Time is up in the assets as Cecelia joined with Judy and Nick to solve this case on the Night Howlers. They approached to an abandoned city subway. Nick said to the young hero student: "Hey. What's the plan?" Cecelia said after finding a passage way to get into one of those abandoned subway trains: "We grab what we can as evidence and get to the Zootopia Police Department. I'll even do a video recording on my cellphone for any suspicious activities going on about in case we need a backup." Normally, she would have missions like this with either her parents or her two cousins that are in the same age as she is. Her determination to make a difference as the only Quirkless student born with magic led her up to this very moment.
With the sun setting down, Cecelia figured that she has plenty of time before going back home. In the meantime, she feels that she owes Bakugou an apology from that Battle Trial. She was surprisingly fast as she got to where he's in front of the school building: "Bakugou!" He stopped and glared at her when looking over his shoulder: "What...?" She got a bit nervous but managed to regain back her composure and said, "Listen...this would sound rather silly. But I would be calling myself a liar if I said that I shouldn't owe you an apology. In truth, I do feel like I do because...here I am as a Quirkless student with magic seemingly winning against you. You did great and I think that you can do better. Actually, I believe that you can indeed do better. And despite of that fight, that was only about five to ten percent of what I can do. If you want a full rematch, it would mean that I'll have to show you more of what I learned. So...I suppose that I should give it my all so you can beat me at my best...right?" She thought to herself in mind: "Crud! I was supposed to apologize to Bakugou for possibly humiliating him! Then again, I was being honest about what I'm born as. A Quirkless girl with the gift of magic..." Bakugou spoke up of which snapped her back into reality: "How dumb do you think I am?" She thought that he meant that she thinks that he's dumb to see that it's magic that she used and not a Quirk. But what he says next would surprise her: "A Quirkless person with magic? Yeah, I thought that it was stupid because magic isn't supposed to be real. But for some reason, I don't see you as a liar at first glance. Sure, you have made a damn fool out of me in that damn Training Exercise. But you're spilling out your secrets so I can beat you next time, weren't you? I have lost! But at least, I didn't lose to that damn Deku! I can in first in the Exam! But that's not enough! When I was watching that Ice Guy...I realized that I couldn't beat him in a hand-to-hand fight! Crap! I even listen to what that girl Yaoyorozu said! My attack against you was so stupid! Damn it! Damn it! Damn it! DAMN IT!"
What made him surprised was when he felt her arms around her. She gave him a hug out of a heartfelt instinct. She then said to him softly: "Your attack wasn't stupid. Not at all. It was in a disadvantage because of what I can do. But even I have my flaws as well. So don't feel that you're weak...because that's not how I view you as. I view you as being strong in your own way. And you will become a great hero soon...because I believe in you." Midoriya and a girl named Ochaco Uraraka were in shock of everything that is unfolding. What surprised them more was when Bakugou was so shaken up that he hugged her back. This is the first time anyone has said that he or she believes in him to be a great hero. He pulled away from her and looked into her eyes for the moment. There's no pity for him in her eyes. Instead, they are filled with honesty and determination. He then said this as he starts to walk away: "You better give it your all next time so I can beat you at your best, Miyamoto...!" Cecelia nodded and made a Salute with her upwards fist over her heart from her right fist: "I'll make sure of it, Bakugou. That's a promise!"
As Cecelia helped Judy and Nick into an abandoned subway train, this is when they see that it's a laboratory of the sorts filled with a lot more of the Night Howler flowers. Putting the cellphone on vibration and without the flash, she starts to record every discovery on video. That is until the three has to hide when the male ram that is likely Doug creating the Night Howlers into scientific pellets into his dart gun. On the phone, he was saying these words: "Doug here...what's the target? A cheetah in Time Square...yeah, I know how fast they are. Come on, I shot that otter while he was in a moving car. You'll see when it's done or when you see it on the news. Whichever comes first." Cecelia starts to think as her fox ears from her kitsune form due to her magic would wiggle: "I got it! I'll cast a spell to teleport those rams to the police department and then-!" She didn't have time to execute the plan as Judy kicked the ram Doug into his two buddies and locked the door. Cecelia said awkwardly: "Well! That kicks one idea out the window." Nick said in shock and panic: "What are you doing?! Are you crazy?!" Judy stated out: "We need to get this evidence to the ZPD!" Cecelia guessed as she moved onto the side: "Wait. You mean all of this?" Judy said as she ran to the control panels: "Yes!" Cecelia nodded and said: "Okay! You drive! I'll keep this place safe as best as I can!" Nick groaned in a panic once more: "Oh god! You two ladies are insane! Even if Carrots here knows how to control this train, it's going to take a miracle to get this rust bucket going! And you, Miss Foxy, don't know how dangerous these bad guys are-!" He immediately shuts himself up as the subway train is moving with the panels in control: "Well...hallelujah." As the subway train is moving, Judy controls the steering as much as possible. If she can get it on the tracks that will lead to the ZPD, all of the Night Howlers can be sent to the authorities as evidence for the crime. Hearing some kind of footsteps on top of the train, Cecelia gets into position right at the hatch door on top. As soon as a set of footsteps got on it, she made a somersault of a jump to kick the door right back at one of the rams in the face in a back flip! This knocked him out cold and she quickly tied up the legs before handcuffing him. Nick said in awe as he and Judy saw of what she did: "Whoa! That was pretty awesome. Are you some kind of a hero or something?" Cecelia said as she did some back flips to dodge a downward jump of a landing from another ram: "Sort of! I'm a student hero in training form Japan!" Pulling back her right leg, she balanced on the left and extended the right leg for the kick in the face. And then, she said as her right leg is emitting of white lightning: "Lightning Bird Kick!"Releasing the barrage of kicks, she even released a massive amounts of lightning all over the other ram from head to toe and all over the body before using the Tornado Kick to the face to send him flying out of the back door and out of the train!
