onto the castle grounds. Mine went with it. "Amycus, retrieve them." Tom ordered, dragging Ginny and I at arms' length to the couch. He shoved Ginny to sit her down on it. "Then leave. I have two brats to deal with. Put the wands in my desk. Tell Alecto that our meeting is being moved up to now."
"Should I tell the others?" Tom sneered and turned around to face him, forcing me to fall on the couch, to prevent any injury.
"Not that kind of meeting. Get out now or you shall face the wrath of Lord Voldemort." He immediately fled after obeying. Tom gave Ginny and I a disdained look before forcing me into a sitting position before walking out to the balcony himself. Tom stood out there for a minute or so before coming back in. Tom's magic had been making a storm of dark emotions in the room before slowly relenting before completely disappearing. Clearly he'd been calming himself down. The reason we hadn't moved? Hadn't been able to. Sticking charm. "Now. What shall I do with the two of you? A Weasley and my little horcrux. I shall leave my favourite for last I presume, not to say that I do not like you Ginny love." Tom said approaching us. "Before I punish either of you, I would first like to speak to Ginny."
"Tom, I know what you are! Your charms won't work on me! Not any more!" Ginny said firmly.
"That is why I want to talk to you. You seem to have the notion… that you know me. From where I have no idea. Why do you not enlighten me Ginny love?" Tom said, putting his face close to hers and adjusting her chin to have her meet his gaze.
"Don't call me love!"
"Why? Do you prefer a different name? Bella loves that one."
"I'm not interested in you that way any more."
"You misunderstand me. You are way too young for me darling."
"Don't call me that either!"
"Feisty girl are you? You would make a wonderful Pureblood."
"I am a Pureblood." Tom frowned.
"You and Harry were made for each other. Using most of your breath to fight me tooth and nail over the simplest of things." That had Ginny blush, quiet. Tom smirked. "I seem to have found your weak point."
"So you're not?"
"Not what dear?"
"From the diary?"
"Diary? What diary?"
"Tom Riddle's diary." Tom smirked.
"No, I am far too grand to be from a simple little book. That was a horcrux sweetheart."
"Don't call me that."
"Would you prefer blood traitor?" Tom snapped, from my experience he wasn't angry.
"Tom, leave her alone, it's me you want."
"I disagree. She broke the rules Harry, just as you recently have."
"At least I'm not evil!" Tom sneered at her.
"There is no good and evil. Only power and those too weak to seek it. You, like Harry, had horrible upbringings. Neither of you have proper manners. So Ginny… what should I do with you? Hmm? Disrespecting teachers is not something I can allow you to get away with."
"Tom, you touch her and I swear I'll-" He turned on me immediately.
"You will what little boy? You seem to misunderstand that you are allowed to order the Dark Lord around, like a wilful child. The Dursleys abused you, and Dumbledore praised you for broken rules. It would only make sense you have no concept of rules."
"Dumbledore told me you broke rules as well Tom."
"Not to put my life in danger and get congratulated about it brat."
"Manipulative snake!"
"Petulant child."
"Evil bastard!" The next thing I knew, there was an awful taste in my mouth. I started spitting.
"Ginny, I think you need a detention with Dolohov." I jumped up and shoved him.
"No!" Tom grabbed my wrist and shoved me face forward on the couch, keeping hold of me. He delivered four swats to my bottom. "Tom! Ow! Stop! Stop it!"
/Harry, clearly you need a time out./ With that he forced me up and led me to the corner, despite me digging in my heels. He just delivered another swat.
"Ow!" I was stood in the corner.
/This, after what I have to teach you today, is not even the beginning of this Harry./ "Ginny! Allow me to write something for you and you can deliver it to Dolohov yourself." With that Tom walked away from me.
"Tom! Leave Harry alone!" Ginny shouted.
"Tut, tut. No manners my dear? I am ashamed of you." Sooner than I could comprehend, Tom was sending Ginny away.
"Tom, you-" I spat and kept my mouth shout, furious.
"You are to stay that way until Alecto comes in." Tom said.
It took ten more minutes for Alecto to come in. My day was just getting worse and worse! "My Lord? You wanted to see me?"
