Her head was pounding.

Everytime she tried to move her whole body ached. What the hell happened?

She tried opening her eyes, but it was too much too fast. She had to slowly ease her eyes open. When she finally could see her surroundings, everything was blurred, causing her to blink a few times to try and shake it off.

It was a small room with no windows, and it was dark and damp. It was hard to see around. She wanted to keep searching her surroundings but her head was killing her. She reached up and felt what seemed to be dry blood that came down on her forehead, she got hit. The real question was by who? And more importantly why? She closed her eyes again and leaned her head back against the wall she was propped up against, trying to ease some of the pain in her head.

She needed to trace her thoughts back to what she remembered. Everything was hazy but she remembered being at Stiles house watching movies, and then nothing from there. She was missing something, because she definitely was not at Stiles house anymore.

Before she continued to think she was cut off by voices being heard from the one door that lead to the room, she tried to focus in and see if she could recognize them.

A woman spoke, "Who the hell is he? A boy was not part of the plan, and yet here he is with us!" A chair or something seemed to have been thrown causing a loud crash. "It was just supposed to be the girl! You knew that!"

It was quiet till a man's voice could be heard, "He ran into the woods right after her and practically saw me! What the hell was I supposed to do?" His voice raising as he spoke. "Besides who knows, if he was chasing after her he could be of use!"

Did they mean Lydia? Wait a boy? Lydia was processing everything they were saying, someone took her and apparently there was someone that came after her too.

Then it hit her. Stiles.

Her eyes immediately shot open, which she regretted from the instant pain that shot into the front of her forehead, but she needed to look for him. She tried squinting to see if it would help her navigate in the dark, and thats when she noticed a foot from around the corner in the room. More specifically a foot covered in the same pair of red converse that Stiles always wore.

She tried to quickly move to her hands and knees to crawl to where he was, trying not to make noise. She was afraid of what she would see, but when she turned the corner and found him, he was okay. Or at least looked okay besides some swelling on his temple. He must of been hit too, thank goodness not as hard to break skin. Relief instantly flooded her body and she couldn't help but grab him into a hug, placing her head on his chest. She needed to hear his heart beating, she needed more reassurance to make sure he was okay. She wouldn't know what to do with herself if he wasn't.

It was then she felt him move and groan beneath her, causing her to shift up to look at him.

"Stiles?"

He groaned again, moving his hand to his head. "What the hel- ahh." He grimaced as his hand fell over the large bump that was growing.

"Hey, hey, hey, shh it's me. Take it easy." Lydia grabbed his hand and lowered it, but couldn't quite let go until she knew he was completely okay. It took Stiles a few minutes before he could open his eyes, he was groggy.

When he finally got the chance to take in his surroundings, his eyes finally met Lydia's. "Lydia?" He was so beyond confused as to what was happening.

"Shhh you can't be too loud." She squeezed his hand noticing how confused he was. "Are you okay?"

Stiles sat up a bit more moving his body out of the uncomfortable position he was sitting in. "I think I'm fine, besides feeling like someone took a baseball bat to my head." This got Lydia to sigh, having some more relief fill her body.

"Stiles what happened after I fell asleep?" Lydia needed to know.

It was then Stiles remembered chasing Lydia down, and running after her into the forest. That was all he could remember. "You uh had another episode, my dad caught you leaving my house. You were taking off to the greenbelt at the end of my street."

Lydia immediately felt guilt rack her body, no no no. This could not be happening. He came after her because of another episode, and now they were locked in a room God knows where. Lydia went to run her hair through her fingers and out of her face forgetting about her head, and grimacing when her fingers came in contact with the open wound.

This certainly got Stiles attention, "Lydia, you're hurt?" He moved closer to her to examine her head, moving his hand to her cheek. He noticed the amount of blood that covered her, and couldn't help the worry that took over him.

"I'm fine Stiles, it's all dried up." She tried to smile at him letting him know she was okay.

He completely ignored her, and moved her head down to get a better look. It was a huge gash, but she was right the blood had dried. She was definitely going to need stitches though. A concussion could be an issue too.

"Stiles I swear I'm okay, there are bigger things to worry about. I heard people talking outside that door, someone took us. I don't know where we are." She was trying to keep her voice strong, but the worry snuck in there.

Stiles was still analyzing her head when he looked back down at her realizing their situation, and moved his hand back to hers. This was crazy. How were they here?

"People? How many people?" He asked.

"I don't know maybe two, they were talking about how they weren't expecting you. Stiles you shouldn't have come after me!" Lydia's voice sounded like she was begging him to tell her this wasn't true.

"Okay yeah Lydia, let me just let you walk into the woods by yourself when you're completely out of it. That's a great call to make." He ran his hand down his face still processing what was happening.

"Stiles I just don't want you to get hurt okay? From what it sounds like I'm the only one that's supposed to be here. Not you too." She shifted to move her back against the same wall next to Stiles.

He laid his head back on the wall and looked towards her, "There was no way I was letting you go by yourself Lydia. I know what it feels like to lose control, and a matter of fact you were there to help me through it. So even though this isn't the most ideal situation to be in, I'm glad I'm with you."

His confession made her heart ache. Because even though they didn't know what was gonna happen, Stiles somehow knew how to make her feel better. But it didn't last for long, as the door unlocked and opened. Both Lydia and Stiles were not ready for what was to behind it.

She was too late. Malia was too late.

She had gotten to Stiles house noticing the door was wide open, but he was no where to be seen.

"Damn it!" She should have known he wasn't gonna wait for her. It was Lydia they were talking about here, she knew the connection between Lydia and Stiles was strong. She would never admit it to anyone, but the connection they had made her feel insecure. Stiles could never hide his concern for Lydia, but most importantly the connection he had with her was completely different from the connection he had with Malia.

She needed to find him, and luckily his scent was still fresh. Before she could take off, her phone rang and Scott McCall's name appeared on the screen.

Before she even let him speak she spoke into the phone.

"Lydia's gone Scott, and Stiles went after her."