Judy's eyes widened as she nodded: "Well now! Color me impressed." Nick was about to say compliment about it before looking onward. He said in fear when seeing what's coming up: "Umm! I think we're in trouble! We got another train coming right at us!" Cecelia looks out the window and sees this outside panel that can change the directions of the tracks that they are in. Thinking of what to do, she has one idea and said to Judy: "Speed up the train! We have to get closer to that panel over there!" She said this as she climbed out and hanged onto one side of it as Judy did as suggested. Cecelia then said as she magically controlled one of her nine fox tails to grab onto the handle of the train panel: "Hang on tight!" She pulled onto it and the train tracks changed direction immediately. The trio dodged the oncoming train, but the speed was too much as the train that they are in is leaning onto one side as Nick panicked, "Oh no! It's too fast! Too fast!" Suddenly, the train not only came to a stop but was floating above the track before being placed on its tracks after something turned off the engine safely. The duo wondered of how it's possible until Cecelia landed on her feet from hanging onto that one side of the train: "...Levitation and Telekinesis. Those can come in handy if you use them right." Judy grinned with excitement and smiled, "Wow! You are going to make one great superhero someday!" Nick said as the trio are running up the stairs: "Hey! If you do become a hero or a superhero, would you let us know?" Cecelia replied as she's running alongside of them: "I think I can do that. I can give you my cellphone number for it!" Just as the three are getting to the door, a voice called out from behind them: "Judy!" It was a female sheep who is known as Mayor Bellwether with two rams that are likely her security guards. Cecelia didn't want to make it like she's paranoid, but something about how Bellwether just appeared out of nowhere didn't set so well by the slightest. Judy proclaimed, "Mayor Bellwether! We found out what's happening. Someone's darting predators with a serum. That's what's making them go savage." Mayor Bellwether smiled at the rabbit and said, "I'm so proud of your, Judy. You just did a super job!" Cecelia spoke up from here: "Excuse me Mayor Bellwether. I d not mean to be rude as I am a newcomer here. But something about how you just appear out of nowhere like that...it's as if you know where to find Judy. Unless...you are the mastermind behind all of this." As if her guess is correct, the exit is blocked by another ram that was formerly knocked out from the kicks. Cecelia said this to the two: "Judy...Nick...go to the ZPD. I'll keep my location on me. Go now!" She snapped her fingers and a flash of her magic teleported her two new friends out of danger.
Bellwether said in shock: "Huh?! How did you do that?! Who are you?!" Cecelia turned to the mastermind and her three minions: "Why don't you take me down to find out for yourself?" One ram charged forward from the exit and the other two from behind. This is when Cecelia stepped onto the side and grasped onto one's arms like tiger claws and spun him in a spin before executing a acrobatic kick to send him to a tackle into the other two. Cecelia then asked as she got in position again: "I just have about two questions. One: why are you doing this? Two: what makes you think that you can get away with turning predators into savages?" Bellwether scoffed: "Impressive enough. If you must know, it's for the prey to triumph over the predators. And for your second question, I'll be sure to get away with it...once I turn you into one." She said this as she made a shot on Cecelia and grinned, "And I'll dart every predator in Zooptopia to keep it that way." It looks like Cecelia is shaking up as if she's about to turn savage. But then, she starts to laugh and said as she holds that one pellet in her hand: "Too bad for you that I'm not a prey or a predator. I am a student hero from Tokyo Japan. And if you try anything..." She got Judy's carrot recorder from her pocket and pressed the play button where Bellwether's entire confession is down to the last detail: "-and I'll dart every predator in Zootopia to keep it that way." Cecelia added in with a grin: "It'll be our word against yours...or shall I say it'll be your word against yours? From what Nick told me before Judy let me borrow this...it's called a hustle, sweetheart." With Bellwether arrested, an antidote for the previous predator victims of the attack. Cecelia was watching the police department ceremony from afar and sneaked away as soon as the Redemption Keyblade glowed. This means that it's time to go back home. She got her luggage with her and was about to go back, but she turned around when someone called her: "Cecelia! Are you going back so soon? We're about to go to this concert for a celebration." Cecelia replied: "I would like to attend. But I'm a student hero and I'm also a Keyblade Master. You see...the Redemption Keyblade takes me to wherever I need to go until my task is done. But it doesn't mean that I will forget you. It just means that I would see you again next time." A female Thomson's gazelle whose name is Gazelle walked over and said as she handed Cecelia a single debut CD: "Here. You can perform my latest song for your town. Think of it as my gift to you on saving Zootopia." Cecelia reads as the title says "Try Everything" and smiled: "I think I will. Thank you everyone...!" She then opened the Door of Light that will take her back to her world's Tokyo Japan. As she is back home, she sees the silhouette of her parents and smiled as she runs over to them: "Mother! Father! You will not believe what just happened hours ago!"