"I did. Harry. Here. Now." I turned around and stomped over to Tom's desk, glaring at him.
"What!"
"I did not ask you to speak. Alecto, tell me again what you reported on Friday."
"Wednesday night, Harry Potter pulled his wand on me during Astronomy class. I had come to check on him and he was immediately rude."
"That is a strict law here at Hogwarts Harry. What do you have to say for yourself?" I couldn't tell Tom what happened! He'd laugh at me! Tease me.
"She was talking to me, when I clearly wanted to be left alone. She's a Death Eater. She's evil!" I snapped, crossing my arms over my chest.
"She is a teacher here at Hogwarts and you broke one of the school rules, you are to be getting a detention with me later, just the same as Ginny, but she is getting hers with Dolohov. You will apologize to Alecto now. Then you will be taking breakfast, followed by a flying lesson, before working on the homework you received this week."
"What?! No! I refuse! I absolutely refuse Tom!" I yelled at him, I turned and stormed toward the exit to get away from them.
"Harry James Potter, you take one more step towards that door and I shall allow Amycus Carrow to discipline you instead, seeing it was his sister you threatened with your wand. Now turn around and come back here and apologize." I stopped in my tracks.
"Do I have to mean it?"
"Clearly." I turned around, trying to keep the smirk off my face.
"Professor Carrow, I'm sorry that I ever met you-"
"Harry. You are testing my patience."
"You said I had to mean it! I mean this one! You didn't say what to apologise for!"
"Now you are just sassing me." He stood and I took an involuntary step back from him. "I gave you two chances and you refused to obey." He grabbed my neck and dragged me to his chair.
"Tom-"
"Always ready to obey when you are about to be punished, typical of children." He sat down and pulled me over his lap with my pyjama bottoms, not that they provided much protection, and boxers down.
"Wait! Tom! I'm sorry!" I tried just as he brought down his hand. I bit my lip to keep from crying out. Though the swats from earlier made it harder. I reached back to protect myself but he just pinned my arms to my back and stuck them there. He brought down four swats to my thighs for that.
"You should know better than that Harry." I bit my lip on a squeal that tried to escape.
"Tom!" I whined. "Stop! I said I was sorry!"
"Sorry you are being punished." I felt tears form in my eyes and bit my lip harder, determined to be quiet… though the past has proven that doesn't change anything. But I can't just give in! I can't ever just give in to Tom! I was just beginning to try thinking of something else when I felt him deliver a swat to my undercurve.
"OW!" I cried out.
"Your mind is not allowed to wander from your punishment Harry."
"What do you want me to say Tom?"
"I do not want you to say anything. I want you to learn your lesson."
"Do you want me to call you My Lord?"
"Not yet." I kicked a bit.
"That's not fair! I don't know what you want from me!" Tom stopped!
"What part of this is not fair?"
"The Dark Lord giving me a spanking in the damn first place!" He only chuckled, genuine laughter.
"No one else had the idea, or the guts, to do so. The Boy Who Lived is nothing but a child who was never taught to follow the rules. Now, I have other things to do today other than disciplining you, so let us continue." With that he brought down his hand again. I yelped as it came into contact with my bottom. I was surprised, I had thought we were finished! He delivered five swats to one spot before moving to a different one. He made a pattern across my bottom, down to my undercurve, down to my thighs then back up again to start it all over.
It took three circuits before he began to speak.
"Harry, when Dumbledore was Headmaster, was your friend Ron able to pull a wand on a teacher?" I felt a lump form. I could lie to him, but that would only put me in deeper trouble.
"No."
"Then why would it be allowed when Selwyn is Headmaster?"
"I don't know." SMACK! I started kicking and squirming to get away from him, desperate to stop the punishment. He held something against my bottom and then in the same place the last swat landed, he brought it down and I squealed. He'd grabbed a flat instrument off his desk. I squirmed even more, even trying to roll over.
"Stop struggling, you are only making it worse for yourself. Do not pretend you do not know the answer to my question Harry. You are only proving you do not want to acknowledge your naughty behaviour." He brought the flat thing down again, on my thighs before starting the circuit over again. I squealed even louder.
