"This is inadmissible we can't just do nothing." But Admiral Hool was clear, "Until we have clearance from the Third Republic senate and First Senator we can't do anything." Rey wasn't happy. "They'll kill him." The Admiral said, "He's one soldier we can't risk the lives of many for one. And I know that you are saying we could just liberate this warlords territory but it doesn't work like that. We need to ask for permission." When Rey stormed out Poe said, "You know there are about a hundred or two hundred pilotes that whould follow us and several thousand foot soldiers if we asked them. Rey said, "That could be construed as treason." He said, "Treason, mutiny, names change for the same thing." She hesitated then said. "Lets do it."
