From the Door of Light, Cecelia arrived in this huge and industrious city where there are many anthropomorphic mammals seemed to be in a civilized society. She hid in one of the alleyways when she realized that she might get into trouble if she sees as the only non-anthropomorphic mammal. For the time being, she would either invisible from the public eyes or using the Transformation Spell to pull off as one of the animals. Of course, using the Transformation Spell for the first time wasn't really 100% successful due to the fact that it's her very first time using it. This made her look like a beautiful tan-skinned kitsune or "fox demon" with nine tails, long silver white hair and brightly golden eyes. Her clothes are of an elite ninja dress with black stockings and beige shoes and a red and white sash around her waist of the black dress. Seeing this weasel running with a red duffel bag that could be of stolen goods, she hid into the one side of the alleyway and waited. As if right on cue, she appeared and made a Tornado Kick to the face. This sent him flying several feet away and one of her nine fox tails caught the bag before any sort of contents in the bag would have been ruined. One item fell off from the bag and she caught it in her hands. It looked like one of those dark-blue to violet-colored bulb flowers. But taking one into her hands, she closed her eyes and started to channel her magic into it by using the Scan ability. From what she sees in that line of vision, she was speaking to herself: "Midnicampum holicithias...also known as the Night Howlers. The effects...they can cause any mammal to go savage...even on non-violent kinds. Wait...a sheep or a ram...using those as darts or bullets for the targets...why would...?" She stopped for the moment and snapped her fingers. A flash of magic caused the bag to be dropped at the Zootopia Police Department that she saw earlier. There was also a note inside of the bag written in her handwriting: "To whoever in the police department, please be careful of what's in that bag. It holds these flowers that will turn even a non-violent animal into a savage one."

Cecelia wasn't sure where she's going. But something is telling her that she needs to find an unlikely pair. Usually, her gut instincts wouldn't let her down and that's when she bumped into this unlikely pair: a female rabbit named Judy Hopps and a male fox named Nick Wilde. Nick looked at Cecelia and grinned, "Hey there. You look like a new kind of fox. Are you new here?" Cecelia answered, "Well...I am actually. I was about to check into a hotel around here." Logically, she would have to as she has her luggage with her. Judy Hopps said to her: "There is a hotel near the police department fro where we are now. Why don't we take you there?" Cecelia nodded her head and walked along with the two. The rabbit then asked, "By the way, what's your name?" Cecelia starts to explain during the walk: "I'm Cecelia Harumi Miyamoto My first name is Latin after St. Cecilie the patron of music who is a talented musician. My middle name means 'spring beauty' in Japanese and my last name means 'shrine palace' in Japanese as well." Nick grinned after hearing her explaining about her name: "Well now. That is a beautiful name. If things were different and you would be about eighteen years old, I would have asked you out on a date." Judy rolled her eyes a bit but didn't lose her composure around Cecelia as the hotel room is paid for two days at the least. She settled to go for two nights to stay because she would need to get back to the UA soon enough. Judy noticed the bud flower in Cecelia's pocket and asked: "What is that and where did you get it from?" Cecelia carefully lets the two look into it as she explains: "From what I just found out, these flowers are called the Night Howlers with the psychological effects to turn even non-violent mammals savage. I took this one with me for identification if there are more." Judy said in confusion: "That thing? But back when I was growing up, those were used as bug repellents." Cecelia then said when thinking: "If that is the case...those things must be developed into an injection of some kind. The only question is why..." Nick shrugged his shoulders and said: "Well, we got to start somewhere around here." Cecelia looked behind and spotted that very same weasel that she knocked out before. She said to the strange duo: "I think I know where to start. I'll be right back."

This weasel was selling off some "licensed" movies on the streets, but none were taking any in his offer. After another refusal, he looks over and he pinches himself to be sure that he's not seeing things. He cleared his throat and tried to be suave when talking: "Well, well, well. I never see you around here before. But you must be one kind of a fox, aren't you?" Cecelia replied as her nine fox tails swayed a bit: "Sort of. I'm a kitsune as some would call it from Japan. I was wondering if I could make you an offer." He chuckled and responded: "Well now! What could I do to oblige a lady?" She made an expression as if trying to think. Then, she began to explain: "You can call me crazy if you want to. What I'm offering is not just the money but a guarantee for your own safety from being labeled as a savage carnivore. You see, I'm looking for the Night Howlers and I found some information saying that a mastermind is going to use it to turn every single carnivore into savages. That would include you and the last thing I want is to have even you being interrogated and forcibly labeled as the bad guy. Any information that you got would help..." At first, he was going to tell her to buzz off. But with one look into her eyes of genuine concern, he said out: "Okay! I'll talk! I took the Night Howlers so I could sell them for money! And you know how things get around this city whenever you're desperate, right?" She nodded her head and asked, "And who was it that you were selling them to?" The weasel answered: "A ram named Doug. But if you are going to go after them, let me warn your pretty face of yours. There's this abandoned train station underground. Just watch it. Doug is the opposite of friendly. You can say that he's unfriendly." Cecelia nodded and bowed before walking away: "Thank you...oh! And look under your selling table, my friend." The weasel looked underneath and found a suitcase with a note that says this: "Thank you for your good deed." He opened it up and his eyes widened to see a lot more money than his latest sale so far. While he's busy counting, Cecelia said to Judy and Nick: "There's an underground train station somewhere. We find that abandoned train and that ram named Doug. We find those Night Howlers to turn over to the authorities." Nick grinned, "Nice work. And how did you manage to give Duke Weaselton that much money?" She said as the trio are heading to that abandoned train station: "If you have magic, anything is possible if you put you mind into it."
