The son of Poseidon walked into the Olympian throne room where the gods were assembled. He kneeled in the center of the room in the direction of Zeus's throne.
" Rise Traitor." Zeus said. It took Percy less than a moment to process it because he soon yelled " What the heck do you mean?"
"You have betrayed Olympus." Zeus accused Percy.
" If anyone is a Traitor it is that son of Aphrodite, Matt Richards." Percy countered, " My fatal flaw is loyalty for gods sake." He continued and Athena glared promptly.
" Exactly." Athena said " It is unexpected for you to betray us."
" I disagree sister." a voice said and everyone in the room turned to the sound. It was Artemis. " Percy has saved us twice and declined immortality as well. He has killed countless of our enemies, you need proof to call him a traitor, and you lack proof." Artemis concluded.
Percy smiled towards her but she didn't say anything.
Athena took out a few pieces of paper and showed it around to the entire room trying to show people how she had proof. After a few minutes of whispering and shuffling of papers Zeus addressed the council.
" We will take a vote, Who wishes for the traitor to die?' he asked. He raised his hand along with, Athena, Apollo, Ares, Demeter, Hephaestus, Hera, the people who voted for him to live were : Poseidon, Artemis, Dionysus, Hestia, Hades, Hermes. Anyone who didn't vote was fast asleep.
" It is done, any last words?" Zeus roared.
" Yes, too those of you who voted for me to die, I hope you die a painful death and I won't help you in the next war, To those of you who voted for me too live, thank you and I wish you luck for the future. " Percy said and smiled before jumping straight off Olympus.
Percy POV.
I screamed as I fell through the air at a speed that Aeolous and his minions wouldn't be able to catch me even if they had the speed. I crashed in to the Hudson river, water bended to my will and I was about to lift myself out of the polluted liquid when I saw a dark figure in the water. Pushing past some plastic, I swam towards him.
The man turned around and grinned at me, " Hello young Perseus." he said.
" Who are you?" I asked cautiously incase he was from Olympus.
" Pontus!" he replied brightly.
Ah the primordial of the sea I thought.
" Would you like to destroy the gods because they will hunt you down." He asked me in a tone that sounded a bit too gleeful.
" uh.. sure." I said, but too me it sounded like a question.
"cool, you will go back in time to when you have to save Artemis in a quest." he told me. " Also you will be a child of me blessed by Poseidon, Hestia because you are her champion and finally Nyx. You will not be able to control Nyx's powers too well till you meet her. She will explain how to use them, but for shadow travel imagine the place you want to be and bend the shadows to your will."
Before I could reply, the world spun around me and was back in the throne room of the gods.