"T-Tom! Please!"
"Why would it be allowed to pull a wand on a teacher just because Selwyn is Headmaster?" I let out a sob. He wouldn't take I don't know for an answer, nor an incorrect answer.
"It w-wouldn't."
"Yet you were still a naughty boy and pulled your wand on Alecto Carrow during your Astronomy class Wednesday night. Do not get me wrong, pulling a wand on a teacher at any point is forbidden." I moved my head closer to Tom's side.
"Tom, please." He put a hand in my hair and ruffled it a bit.
/Please what Harry?/
/Please stop./
/Please stop what Harry?/
/Please stop s-sp- hitting me./ I whispered.
"Harry, how were you a naughty boy?"
"I refused to apologize."
"Well yes, but what did you do that got you here in the first place?"
"I pulled my wand out on someone."
"Whom did you pull your wand on?"
"Carrow."
"Which one?"
"Alecto."
"Does she deserve an apology?" I bit my lip.
"Does she deserve an apology? Yes." Tom chuckled.
"Are you going to apologize to her?" I knew the answer was yes, every time I said no, he just kept it going.
"Yes sir." He stood me up and patted my bottom and I quickly walked away from him, pulling up my boxers and trousers.
"Apologize to her." I bit my lip, looking at my feet as I stood on the opposite side of his desk. "Harry." He said when I didn't immediately apologise.
"Sorry." I quickly said.
"For?"
"Being aggressive to you." I told Carrow.
"Good boy. Now go to the corner. Carrow, bring breakfast."
"Yes My Lord." I walked to the corner and she walked out.
"Was that really so hard Harry?" I shook my head.
In no time breakfast was here and Tom had me sit down across from him. It hurt. "Tom, I'm sorry."
"Stop apologizing. I do not need it. You are to have detention in the detention hall, where Ginny will be having hers with Dolohov. I will be waiting there for you. It will be taking place Tuesday right after your Dark Arts lesson. It will take from 11 AM to 12:45 PM."
"But that means I don't get break!"
"Yes, this is true."
I ate breakfast in silence and after Tom took us to that cliff he had us practising at before.
"Why can't I just use a broom?"
"A broom is like the wand. You channel your magic through the broom to fly. Channel your magic and you can fly on your own."
"Your the only one who can do it! I'm tired of making a fool of myself."
"My Death Eaters can do it just as easily as I can."
With that I began to practise. By the end of it I could only glide for a few seconds before falling. I had kicked a nearby rock in annoyance before Tom had helped me back on my feet before taking me out to lunch at the Three Broomsticks. We had butterbeer together before heading back to school. He took me to the Room of Requirement where we sat down at a round table that had comfortable chairs.
"So Harry, what class would you like to do first?"
"Class?"
"I did not just bring you around to keep me company Harry. I am going to help you with your classes, just as I would have my friends in school."
"The early Death Eaters you mean."
"Yes, I thought it was rather obvious. Now which class do you want to do first?" I smiled.
"Flying." He chuckled and ruffled my hair.
"You have no homework in that class Harry. Try again." I sighed and plopped my elbow on the table and my head on my palm, grumbling. Tom smirked.
"Transfiguration then." Tom pulled a book over to me before leaning back in his chair.
"You read the introduction?" I blushed and shook my head.
"Not recently, no. I read it over the summer."
"Then I suggest you reread it. Inform me when you are done." With that he carelessly flicked his hand and the pages flipped to the introduction part of the book. I groaned and began to read. When I finished, I shoved it back to him. "Paraphrase."
"Transfiguration is difficult, there are many variables that allow it to go right." I told him.
"Very well I suppose. What would you like to go over next?" I pulled out my essays that I did for him. He pulled them closer and read them. "These look good, but in this one you never mentioned why Muggles are inferior. That is half the essay, Harry. I must insist you write more or revise your essay. While you work on that, I shall revise your other essays for you." I took my essay back and began a short paragraph and when I finished, I watched Tom. I was fascinated in the care that he took to mark essays that he didn't even have to do. "Something wrong Harry?" He took a quick glance at me before back at the paper he was currently revising.
"How's this?" I moved my essay closer to him and he pulled it closer to himself.
"While I am working, why do you not pull out your next class homework and go over it yourself?" I immediately blushed.
"Um… I-" He looked up at me with a stern expression on his face.
"Did not finish, attempt, your other homework?"
"No, I did-"
"Such lies Harry. Get to work, now. I will not step in to give you a grade you do not deserve." With that he started working on the Muggle Inferiority essay. I watched as suddenly there was a pile of parchment put in front of me, followed by a quill and an ink pot. I sighed, dejected, and got to work on my Charms essay.
When I finished, I threw it aside. "Done."
"Not yet, you have other classes as well Harry. I expect you to do all your homework, otherwise I will be displeased with you."
"And I should care?"
"If you intend to have a say in who dies or lives, yes."
"Fuck you!" His head snapped up and I tried to backpedal immediately. "I mean… yes sir?"
"My patience is already thin Harry. Do not forget that I have yet to punish you for your disrespect to Lestrange. I will not repeat myself again, get to work." With that his attention went back to my Muggle Studies essay. I was just beginning to write my Ancient Studies essay when I saw Tom pull my Charms essay in front of him.
After a few minutes, I threw my quill down and leaned back in my chair. "I don't even know the difference between magic and religion! I can't write the damn essay because I don't know!" I wish Hermione were here. She'd know the answer.
"Harry, I can help you. Would you like me to? All you have to do is ask."
"No! I'll do it myself. I know the difference, I just don't know how to put it on paper."
"Typically you write your thoughts on parchment." I frowned at him.
"Thanks. That helps a lot."
"My offer still stands Harry."
I threw my finished essay at him. "Happy?"
"No, not particularly." He replied, grabbing it and putting it under the Charms one, which he was going over now. He seemed to be taking his time with the revising. I began on my Dark Arts essay. When I finished, I gave it to him and he began to grade it, having already finished the others while I tried to think about what to write. Before I could begin though, Tom spoke up. "Harry, you wrote about the difference, that was not your topic nor was it asked of you. Try again. These, however, you did an acceptable job. Outstanding considering this is the first time you wrote your own paper. I would give you an E. However, as a normal student, you get an A. Which of course you are graded as. Now you have two essays left. Write them. Then I will help you with your History of Magic essay."
I rewrote my Dark Arts essay and began on my Magical Theory essay. This one was easy because it was about my opinion. I handed it over and now I have to wait for Tom. However, he quickly graded them before shoving them away from him. He came closer to me. "From what I understand, you have a 5,000 word essay for History of Magic. I shall teach you just the way I would have my school mates. Dolohov for instance."
"You taught Dolohov how to write an essay?"
"Yes, I did. He only put forth an effort to barely get by, just like a few others. However, I do not surround myself with idiots and fools, beside for you perhaps. I taught them and rewarded them for getting Es and Os. Soon they were getting only Os and Es just to be rewarded. So let us begin. To write an essay, you need to make several parts and then combine them into one clear paper. This starts with choosing your topic. A topic is-"
"I know what a topic is. OW!" I rubbed the back of my head, absolutely not pouting.
"Do not interrupt me. A topic is the purpose of your essay. Just as the purpose of water is to hydrate you or a house elve's purpose is to clean and care for its master. Do you understand?" I nodded, annoyed. "For you, your topic has already been narrowed down. You shall choose the topic of the subject you want to write about. The subject is Native Americans." He handed me a quill and picked one up himself. Parchment appeared before him. He quickly wrote down a topic subject and showed it to me. I looked at his fancy writing that I knew from the diary. 'Native Americans lack when it comes to teaching the younger generation how to do magic.' I frowned.
"That's quite mean isn't it?"
"That is just the topic. Your turn. Write a topic." I pulled a blank parchment toward me and tried to think. Tom seemed to be getting bored by the time I began to write something down. When I finished, he pulled it over in front of him. "'Native Americans, Magic, And Their Daily Lives'. Great topic." He pushed it back in front of me. "Now we make an outline." He grabbed a blank piece of parchment and began to draw! The hell is he doing? He made two of the same picture and gave one to me.
"Are you working with me?" I asked. He gave a half smile.
"Is it that obvious?" I looked down to see he'd drawn two circles. At the top of the circles were titles. Native Americans And Their Magic, Religion, and Magic. "Write down three different things unique to the item and three that they share." With that, Tom quickly got to work on his. I also got to work. This was somehow making it more fun to write a damn 5000 word essay. When I finished, I gladly showed it to Tom. He read what I wrote before handing me his. I read it before handing it back.
"Are we done?"
"Not by a long shot. We still have to write an outline and then make a thesis, then yes. We are done. Then it is time for dinner."
"I thought we already made the outline!"
"That was a venn diagram. Now in this outline, I want you to leave space between what you write. Write the topic and the three major points in your outline. Like this." He handed me his parchment and I saw that he'd practically left large blank spaces. I handed it back before going to work. "When you finished that, I want you to make an indent underneath before you write three points for each of them. However, still leave some space between the different major points, and the minor points." I groaned and did what I was told before hearing him speak again. "Finally, your minor points need three pieces of evidence to hold your claims." I grumbled before doing it and shoving it toward him. He showed me his and I saw he'd made more than I had.
"You have more points than I do."
"I have more objects in my topic I chose. Some topics are easier than others. Of course, that does not mean you should slack off. Now, you have your outline and your graph. Now it is time to write your thesis. Remember, it does not have to be perfect from the beginning. The thesis is likely to grow and change and evolve in time and after you have written your complete essay, you finish your thesis, knowing what you are arguing in your essay. This is my thesis." He showed me and I couldn't help but laugh when I read it. 'Native Americans, Americans in general, are weaker than the English, or Britons if you will, wizards and witches because they have as of yet to have any notable powerful wizarding kind to come out of their schools. Both the Salem Witches Institute and the Ilvermorny school lack abysmally when it comes to the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. However, there are a few ways that the Native Americans can indeed improve their teachings.' I looked up at him and smiled, chuckling a bit.
"Of course you went down that route." He smirked back, pulling it back to him.
"Your turn. Write your temporary thesis." I wrote something down but then scratched it out. I did that a few times before Tom reminded me that it didn't have to be perfect. I just didn't want to be showed up by him of all people. I dropped my quill and showed it to him. 'A Native American's life was very spiritual. The lives of Native Americans was deeply rooted in religion and magic. It guided them in almost everything they did. However, not all Native Americans were on the same level of intensity when it came to religion and magic. One of the major things in common when it comes to all Native American tribes is that they used totems to guide their people, no matter what animals they were using, it served the same purpose. This was the way the Native Americans had done things for generations upon generations.' He ruffled my hair.
"Good boy Harry." I glared at the table, trying to ignore the pleasure that brought me. "Now starting Monday, you and I will be working on the next part of writing an essay, since you have a month to complete this essay. You will write a minimal number of one paragraph for each major point. You will complete this by next Sunday. Do note, Harry, that the citations and the beginning do not count toward your 5000 word count. By beginning I mean your name and other such information. Now I believe it is time for dinner."
We had dinner in Tom's room and when it was time for bed, he led me to one of the walls of his room, behind his desk. /Open./ The wall disappeared to show a room fit for a royal prince. The colour scheme was obviously Slytherin. Everything was green and silver, with some scattered gold. The hangings for instance were silver and gold hangings with little balls of actual silver and gold. The bed was three giant pillows. One green, one white, and one silver. The sheets were either underwater green like in the lake, or emerald. Of course the four posts of the four poster bed were silver basilisk heads with green emerald eyes.
"This is your room." I blushed, looking down at my feet.
"Why?"
"Why what Harry?"
"Why would you…"
"Give you your own room?" I blushed further and nodded.
"We're not at the Riddle house."
"I gave you your own room because I thought it would be better than sleeping in mine with me." This time I was blushing for a different reason.
"You're probably just manipulating me again." A small change came over Tom, one I couldn't understand. He seemed to become a little colder.
"Get to bed, you have a long week ahead of you." With that he quickly turned and left me standing in my room connected to his office. The door quickly shut leaving me in darkness.
