Minor notes: the second OC named Camellia Verdant will be in this chapter. The other OC that is like the supporting character with importance is Ryu Miyamoto. Another note is that I'll be adding in one character from the Sailor Moon category named Ami Mizuno for Tenya Iida.
A few days after what had happened at Zootopia, Cecelia was listening to the song almost all night. She seems determined to make a tribute cover because the lyrics seemed to be inspirational for everyone who can be encouraged to "Try Everything" to achieve victory. Looking up, she couldn't believe her eyes as she called out: "Ami?" This sweet and beautiful girl with short blue hair and blue eyes looked over and said out, "Cecelia? Is that you?" Cecelia smiled and ran over to the girl: "Ami Mizuno? What are you doing here? This is a surprise." Ami explained as the two girls are walking down the hall: "While I was attending Juban Public High, I have gotten the excellent grades to pass through a written exam. The challenging part was the Entrance Exams themselves. But I have passed and managed to be in first place." Cecelia smiled more and said, "I'm happy for you! So what class are you attending?" Ami replied: "According to my academic results and overall performance, I am placed in the Hero Course of Class 1-A." Cecelia grinned and started to lead the way: "I'm also attending Class 1-A. Let me lead the way. If we hurry, we should have about twenty minutes before class would start." As if right on cue, the two girls arrived just as Tenya Iida said firmly: "Tokoyami! Get off the desk at once! It's not a chair!" Cecelia giggled and said, "Do calm down Iida. And good morning to you as well." Ejiro Kirishima looked up and grinned: "Good morning Cecelia. Who's your friend with you?" Cecelia answered the spiky redhead friend: "Oh! This is Ami Mizuno. She formerly goes to Juban Public High and she's now here in the UA for Class 1-A." Iida looked up and his cheeks suddenly turned lightly pink. His eyes widened when he sees of how beautiful Ami Mizuno looks like in his line of sight. Denki Kaminari tried to wave his hand in front of Iida's face, but nothing could break the latter student out of his trance. Bakugou said when looking at the two girls: "So this friend of yours is Quirkless too?" Midoriya said out in a panic: "Kacchan! You shouldn't be rude towards-" Bakugou shouted back: "Oh shut it Deku! It's not like you know anything!" Cecelia shakes her head and says to hi: "You're not wrong about it. She is considered gifted of a planetary power. But I think that it would be better if it can be physically demonstrated." Shota Aizawa nodded as he enters into the classroom: "That is something that I could agree on, Cecelia Miyamoto. Now...as for the new student, she will sit in the front next to Hakagare while your seat is behind her." This means that Cecelia is sitting right next to Bakugou on his left.
With class is about to start soon, Bakugou looked into his backpack to find a pencil sharpener for his pencils. But he couldn't find any and thought: "Damn it! I thought I have it packed up with me before I went to bed last night! Now what the Hell am I gonna do?!" Cecelia whispered as she passed her own black-colored pencil sharpener to him: "Here...you can have mine. I have two and this one is brand new." He growled but didn't complain as she takes it: "Thanks I guess." From on side of the classroom, Iida's mind speaks as he would sometimes look at Ami: "Ami Mizuno...now I remember where I see her from and hear about her. She's known as the only student who never fails a single test. Always comes in number one on every exam. But what is this planetary power that Cecelia is talking about? I suppose that we'll find out about such power soon enough. Until then, I must wait unti the time comes." When being called up, Ami demonstrated the formula being broken down into each solving equation until she came down to an answer. When Aizawa was double-checking on the chalkboard, he took a chalk and write a big A+ on the board. Cecelia lightly chuckled, "I always knew that Ami will come out on top when it comes to studying. Bakugou thought to himself: "Okay! This is really ticking me off. I mean, how the Hell can ANYONE be so damn smart? And how the Hell does Miyamoto know that extra of a nerd? Were they classmates in the past?" Before lunch recess would start, each student has an assignment to vote for Class Representative. With the results coming back, the top three showed as Midoriya said in shock: "How did I get three votes?!" Bakugou shouted angrily as he stood up from his chair: "Okay you idiots! Who voted for him?!" Hanto Sero with the Tape Quirk smirked: "What? Do you think anyone was going to vote for you?" Cecelia has four votes and Ami has the total of five, which means that Ami Mizuno is the Class Representative with Cecelia as the secondary representative. Lunch comes around as Ami looks around the cafeteria. Uraraka called in with a smile: "Hey Ami! Why don't you join with me, Iida, and Deku?" Iida could feel his cheeks reddened in brightly pink as soon as he sees Ami walking over to their table. Cecelia is with that specific group due to the given assignment from Aizawa to make sure that Ami is welcomed.
