Of course, the summoning spell has worn off of which he was sent back from whence he came. As for Cecelia, she was a bit shaken up but was hugged by her father Ryu. He said to her with a smile on his face: "Cecelia...although I was scared for your safety, I was right to put my faith in you to believe in you. I am very proud of you." Cecelia lightly blushed and smiled back: "Thank you Father." Toru Hakagure with the Invisibility Quirk was talking to Mashirao Ojiro with the Tail Quirk: "Camellia's Quirk was so cool! Her powers are like a phoenix's fire like in the fairy-tale stories but more awesome than in the books!" Ojiro smiled at the invisible girl: "Then, her Quirk must have something to do with the phoenix. That's really impressive." Momo Yaoyorozu was talking to Tenya Iida on the side: "It's just as how Cecelia had told us. With Ami as Sailor Mercury, she was indeed like a tactician as she had pointed out each and every villain with more than one weakness to avoid the slightest of casualties." Iida walks up to Ami and takes her hand into his own: "Sailor Mercury...although Cecelia has indeed saved the day, you have helped everyone tremendously. I could not thank you enough." Sailor Mercury shook her head and smiled: "Your words from the heart mean a lot. So I thank you for your kind compliments." Bakugou called out, "Hey! Don't get all crummy now. We may have won for now, but who knows what's going to happen if they come back?" Just then, an unfamiliar voice said from above: "He's got a point, you know?" He jumped back and shouted, "Damn it! Who the Hell are you?!" The voice belonged to a teenage girl with ice blue eyes and silver hair that reaches all the way to her behind and always kept down or in a ponytail. Her hair texture is smooth and silky as well as wavy. As for her body built,she has a hourglass figure with some muscle on her due to her practicing martial arts and has tattoos of vines on her legs and arms as well as a tattoo of a snapdragon flower on her back. As for accessories she has a azure blue necklace given to her from her friend Namine as she wears anything she can to blend in with different worlds. Cecelia called out as she waved, "Hey Rika! What are you doing here?" Rika flew down and landed on her feet in front of Cecelia: "Ban told me what happened when he said that he was summoned here. As usual, you sure know how to save the world again and again." Asui hopped a bit over and asked: "-ribbit-? Do you two know each other?" Cecelia answered when looking at everyone: "This is Rika. She's my childhood friend when growing up together." Asui guessed a bit from there: "So she has magic like you do? That's cool."
On the other side of the city, Shigaraki and Kurogiri got to their secret hideout although the ringleader himself got shot on his legs by Snipe's bullets. He said as he tried to tend to his own injuries: "Ugh...! Shot in both arms and legs...all those underlings wiped out...even Nomu was beaten by that girl...!" By voice monitor, this voice of a man who acts as Shigarkai's mentor said, "It seems as if we weren't as prepared as we thought. Shigaraki...why is it that the Nomu is not among you?" Kurogiri answered that question as he got up on his feet: "He was purified by magic. It was the doing of a girl who's called out as Cecelia Miyamoto. She said that it was magic that she's using, not a Quirk. By the time he was reverted back into a human being that he was before, there was nothing I can do to bring him back here. By now, he's probably under the investigation of the police." The other monitor call is from a doctor of some sort as his voice boomed in shock: "This is impossible! And we created him to be as powerful as All Might!" The first man then asked, "Are you sure that is the girl's name? If it is, these heroes just might have a double-edge sword in their hand. Shigaraki...do you remember me telling you about the Judgment Dragon Pro Hero whose wife is born with magic and not a Quirk as well?" Shigaraki starts to think back and then said, "Master? Are you saying that...?" His "master" replied to him: "Yes. They have an offspring of their own it seems. And from what I heard, not even Sayuri the Redemption Knight can bring out the potential of her magic to reform anything and anyone back to a formerly pure glory. But it seems as if their own daughter has unlocked that true potential that just might be proven useful to us. Do not be upset, my son. We have learned a lot from a failed mission that isn't as futile as you think. Gather the villains elite. Take all the time you need. Back at U.A. High, Cecelia looks out the window and starts to think as Rika was flying around the room by magic of her own. Rika asked, "Hey Cecelia. What are you thinking about?" Cecelia looks into the piece of the red amulet and replied: "Well...I have been thinking about what's going to happen next time. Sure, I was able to purify that Nomu and seemingly saved the day according to the others. But I didn't just do it by myself. Each one of us have accomplished the victory together. So even if those villains are strong, we can still beat them if we try everything..." This is when she turned around and said: "Rika? I have an idea in mind. Tell Mr. Aizawa about the Cosplay Cafe. We're about to celebrate to lighten their spirits." Some time passes by as even the students of Class 1-A can show up in their Hero Costumes for this celebration. From the inside, it's tidy and industrious where even the employees would cosplay as their favorite characters of all sorts. Uraraka wonderd as she's looking around: "Hey. Has anyone seen Cecelia?" Rika giggled a bit and said: "Don't you worry. You'll see her soon enough." As soon as the curtains opened up, even Bakugou takes his seat. The spotlight shows Cecelia who is on stage wearing a sparkling strapless red dress with white stockings and matching red low-heel shoes of which goes with the amulet that she's wearing. This brings out a bit more of her curvy hourglass body figure as well as a bit of the top view of her breasts accordingly to its design. As soon as the music starts to play, she takes a deep breath in and out before holding the wireless microphone in her right hand. This is what came out from her lips as the song is about to begin:
