"Abra Cadabra! Hocus Pocus! Open Sesame! ...Pretty Please?"

"What are you doing?" Says my room mate when he sees me with a box.

"I bought this box that supposedly has the rights to Harry Potter in it. The problem is it will only open to some magic words that I don't know. Till then, I still don't own Harry Potter!"

"Oookay." He turns around and leaves while I still work on opening the box.

Chapter 5

Prologue July 21, 1987

Glinteye the goblin liked his job. He was the junior manager at Gringotts, but under the surface, he was a war captain in the England goblin army. In goblin culture, there are 13 leaders of 13 armies around the world. They 'technically' are on all the same side, but still there are wars in between them. Right now we are at war with that fool Snapjaw, the leader of the Russian army. Our lord is the current selection to be The Lord Ragnok, who is the leader of the leaders. Whenever there is a vote for all 13 leaders, The Lord Ragnok vote counts as 11 votes. This may seem unfair, but to be considered Lord Ragnok, you need to be the strongest, have over two third majority of votes, and have the recommendation of the previous Lord Ragnok. So in honor of becoming Lord Ragnok, their votes can only be overturn by every other leader voting against them. Our lord has gotten every single goblin leader to vote for him, except Snapjaw. Now with Snapjaw declaring war, The crowning ceremony cannot be completed until the war is over.

Course, not like those idiot wizards know about this at all. Because this is a goblin matter, they have no need to know about this. Thanks to the last rebellion lead by the third disgraced Lord Ragnok against them, our restrictions have gotten very stiffing to work with them. Thankfully, and happily, non-magic humans are still nice and friendly. With the wizards being lazy and idiots, it is up to us goblins to make records to cover up the many magicals that disappear into thin air when they enter our world. Right now, Glinteye was heading back to Gringotts from giving the non-magi government the latest batch of students heading to Hogwarts in a month, when he felt someone grab his coin-purse.

Spinning and grabbing the wrist holding coin-purse, he saw… that it was just a kid.

"Get off me!"

"You know what happens to thieves, kid?" Getting up close to his face, "They cut off the arm of the thieving menace. Prevents them from stealing again."

The kid stops struggling, figuring out he can't get away from me. Then the strangest thing happens, and that's coming from me, a goblin in a glamour in the non-magi world. The kid's eyes glaze over and he changes.

First his hair changes from the black to a auburn color, his eyes turn hazel, he grows a little more rounder, and his other arm twists a little in an awkward direction. He also starts to shift his weight from his left leg to more on his right.

"Hey I'm sorry for trying to steal from you, can you please let me go? We… urh, I am just hungry and wanted to buy some food."

Looking around, and seeing no one seemed to notice the transformation, Glinteye grabbed him by the shoulders and in a whispered voice, "Hey you aren't supposed to use magic in the non-magi world, kid. Especially not Metamorphmagy. Jeez didn't your family tell you this?"

With the mention of family, the kid transformed again. This time his hair grew longer, shrank a little, became more slim, and his eyes became emerald green. He became a girl.

He… She… The kid looked frantic, and bolted.

Chapter 5 September2, 1991

Dumbledore has had a long day, and was heading to bed. He had just finished the last of the paperwork and had saw the time was 1:18. He just put on his night clothes when a doe pratronus appeared in the room.

"Headmaster, there has been a development that you need to know about. I'll be there in five minutes."

Sighing, Dumbledore put back on his robe and sat down waiting to hear what Severus has to say.

Severus arrived looking like he had an interesting enigma that he was trying to solve.

"Well Severus, my boy? What has happened?"

"Well Albus, it seems like the Slytherins did not like their new addition and decided to take their frustration out on him."

"Oh dear, is the boy okay?"

Chuckling, Severus replied. "Oh he is, The six other students who attacked him… They are another matter."

September 1, 1991

"It seems there is a problem?" Marcus asked, after getting to the Slytherin common room and getting shoved into the wall.

"You don't belong here. You should have died with that mudblood of a mother of yours."

"Ouch… Yes that hurt me so bad… I think I can't go on now."

"Are you mocking me?"

Stepping forward a couple of feet. "I would never mock you mister… you know what, your not important enough to me to even learn your name."

Looking haughtily, the leader stepped forward also. "I am the Prince of Slytherin. You should respect your betters, you half-blood freak."

"And your insults sting like soft swipes of a feather, you inbreed, idiot who will most likely only sire squibs when you procreate."

A look of pure rage crossed the face of the Prince, and he pulled his wand. Four others in the gathering crowd also pulled out their wands. "You'll pay for that insult!"

"What you and your four lackeys against me? Oh wait…" He said, as he was grappled from behind, holding both his arms. "I almost forgot the one trying to sneak up behind me."

"You, the prefect."

"Yes Prince?"

"Go get Snape and tell him there was an accident that happened with one of the first years. Oh and take your time."

After the prefect left, Marcus looked at the five people in front of him. "I'll give you one chance to end this. Else you may get badly hurt."

"I don't think you know the position you are in half-blood freak."

"Oh I know exactly what position I am in." Looking at the Prince, Marcus smirks. "I am five feet from the wall behind me."

Before anyone can move, Marcus suddenly drops into a crouch, overbalancing the person holding him. He then shoots upward and hits the goon in the nose with the top of his head, breaking the nose and with the momentum, the goon hit his head against the stone wall behind him. Hard.

Then in a flurry of spells cast and movement, the four remaining people, besides the Prince, were on the ground or incapacitated. One was down from friendly fire. Another was cradling his knee which was broken from a swift kick inwards. The third had a dazed look as they were dealing with the concussion from getting hit in both sides of his temple. The final one was crying over the broken pieces of her wand.

The Prince was panicking and furious beyond reason. All of his minions were down, (One of which he knew was from himself.) and the upstart wasn't even hit by a single spell. So he used the one spell he learned from his uncle Walden.

"Crucio!"

Many of the Slytherins watching the amazing display gasped at the use of that spell. They were even more horrified when Marcus just let it hit him. But he just turned and smirked at not even being affected by the spell.

Meanwhile in another part of the castle…

"So to get this straight, all you want-"

"-is the location of the kitchen. And you-"

"-are willing to give us a thing to prank with-"

"-that we, the amazing-"

"-spectacular-"

"-genius Weasley twins have never used before?"

"Yes. It was created by someone I know and has-" Juno started to say before he started to spasm in pain. The twins look on in horror as he started to slam his fist on the table. Finally after a few seconds he stopped, but he looked furious.

Opening the chest he carries with himself, Juno pulls out a blade that glowed red-hot for a second. Plunging his blade into his arm, he dug around until he found what he was looking for. Slamming it on the table, Juno stitched himself up again muttering to himself. "I'm going to give him two drops… NO THREE for this that…"

"What just-"

"-happened?"

"My loving brother had placed an illusion on the tip of the bullet he shot me with that made it look whole. Turns out he place a transplant rune on it that directed pain or injuries to the one who has the rune on. From the feels of it, I would say he was hit with the Crucio curse. The pain I felt fits."

"B-but isn't that curse illegal?" Said the twin on the right, forgoing their regular speech pattern.

"Eh, my brother won't press charges against them, and because we are in different parts of the castle, it would look like the spell didn't even work. And the law for that one requires for it to work in order to be sentenced for it. Besides, I've had worse, so not like I'll say anything."

Looking at each other, the twins turn back to Juno. "If you are sure."

"So what is this pranking item?" Said the other one. Juno grinned at this.

Back in the Slytherin common room…

The whole mass of students couldn't believe what they were seeing. The Prince was on the ground from a first year who didn't even pull his wand. Marcus pulled out what looked like a cane from an extended pocket and showed it to the downed Prince.

"This right here is one of my close range specialty weapons. It has a button on the side that shoots out a spike from the bottom of it. Watch."

Forcing the downed Prince to turn his head, Marcus placed the tip of the cane against the stone ground. When he pressed the button, a horrible shrieking sound of metal against stone was heard. He pressed the button again and lifted the cane. The stone now had a hole in it that was the size of a galleon and was four inches deep.

"Now for punishment for that spell you fired…"

Forcing the wand hand of the Prince to the ground, the Prince tried to struggle, but got hit in his solar plexus again, winding him. Finally the hand was on the ground and Marcus placed the tip against the center of the hand.

"Please… No…"

"Let me think about it…"

Shunk, went the spike as it pierced through the hand of the Prince, effectively crippling him. He screamed in pain, even more when the spike was pulled out without being retracted. The others in the room saw that under the blood, that it was silver.

"Now the next time you attack me, know that I will use this to permanently end this threat to me. By shoving this through your neck."

Turning away, he threw on final comment to the gathered students. "Also, think what I could do if I had used my wand as well."

This was the scene Severus Snape and the prefect returned to seconds later…

September 2, 1991

After finishing the report, Dumbledore was worried and pale. First at the use of an unforgivable thrown in his school, then the brutal take down by one of his new students, then finally at the casual comments about ending a life.

"And you gathered this all by the other students present?"

"Rather reluctantly. It seems even though he is only a first year who hasn't even had one lesson, from that fight alone, they now consider him the new prince."

"And about what happened to the attackers?"

"Five of them don't have permanent damage, besides one broken wand. But the hand damage to the former prince will be permanent and will never be able to wield a wand again with that hand."

"I am fearful for the students safety with these… dangerous children."

"Headmaster, if I may? I do not believe they are a series problem. Though he looks like Potter, He does not act like his father at all. And he was the one attacked first by them shoving him into the wall and grappling him. He also only did permanent damage when the idiot threw an unforgivable. So my advice, wait and see. If they hurt anyone without just cause, then I am all for expelling them. But for now…"

"Yes yes, as always, your reasoning is sound. Now if you'll excuse me, I am quite tired."

"Of course sir."

A/N: Whoo longest chapter yet. Sadly I wanted to get to the next morning explanations, but that fight took longer than I thought. So tell me what you think, any suggestions, any comments. Just let me know.