Midoriya turned to the new student and asked: "So Ami...what is this power that Cecelia was telling us about? I'm sorry if I sounded rude just now." Ami giggled and smiled: "Oh no. You're not being rude at all. In actuality, I possess the planetary power of Planet Mercury." Cecelia nodded and explained: "Ami basically controls water and ice and of technology. From as long as I have known Ami, she's the tactician of a warrior on the field. She can even scan the enemy's full information from either her Mercury Goggles or her supercomputer to come up with the best strategy for the surest victory." Ami giggled sheepishly and responded, "Although that much is rather true, your magic still goes beyond of my potential." Cecelia shook her head and said with a smile, "We all have our strengths and flaws, Ami. What we can do is to do our best together as a team." Midoriya smiles at the two and thinks to himself: "They certainly are very close friends from the start. I could see that they both trust each other and that they also respect each other." By the end of the lunch recess, Cecelia turned over her place of Class Representative to Iida of which surprised everyone. Iida wondered in confusion: "Not that I am ungrateful of your decision, but why did you give me such an important position for the class?" Cecelia looked at him and answered: "I have my other duties that are just as important. And besides Ami, I think that you deserve this position as well. Will you accept?" Iida grinned and held his hand up: "Yes! As new Class Representative, I will do my absolute best!" The other reason why Cecelia turned over the position to Iida is because of the high compatibility between him and Ami that seems to be obvious for people with sharp eyes. With the afternoon going by, Aizawa assigned everyone of Class 1-A for the Rescue Training today. Uraraka asked: "Umm...Ami? Why aren't you in your Hero Costume?" Cecelia spoke up before getting into the bus: "She's not wearing it because her transformation will allow her to. She can demonstrate it when we get to our destination." Though the sitting arrangements didn't go as planned, it was somehow tolerable as Ami is seated next to Iida while Cecelia is sitting next to Bakugou. It soon got to the conversation about Quirks and powers as Kirishima said to Ami: "So Ami! Your powers involve water, ice, and technology? That's pretty cool if you have gotten to the top of the other Entrance Exams and got into the Hero Course."
Yuga Ayoama stated: "My Navel Laser has gotten the combination of finesse and strength." Mina Ashido remarked a bit in a teasing matter: "But it's way lame if it gives you a stomachache, sweetie." Tsuyu Asui stated out as she's sitting in between Midoriya and Kirishima: "Though it seems like Cecelia's magic can go beyond most Quirks so far." Cecelia lightly chuckled with a slight hint of pink on her tanned cheeks: "Just because my magic can do most things, it doesn't mean that I'm sort of goddess or anything. Even I have flaws too." Bakugou growled, "Tch! Don't be so damn modest now, Miyamoto." Kirishima grinned afterward: "Well! If anyone has awesome powers or Pro Quirks besides Cecelia, it's Todoroki and Bakugou." Asui then stated what was on her mind: "Sure, but Bakugou is always angry. So he'll never be that popular." Bakugou suddenly got mad and shouted at the girl with the Frog Quirk: "What did you say?! I'll kick your ass!" Asui chuckled with her tongue sticking out bit: "You see?" This is when Denki Kaminari with the Electrocution Quirk smirked: "You know? We basically just met you. So it's kind of telling that we all know your personality is flaming crap mixed with garbage in contrast to Cecelia's personality that's like s spring's summer field of flowers." Bakugou shouted angrily at the guy: "Damn it! I'll make you regret the day you first applied to this school, you loser! I'll kill you!" Cecelia thought to herself in mind: "Well! This is going to be one interesting school year." As the bus arrived at a building that's known as the Unforeseen Simulation Joint, there were two individuals standing before them. One of them is a tan-skinned girl in the same age as Cecelia with her slightly long brownish-black hair and red eyes wearing a dark red kimono and a dark red bow of a sash around her waist as well as a pair of dark red stockings and a pair of Japanese sandals of the same color but black front straps. The other individual is a man who is more than quite handsome despite that he's in his mid-40s in age. He has his long silver-white hair in a high ponytail, golden eyes, and quite a built and tanned skin underneath the outfit that made him look like a Japanese emperor of the sort. Cecelia smiled through her silk mask that covers the lower half of her face as she ran forward: "Father! Camellia!" Midoriya's eyes widened: "No way...! That's...the Judgment Dragon Pro Hero and the Phoenix Mermaid Pro Hero-In-Training!"
Aizawa looked over and chuckled a little bit: "Hey Ryu. Did you just get back from your mission with your wife?" Ryu answered after hugging his teenage daughter: "Indeed. And I'm lucky in a way. I am able to cover for Thirteen who wouldn't be able to make it for today's teachings on your students about the Rescue Training." Bakugou starts to think as Ryu starts to explain the basics of this lesson: "If that's her Dad and he has a Quirk while she doesn't, does this mean that her own mother is the one without a Quirk? This magic that she seemed firm on telling me. Who gives a damn? Still, it doesn't look like she's lying about it." Suddenly, there was a black portal that came out of nowhere in the center of the plaza. Out of a heroic instinct of her own, Ami pulled out her Transformation Pen and shouted out: "Mercury Star Power...Make-Up!" Right before their eyes, the transformation begins. Ami lets go of the pen and she holds up her hand as her fingernails turn light blue. Ami's body turns an into purple silhouette color against the blue background and she holds the pen up. Water swirls around her and her back is turn as she is already clothed in what appears to be her heroic attire. She turns around and the Mercury symbol appears on her forehead. Her tiara forms and she assumes her finishing pose. Her attire is a sailor uniform with a blue skirt and light blue ribbon on her chest and another one on the back of her skirt. She has blue knee-high boots with short heels as well as white elbow-length gloves, with blue on the ends, and wears blue stud earrings: three in her left ear and one in her right. Iida's eyes widened and his cheeks reddened as his mind could only say one thing: "I think I'm in love." From the black portal, a large group of unusual people began to go through into the plaza. Ryu turned to the others as he closed his eyes: "Cecelia...what you are seeing before you are villains. What I'm about to tell you will put you to the test that will require risks." Kirishima said in confusion: "Umm...sir? What are you saying?" Cecelia turned to the side to see her father opening his eyes that are now turned from the eyes of a man to that of a powerful dragon: "As a Pro Hero, I am giving you all my consent to fight back no matter what the cause. If need be, go and seek the aid of the other Pro Heroes."
Cecelia: "Even I thought that we would be in training to rescuing people that day. But when these villains appear...this will be the day for me to take the test to see how far I can go with my magic beyond this world of Quirks."
